So far, So good, great milage and reliability. A little cramped up front. Hybrid electric makes a loud unpleasant sound in reverse. I was told it has to have that by law on electrics. but does it have to be obnoxious?

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

Great experience without the pressure, no pushy sales team. Found some damage on one of the wheels and the dealership made it right and replaced it with a brand new wheel. Great experience

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

Without hesitation I can say this was the smoothest car purchase of my life. Amber & Derrick were personable, accommodating, knowledgeable, and felt more like allies than an opposition only looking for their gain. I never felt pressured or inadequate during the entire process. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the people or their process. Within the first five minutes of our call I literally interrupted the flow of conversation with Amber and was like, "Can a car deal actually be this honest and easy?" Fast forward 4 hours later, a trip to the dealership, numbers that actually stayed the same as we're agreed to over the phone, and I drove out of the Legends lot in my new truck with my mind blown and a true believer in these people. I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

As soon as I was greated by Anthony I knew this was the place to be. Me and my wife went in not really sure if we wanted to buy a car because at every other dealership we had been to the salesman where really pushy and seemed like they didn’t care about me as a customer. But the way we were treated as soon as we walked in made us feel as if we knew Mr Anthony from a long time ago . Even though he is a really young man he is very knowledgeable and very respectful. Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

Christine, my service rep was exceptionally nice in checking my vehicle in for recall repairs. Sh thoroughly explained the two issues, the processes to remedy them, and set reasonable expectations for the repair time. My car was ready well before the promised time.

Reading some of the reviews here on Cars.com, and I get the impression folks bought the wrong car. This Land Cruiser is perfect. Toyota stripped out luxury, got away from a 90k luxo-barge, and built and off-road SUV. "the ride can be rough/stiff at times"; it's body on frame, for good reason! The suspension articulation, ramp angle, etc... beat the pants of a unibody SUV. "The transmission is jerky..." for a few thousand miles; once it learns your driving style, it smooths out (my '23 Alfa Romeo with the ZF 8-speed did the same thing). Hybrid systems are complex, and once the vehicle learns where you throttle off/on, brake, how firmly you accelerate, it behaves much better. "The hybrid offer rubbish fuel mileage"; first - blame the Federal Govt and CAFE for everyone switching to hybrids. second - if you actually take it off-road, you'll discover the brilliance of having electric motor torque at low speed while crawling... much better low-speed control than even my old LC100 with a V-8. "the interior plastics are cheap"; Toyota made a decision to use long-wearing, durable materials, and keep the cost down, so we could get an excellent off-roader for 55k (a little more than the average selling price of a car in America), instead of 90k (previous gen LC200 luxo-barge). Bottom line, if you want the luxo-barge, get the GX... the V-6 won't work as hard, has a larger tank, it has leather, and a trick suspension that smooths out body-on-frame ride characteristics... if you want a rugged off-roader, without stuff to break, and don't plan on being precious about it... the current gen Land Cruiser is a bargain, checks all the right boxes, and has reliability the Wrangler and Bronco can only dream about.

Service was quick and efficient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Appointment was easy to make. Really enjoy the vehicle and fuel savings with hybrid drive.

I’ve had no issues with the truck. The interior is nice. Good sound system and comfortable seats. The gas mileage isn’t too bad in my experience. I’m at and average of 17mpg and I drive it in an area with heavy traffic.

I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

Bought this car brand new and I really like for an economically standpoint. It's just as spacious as the Camry. Totally Love this car. Highly recommended.

He demonstrated exemplary customer service, empathy, attention to detail and kindness. They have a large flat screen TV and provide amenities for those waiting. They have vehicles available to borrow while yours is being repaired as well as service to drive you back home and pick you up if you don't want to borrow a vehicle. Its incredible! This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

Donald Franklin was a super nice guy. He helped me out a lot as I had about 80 questions. He really went to bat for me and got me a good price for my trade-in so I could buy a brand new car. There are a lot of nice people at the dealership too; so I can see why Donald likes working there.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

Appreciated sales style of Kevin. Decent prices on what we needed. Also Kevin and the finance manager stayed after hours to get the deal done.
