Good experience doing the trade. Also service after the sake. Returning to give them the title for my trade in and the engine icon came on with less than 100 miles after the purchase. When I told them Oliver didn't hesitate and told me to go to service. Just a small hiccup that didn't come up when the car was being checked over for the sell lot. Part is coming maybe in a couple days and we should be good to go. Can't say thank you enough. From the great sales lady Carniche to the service area we feel like we made a good deal.

The consultant also checked for recalls discovered that my vehicle was required to have a adjusted download to address the brake recall concern issue. I went with the sole purpose of trading my Apex Blue Pearl ILX ASpec for the same color TLX ASpec I had seen the previous time I had my ILX serviced. When I arrived, there was also an Integra in the same color and I immediately became indecisive. Grant Geels was my salesperson and he was great at explaining all of the differences of the 2 vehicles while I test drove both. When it came to the negotiation of sale, neither the manager or Grant were ever disrespectful or belittling, which I had experienced in the past at other dealerships, and it was a successful negotiating experience. I LOVED my ILX for the 4 years I drove it and had never experienced any issues, I was just ready for an upgrade. I love my TLX more!
