I had a very wonderful and pleasant experience purchasing my first ever car at North Hills Auto Mall. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Any and all questions I had (which were many) were answered in a very timely manner and explained very well (which I greatly appreciated because I'm definitely not anywhere near a car expert). I purchased my car in January 2019 and now almost a year later I am still in love with it and happy with my decision. It is currently 13 years old, and I purchased it with a considerably low mileage for its age, as well as no rust. It was clean inside and out and in wonderful condition. I requested to see the Carfax, and a copy was gladly handed to me to keep, which revealed it had only 1 previous owner and a clean history with no reported accidents. I also took it for a test drive. It still today runs fantastic and I have yet to run into any problems with it. An amazing car to own. Hassle-free and quite fun to drive. No bells and whistles that break like more contemporary styles. Beautiful green color on the outside and warm beige on the inside. Love the simplicity and reliability of this car year after year. The 2005 Corolla is an all around winner!

I am a 95 year old female and LOVE my 2009 Camry. Bought it new in June of 2008 after my 1996 Camry was rearended and totaled. Since then I have driven it 84,569 miles for which I had to buy 3,778 gal of gas. I take my car to the dealer every 4 months (whether it needs it or not) and spent $28,775 for these visits which comes out to 34 cents a mile. It is large enough so that I feel secure among all these huge cars, yet it is small enough so that I have no problems parking in tight spots, or backing into my carport. It has enough get-up and go so that I have been able to get out of tight spots and it has kept me safe and accident free all these years. If - for any reason - I should have to buy one more car during my lifetime - I definitely hope that Toyota has another Camry for me.

I always bought cars through private sellers so I wasn’t sure what to expect when coming to a dealership. You always hear the stories about car salesmen. .We bought our S model new in 2006 and still drive it weekly with 156,000 miles. I’ve done little more than regular maintenance and brake pads on it. The clear coat on the paint didn’t last long but this thing runs like an appliance. Great gas mileage and even better with a K&N air filter.

Went with my son to buy a new car for him because he wrecked his last one. This was the only place I could find a Honda CR-V in a manual transmission. Bought it and a couple months down the line absolutely no issues with it. My son is very happy with his new car and my money was well spent on a car that is very reliable.

It has 3 usb ports. The ride is great but it's a crossover so can be bumpy like any Suv but not as much as most. The seats are leather, they all recline even the rear seats do. This car has lots of power!!. It's a v6 engine and it's gives you all the power you need for climbing hills, passing and more!!. This car has never left me stranded not one time. This had been a great car for me and it has a good looking body style too. All the windows are tinted but the rear windows have a good dark tint and it's not easy to see inside. The driver and passenger window are not as dark. Sunroof moonroof that opens rear panorama roof that does not open. In the very rear trunk area there is a car lighter plug for charging purposes and in the front there are two other locations of the same thing plus one USB port maybe two.

Johnny and Adam are THE BEST!!!! I bought my first Subaru Forrester there 10 years ago. But my experience today at was.....I have NO words to explain how awesome they both were. They were SO helpful with EVERYTHING. I hated to let my Forrester go, but it was time. 😟 Those are two of the greatest guys OMG.....They had us feeling relaxed. I have never had so much fun buying a car. Both Johnny and Adam had us laughing the whole time. And again, who laughs at a time when you HAVE to get another vehicle. I don't! But I did! This is an extremely reliable and dependable vehicle. Something to look out for if you have or are interested in buying a 2007-09 Camry with the 4 cylinder motor, try and look for the service records and see if your engine was repaired with new piston rings at the time when they issued the service campaign for it. I purchased my 2009 just last year with 75k miles on it, and it was a 4 cylinder that was fixed by the dealership! Doesn’t burn a drop of oil between 5k mile intervals. This car is a beast, there is nothing to worry about whatsoever with the V6 models, just be aware that higher power output means more strain on the transmission, but these cars are mechanically fantastic. Just turned 89k miles after about a year of ownership, not one issue. Gas mileage won’t be as good as a new car, but still decent! Do your research before buying, but if you can find one of these older Camrys for cheap, you won’t be disappointed.

