I bought my 2003 Toyota Avalon XLS and I have been the only owner. It is now 21 years old. I am so pleased with it. I don’t want any other kind of car but the Toyota Avalon XLS however they don’t make it anymore but I do recommend this to one of, the best cars that I have ever ever owned great car. I have 177,000 and it keeps on going. Since I’ve owned my Avalon I probably have not spent over $4000.00 in repairs.

I really Love my Toyota Prius. It’s Great on Gas and easy on the eyes. They don’t make them like this anymore. I enjoy driving to Las Vegas often and it’s only possible in the Prius.

We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. As for the haters out there who say this car is a piece of junk, I would bet you didn't do proper maintenance. I used full synthetic Mobile One oil and a Mobile One filter. This car and I had a daily total commute of over 200 miles. I worked in Rural Mississippi in the middle of the night a I would consistently run at 90 mph. I replaced two ignition control modules and an alternator as well as Tires, battery and oil. It never left me stranded and multiple trips to Colorado and back, I always felt secure. For extra power I just dropped it into 3 from drive and this little car would jump up and get going. I'm 5'11" and I weigh 235 lbs, I was very comfortable. At 377,000 miles I hit a deer. I was living in NH at the time and it wouldn't pass inspection. I purchased it with 3 miles on the odometer. The junked price was $1200. This car easily would have made it to 500,000 or more.

I’m 46 and I have had many different cars but this one in particular is the best of the best, it is 2024 I live in Chicago and this car is so strong, no rust, transmission works perfect, engine is amazing and I put 300k plus miles on it DO YOU BELIEVE IT!!?? You better!!! and after all this miles a learn so much about that you need to pay attention to make their life longer. I totally recommend to have one of this.

I have owned my 2008 Corolla since it was a year old. It currently has 184,000 miles on it. Other than regular maintenance I have not spent one cent on repairs. The gas mileage is so great I never worry about the price of gas. It is so dependable and reliable it is almost like a good friend.

I bought this car new in 2008. I have nothing bad to say except the paint start flaking after about 5 years. I should have taken to dealer over paint issue. My car only has 65,000 miles and paint is completely gone. I am in the process of a new paint job. Seems my issue was the clear coat in the paint. I have owned 6 other Toyotas, all bought new. This is only 1 with this issue!

We sold our silver SLE in excellent conditions with just over 300K miles. I am certain it still has a long life ahead of it. It remains one of the most favorite cars we have owned. Over the years we took it on 5 cross country trips and it never missed a beat. Pros: *Absolutely reliable. *Huge trunk for a convertible, especially with the top down vs. other cars. * Looks have held up very well. * Decent highway mileage. * SLE has heated seats, cruise control, etc. Cons: None. Buying a used SLE today and then spending an extra ~$1000 to put in a very good audio/nav system with android auto/Carplay, review camera would make for a terrific car.

We bought our 2004 Solara from the Toyota dealership (used) in 2005. I use it exclusively and it is the best car I have ever owned. It has never let me down, never had any problems beyond normal wear and tear. As noted by other reviewers, the seat is not the most comfortable but I was able to solve that problem with a small back cushion that fills in the lower back gap. Gas mileage is good, sound system great, and it’s still a fine looking car. I’ve had it rust-proofed and there are no serious issues in that department. I have a great mechanic who does twice-yearly maintenance on it, and I’ve had she usual run of wear and tear fixes, but definitely nothing out of the ordinary. If you find one on the used car market, snap it up. Mine is now 20 years old and it is not for sale.

I purchased the car at the end of 2022 and the car so far has been great. I’m trying to reserve mileage because the car already has high mileage but already put around 2000 miles on it and the car runs like a charm with no problems.

After few years of usage, the car hard start. It gives electrical issue that affect the car performance. The car usually failed to start when hot due to such impact. The car wiper sometimes work on it own. Lastly, the car consume more fuel as it aged due to usage.

I bought this car used in 2023. It runs well. It is not the quickest car but it will always get the job done. I have the 2.5L 4 cylinder and it gets around 27 mpg on average. This car has never let me down and I plan on keeping it for a while. I would definitely recommend this car if you're looking for something that will last forever and get you from A to B.

On March 12 2022 as I was heading home I was hit in the middle of an intersection by a truck going through a red light. Once I realized I was all right and that no other people were injured in any other vehicles I immediately felt so sad for my car I've never been attached to any vehicle I always thought that was kind of strange but I get it now! It was reliable fuel efficient. I don't know how I'm going to replace it

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

Bought if off a friend with 167,000 km....now at 268,000 Replaced front calipers otherwise its been problem free. Don't get a lot of snow but handles beautifully when we do get it. Haul my 2 kayaks on the roof racks all over the place.

Love my Prius. At first I thought it was ugly, but having owned it for so long, I love it! Get 52 miles to the gallon, but then I don't speed. I drive between 27-29 mph. in town, avoid freeways if I can to keep the mileage high. IU have only replaced the tires and the battery a couple of times. The car starts beautifully, responds well when driven. Is in good shape outside, except for a small "ding"on the bottom of the driver's side where I hit a curb.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! This car checks nearly all the boxes for a great first car. Mine has seen periods of being absolutely babied and periods of being absolutely thrashed and stays strong through both. This was my first car I've had since I was 15, and now I'm 17 and I still absolutely love this thing. It's probably one of the most practical cars you can buy in the US, the seats fold down, it has plenty of space, and overall tons of quality of life features, and it does all this while being very compact, I've parked next to some of the newer Mini coopers to find out they're about the same size. Great for people who love the outdoors since it comes with 4wd, but even my fwd model can hold its own on the dirt, mine is 150k miles going strong with absolutely ZERO issues. The car is amazingly easy to drive yet not at the sacrifice of fun, as you'll be surprised to see how quick it can move as it shares an engine with a Scion sports coupe. While the interior shows it's age, if you're like me and don't want an ipad as your center console it's quite nice, but even for the time it was rather just on par, as this isn't a luxury vehicle by any means. The stiffness of the suspension will also reflect that as it can be a little bit of a rough ride at times. But despite those issues, this car do about it all and I'm proud to say I will own this car for a whole lot of time to come.

This is the longest lasting - 12 years and counting- and reliable vehicle ever owned (8 cars in 55 years). I am a first time Toyota owner and will replace it someday with another Toyota brand.
