I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. I bought my 2017 in spring of 2020 with 27k miles for $27k. I was specifically looking for a TRD Sport, manual trans. The Tacoma is the only manual trans truck produced anymore. I currently have 80k miles on it now and the blue book still shows it at $23k-$24k. I have not had any issues with it. I have done my own maintenance (oil changes and just recently front brake pads). The 2017 was the last year before they added all the safety stuff with the cruise controls. I'm glad I don't have that stuff. I also have the map system in my factory head unit and don't have to rely on the Apple carplay or Android auto apps. There was some discomfort in the seat. It was easily resolved with items that can be purchased to adjust the seat to your liking. There are a lot of complaints on the power and fuel mileage. Really?? Its a truck. Its not a sports car or compact sedan. Its not going to get the greatest mileage or set land speed records. If you want something that always starts, never leaves you stranded, and you can count on everyday, this is the one. If you want something that you want to spend a bunch of money repairing, you may want to look elsewhere.

I've only owned this car since January 31, 2025. Bought it used from a small dealer in Tennessee with 136,652 miles on it. I bought it because I moved to Tennessee and will be starting a new job soon, so I needed a reliable car to get to/from work. I've always had Hondas; this is my first Toyota, and has not let me down so far. It's comfortable, fun to drive, starts right up every time and you can shift the transmission manually for more fun. All I've had to do to it so far is oil change and replace tie rod ends. I always look forward to driving it. I love the styling of the SE trim, it has the 4 cylinder engine. Only thing I'm going to need to do to it soon is tires. I gave it 4 stars for performance cause the 6 speed transmission seems to lag a bit unless you use manual shift mode and it seems to want to shift into 6th gear too soon. Other than that, I love this car!

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

I have. A2002 4 runner with almost 400,000 miles and I love it still traveling to other states on it and I leave my 2015 at home I only use it for work , had a 96 Camry for 15 yrs sold it with a little mileage like 300,890 miles and my sister still outing more miles on it Toyas last as long as you maintain them

Bought my '12 Camry SE used at 100k. Its been an ideal commuter for me. Its now at 222k as of this morning. Here's what I have replaced: Brake Light Switch ($250 at dealer) Blower Motor (bought myself for $45, super easy to change) Spark plugs (preventative maintenance), $250 at dealer Toyota OEM water pump (preventative maintenance) about $1k at Toyota dealer Beyond this, two sets of tires. Brakes all around. Oil changes. I always do my own oil changes. The power door locks have never worked right. I live with it, no big deal I live in a safe area. It has the "dreaded" torque converter shudder around 40-50 mph. Hasn't gotten any better, but hasn't gotten any worse either. I live with it. The car runs fantastic. Idles smoother than my Cadillac Escalade, and cruises 80 mph with ease, and thats just with the 4 cylinder (mine has the 2AR-FE). Best vehicle I have ever owned, thats for sure. I plan to drive this until it doesn't make financial sense to fix something that breaks (which knock on wood, I don't see that happening for a long time). Love my Camry. Best car I have ever purchased. Period.

Bright and clean with comfortable seating and refreshment options. My car was ready on time, sparkling clean inside and out. This dealership does a great job. I left impressed and satisfied. My wife drives this vehicle and she is a small gal. She said it fits her great and rides very smooth. Gas mileage isnt the best but she doesnt drive it everyday so its not a big deal for us .

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

The new 4th Gen taco. It took some time to grow on me. But the style is much better then other mid size trucks on the market. It's great truck for what you need to do with it. With the massive 14 inch screen all new digital dashboard. New interior seats. Nice wide body shape. And it handles extremely well on the roads. Sure I wish Toyota would have made the rear leg room little wider. And added a step to the bed area. But overall it's a great a truck. The performance of the stock 2.4 turbo charge engine will move the truck.

Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

So I pretty much been dealing with one Gentleman name Craig and have been an easy person to speak with and very knowledgeable about things I ask of him.

The car is a smooth ride and is very nice to drive. I have zero complaints about the exterior or interior. This is a great car

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. I was actually looking for a truck. When I bought this but I'm glad I made my decision for the forerunner.

Finally pulled the trigger and purchase a brand new Sequoia about a year ago. It has been a dream. Roomy, reliable and comfortable. A true family vehicle. We use it for transporting hordes of kids, skiing and road trips. We'll enjoy it for many years to come.