I bought my used 2017 Yaris IA sedan (Mazda 2 engine and transmission with Toyota logo!) 3 years ago with 79,000 miles on it and in great condition. First owner had no repairs, only standard maintenance, and I wanted a fuel efficient compact with a reliable engine. Now, at 143,000, all I've had to do (other than brakes, oil, etc) is serpentine belt and a $40 relay. Having some AC problems that seem to be common in these models. Great mileage, simple throwback to inexpensive/basic cars of yesteryear. Not much power on acceleration but ok. Interior design not ideal (no console, cup holders too far back, etc) but that's affordability! I don't care about high tech features, just wanted great MPG and reliable engine, and this is right for that. We will see how long that Mazda engine in a Toyota shell lasts, but others reviews seem promising. A few minor complaints but budget is budget for a reason. Overall very satisfied!

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

I've only owned this car since January 31, 2025. Bought it used from a small dealer in Tennessee with 136,652 miles on it. I bought it because I moved to Tennessee and will be starting a new job soon, so I needed a reliable car to get to/from work. I've always had Hondas; this is my first Toyota, and has not let me down so far. It's comfortable, fun to drive, starts right up every time and you can shift the transmission manually for more fun. All I've had to do to it so far is oil change and replace tie rod ends. I always look forward to driving it. I love the styling of the SE trim, it has the 4 cylinder engine. Only thing I'm going to need to do to it soon is tires. I gave it 4 stars for performance cause the 6 speed transmission seems to lag a bit unless you use manual shift mode and it seems to want to shift into 6th gear too soon. Other than that, I love this car!

Bought my '12 Camry SE used at 100k. Its been an ideal commuter for me. Its now at 222k as of this morning. Here's what I have replaced: Brake Light Switch ($250 at dealer) Blower Motor (bought myself for $45, super easy to change) Spark plugs (preventative maintenance), $250 at dealer Toyota OEM water pump (preventative maintenance) about $1k at Toyota dealer Beyond this, two sets of tires. Brakes all around. Oil changes. I always do my own oil changes. The power door locks have never worked right. I live with it, no big deal I live in a safe area. It has the "dreaded" torque converter shudder around 40-50 mph. Hasn't gotten any better, but hasn't gotten any worse either. I live with it. The car runs fantastic. Idles smoother than my Cadillac Escalade, and cruises 80 mph with ease, and thats just with the 4 cylinder (mine has the 2AR-FE). Best vehicle I have ever owned, thats for sure. I plan to drive this until it doesn't make financial sense to fix something that breaks (which knock on wood, I don't see that happening for a long time). Love my Camry. Best car I have ever purchased. Period.

I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.

I'll choose this van over any other new van or cars out there, it is very reliable and fun very spaceship with no problem highly recommeced

Bought this car in prestine condition a few years ago with very low mileage. 2005 XLE with all the options. JBL sound system is exceptional! All buttons function. No issues, just regular oil changes. Does not use a drop of oil and actually gets pretty good gas mileage with the 5 speed transmission. No issues with 124k km. All 👍

This car is my very first. I am happy to start with something small and economic. The trunk as a lot of room, and the interior was clean.

Bought my 2002 Toyota Camry brand new and 21 years later it's still AMAZING!! I have looked at new cars and I can't get myself to let go of this little miracle car I already own! I have kept up the scheduled maintenance plan and I have never (not even once) had any problems at all! Seven years ago had it repainted to factory color because it was fading. I may do that again since the paint job only lasted 7 years before I buy new. The inside is perfect! I love this little gem! ♡

I purchased a 2006 brand new. I fell in love with it. Everything was perfect until now. I haven't been able to drive for a couple of years so it stays parked. I learned that if you don't put some use to it and just keep it parked, you will discover problems which are more my fault. I never had any problems until I got sick and stopped driving. I refuse to let my car go because I plan to drive again and it's the most reliable, quiet and comfortable ride. When I would give others a ride, they loved it! I'm just annoyed that toyota doesn't make that style anymore. The space, reliability and comfort is amazing!!!

Best car I've ever owned very reliable purchased from dealership in 2021 with 68000 miles has 127000 on it now only did fluid changes tire and front brake pads. Best car out there in my opinion.
