There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. I have a blue Trd sport premium, 2025. So far I love this truck! It has hard plastic throughout the interior, which makes it easy to clean. Love the 14 inch screen, and the 360 cameras. Wheels on the Trd sport are some of the best looking wheels out there. If you want a few options, but aren't going off road, trd sport premium is a great option.

I had a great experience with the service dept. Jim Berlin was very personable and explained in detail everything I needed to know. He was very accommodating and provided great service. I highly recommend Phillips-Buick GMC.

I’ve owned a 2022 Toyota 4Runner sr5 for around 2 years now and the whole time I’ve put that thing through basically xxxx, and it has never ever broken, or had anything wrong with it, it may not be considered a truck to some but it sure has driven better than any truck I’ve ever driven, the 4Runner is a beast

Worked on a used car deal remotely with them and it was refreshing to work with people who didn't play games with numbers or lure you in the door with artificially low prices then tack on a bunch of made-up fees. When i arrived to do the deal, I found the vehicle to be super-clean and well-prepared for delivery and they were set to honor the trade-in value we'd discussed. I only didn't purchase because I got cold feet (trading in a low-mileage Lexus for used BMW worried me). Too bad, they were good to deal with.

Our 1st service visit to this dealership was SUPER. Our Service Advisor, Jim Berlin was absolutely a very good Service Advisor. His display of knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness went beon great. He did everything possible to help handle the un-expected repair costs. We know the service was needed and feel it was a fair price for what needed to be repaired. Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

I bought my 2002 Tundra SR5 in February of 2020 with 197,000 miles on it. In the three years since then I have put 24,000 on it, and (not counting brakes/tires, normal wear parts), I have had no mechanical issues with it whatsoever. I changed the timing belt and water pump at 215,000. It pulled a double-axle Uhaul trailer through the the Ozark mountains with no issues ~ even passed a semi on an uphill climb. These trucks last forever and hold their value very well. My only real complaint is that on long trips the seats can get uncomfortable. That's really it. It is a simple, straightforward, and ultra-reliable truck. I will be buying another Tundra soon.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

Service was good kept me upto date on everything going on thru the process

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

We first contacted Phillips Toyota by email to see if they still had a Grand Highlander Hybrid in stock that we could test drive. We were contacted within a half hour & set up a time to make the 90 minute drive to test drive a vehicle. And after making the trip and test driving the vehicle, they were able to find an incoming vehicle (30-45 days) that matched our requirements. We are excitedly awaiting its arrival!!

I came in for service to my 2022 4runner, met George Bonafede and began talking about the new 2025 4runner, he showed me the numbers where I could trade my 2022 and get a 2025 for less than I was paying for my 2022, I went for it, George was polite, professional and I never felt pressured, in the end I go a new 2025 4runner and the transition was made easy by Mr Patdo in financing, Mr Bonafede and Pardo gets a thumbs up for a great job.👍

I purchased 2018 White Camry SE with 8-speed transmission, with 36,000 miles on in May 2019. Now has 163,000 miles on it and still runs perfect. Everyone thinks it has turbo in it and that is because I use gear shift of course love the 8- speed transmission. Have no problems passing people. When I use cruise control at 69 mph have got around 41-43 mpg. Only issue had with my car was first year was a vacuum line staying open at times and it caused my car use more gas. Noticed the rpm guage wasn't dropping at times it was staying around 2 rpm instead dropping.. Took it to the dealership and that was the issue. Since then My car hasn't failed me at all!! Had for almost 6 yrs now and still love it!! I have been looking at getting Toyota Rava 4 but I keep going back to the 2021-2023 Toyota Camry SE of course White which to me is the prettiest and sharpest looking one. This is becaue I like to have little suv love have Tacome but I be looking at Camry SE. Lol.. This is a Nice looking , riding and very dependable car!! Thank You For My Toyota!!

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

The lease price was better for the Corolla Hybrid than leasing another Prius. The Corolla is less roomy, but it gets better mileage (61 mpg vs 52), and I enjoy it.

Stan and his team are superstars! My wife and I needed a second car and needed it quickly. I have a friend who is now retired from owning several large car dealerships. We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

Own a 2014. Best bang for your buck for a 8 seater. I'm at 200k miles with just the usual oil changes and tires when needed. Only 1 downside to these cars are the markups from dealerships.

After 3 auto purchases there I was always treated in a professional manner, service does not force you to buy services you don't want. Sales staff have been fair and easy to work with.

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change
