From the moment I arrived until I drove off the lot, I felt like the most important person in the place. I was given accurate time and cost expectations. The waiting area was very comfortable. The dealership offers a shuttle service with a comfortable vehicle and a capable, friendly driver. I was picked up in 5 minutes after calling for a ride back. The car was fixed well within the time period I was given and the fix was perfect. The inside was cleaner than when it went in the garage and the price was less than expected. It has been a few years since I serviced at this location. Service was performed faster than expected, and all went well. .However, I have a question; what happened to the car wash? A wash used to be included in service visits. I asked and was told Tundras are too big. My last vehicle was a tundra. I don't think my new truck is bigger. Not a huge deal, just kind of disappointing.

Had my car inspected and had my oil changed. The waiting area was very comfortable. The whole process went very smooth and I was kept informed throughout the whole process.
