McGee Toyota of Claremont NH - Sean M 6/21 purchased Rav4 I had a very good experience at McGee Toyota. Gage the sales manager greeted me just after entering and spoke to me calmly. He wanted to know what brought me in to see them. He introduced me to John “TC” and he kept checking in to see if he could help in the process. John Carter and Gage were both very professional. I’m 60, so I like to be walked along processes to figure them out. There was no back room finance person. Everything was handled in their new spacious showroom. I found that much less stressful. John was very detailed oriented and worked up my trade value quickly allowing me to concentrate on what cars they had to offer. John was very easy to speak to and quickly related to what I wanted to achieve. I knew the estimated trade value from CarFax and they were in line with that right away. I knew the inventory they had in stock from the website listings and drove the one I liked. We haggled a bit on price and they were patient with my antics. In the end my experience with the dealership was great. John and Gage are great men and I look forward to bothering them the next time I’m at the dealership.

Working with Ryan and the McGee team was such a breeze. They were so accommodating. Not pushy at all. Worked with me and informed me along the way. I didn't have to step foot in the dealership until I was ready to sign and drive away. I dont know my more dealership dont work this way. The experience was great. I had specific expectations for my new Toyota and Tyler worked with me to find the vehicle I wanted. All was perfect until I got to the finance department. Was left staring out the window for almost a hour before able to see someone. The $'s they came up with (no additional add ons) were above the original sale price. Quickly corrected when pointed out to the finance person. Highly recommend - just pay attention in the finance department.
