Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

My husband and I made a 45 mile trip to Vitali to look at a few of their vehicles we saw online. We stopped in and spoke with Nick who directed us to the vehicle we were particularly interested in - Nick was not pushy at all, and was very polite and knowledgeable. I bought my 2017 in spring of 2020 with 27k miles for $27k. I was specifically looking for a TRD Sport, manual trans. The Tacoma is the only manual trans truck produced anymore. I currently have 80k miles on it now and the blue book still shows it at $23k-$24k. I have not had any issues with it. I have done my own maintenance (oil changes and just recently front brake pads). The 2017 was the last year before they added all the safety stuff with the cruise controls. I'm glad I don't have that stuff. I also have the map system in my factory head unit and don't have to rely on the Apple carplay or Android auto apps. There was some discomfort in the seat. It was easily resolved with items that can be purchased to adjust the seat to your liking. There are a lot of complaints on the power and fuel mileage. Really?? Its a truck. Its not a sports car or compact sedan. Its not going to get the greatest mileage or set land speed records. If you want something that always starts, never leaves you stranded, and you can count on everyday, this is the one. If you want something that you want to spend a bunch of money repairing, you may want to look elsewhere.

My son needed a different vehicle so we went to East Coast to look and was extremely satisfied with the truck he bought Chris helped him get the financing and everything went smoothly. So smoothly I went back with my daughter two weeks later and found the Jeep she was looking for. Brent helped her get the deal that worked for her. Highly recommend East Coast Motors!

I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

From the very start of my car shopping in June, 2023, I chose Matthews Planet Pre-Owned on the Vestal Parkway. One of my high school pals, Donna Shelp Fletcher, works there as their title clerk. I contacted her and asked her who I could work with at the dealership to help me find a vehicle. I ended up working with Andy Busch, who was very helpful, patient, and friendly. I really like how they do not pressure you at all. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Chevy Trax. They gave me an excellent trade in for my Volkswagen Beetle. Everyone I came in contact with during this process were fantastic. Prior to buying this vehicle, I had a Volkswagen Beetle which had a recall. I called them, they set up an appt and were very accommodating & friendly. Took care of it with no problem! This past spring, I had an issue with my tire not taking in air at an air pump. I drove it right over to the service center and made it there before they closed. They checked the tire thoroughly. While I was waiting, Jim Morse GM, happened to be walking out into the service area, saw me and was so friendly. He doesn't know me from Adam! He asked if I was being helped so I told him my car was being looked at. He walked right over to them to see how it was going. He didn't have to do that! Then Tim Salisbury, (I believe he's a service mgr), who checked me in to begin with & a truly kind and friendly man,said they wanted to perform a thorough check to make sure nothing was wrong with the tire, so I waited in the Waiting Room, which is very clean & comfortable, has vending machines, and even popcorn, coffee, and water available while you wait. Every employee who walks by smiles and says hello. When my car was finished, Tim came to get me from the waiting room, said everything was good to go and no charge!!!!!!! They really want the best for you. Today I went back again for my NYS inspection. Tim checked me in... Again, so kind. I went to the waiting room. Jim Morse happened to walk by, again not knowing me, had a huge smile and a friendly "Hi! How are you doing?" Tim came out a short while later and said "You're all set!" It passed! I 150% recommend Matthews Planet Pre-Owned for buying a vehicle and for all your auto service needs. Oh, forgot to mention that I also got an oil change a couple months back. Great service, as usual. Who else gives you a card for a free car wash after each service? Just Matthews! They are, in my opinion, the best for all your auto needs! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

Every person I spoke with was considerate, appreciative and AWESOME. They kept thanking ME for buying my car, and I kept thanking THEM for allowing me to buy a beautiful Hyundai Sonata!!! It’s beautiful and EXACTLY what I was looking for. They worked with me to get a payment I was comfortable with and were just GREAT!!

This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.

The only sad moment on my AL travels was that the Battery Died! = three-year warranty one replaced with Auto Center Assistant that KNEW his stuff - all is well - aging vehicle - onto the new one in the future.

My husband and I went to the Service Center for an oil change and tire rotation. We immediately were met by Service Adviser Chris Mondolfi. He treated us as if we had been longtime service customers - this was our first visit to the Matthews Import Center’s Service Center. He was polite and made our experience as pleasant as can be. We will definitely return based on our recent customer service received not only with service but with our recent purchase of a certified used Kia Sportage.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle due to a last minute deal, the operations manager Brandan Collins who was assisting me was informative, easy to work with, and super friendly. Overall Butler Auto was a great, even if brief, experience.

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

I purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander from Butler's back in 2018 for my growing family and it was a great car!! I just recently was able to trade in and upgrade for a beautiful 2021 GMC Acadia and Noah went above and beyond to help me find the right car. He was so patient, let me drive all the cars I had seen online (even stayed late to do so) just to be sure I was making the right choice, answered all my questions in stride, and also helped me weigh my pros and cons for each choice I had. I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

First I like to say my name is Mr Van, and I like to.tell you about my wonderful experience buying my car from Global motors. I found a car I really like and it had a very fare price. I called Global motors to let them know I had interest in this car and wanted to know if the car was mechanically sound. I asked can I have a purchase order because I have a bank check for my desired cost. . They assured me the car was clean and well kept and no major issues where present. I informed them I'm from Maryland and I like to set up the entire transaction before flying to Binghamton NY to take possession. They reassured me that they would be able to accommodate my request and began the process of preparing the paperwork. They FedEx overnight a purchase agreement with no hidden fees or anything. Only the agreed price. So I mailed the the order back next day with my check in tow. A day later they informed me they got the check and paperwork, just give them a few days to prep the car with temp tags. I agreed that's fine I will not be able to fly there till the weekend. So on Friday evening right after work I took a flight to NY and stayed in a hotel room that night 🌙 In the morning I took a uber to the Global motors dealership, it was 10 minutes away. Soon as I got out my uber one of the brothers greeted me Mr Vann? I said yes hello . He said your car is ready for you freshly washed come inside and just sign a few papers. So about 10 minutes later we talked smiled, joked a bit and I thanked them for making this such a fantastic experience buying a car, zero stress. These guys are honest, professional business owners and you can tell they really care about you as there customer, I love how they run it. With all that said I encourage anyone looking to purchase a car to strongly consider shopping with Global motors. I've had many cars in my time but this time has been Magical. It's a fantastic vehicle, both inside and out. I get about 30-50 electric miles depending on whether I do freeway or side-street driving, what the outdoor temperature is, if I have AC on, etc. I get 50-60 mpg when the engine turns on. It gets to freeway speeds really fast in sport mode, but I normally stay on eco/normal mode - normal mode has more than enough power for my needs. Interior features lack the extra toys from the XSE and Premium trims, but I can live without them. Trunk space is adequate with the folding cover attached and only slightly better without it due to the sloped rear exterior. But I've never had a problem with trunk space since folding down the seats grants more than enough room for my needs. Cabin space is decent. No one in my family and friend group is over 182 cm tall so all of them can fit with ample head and leg room. I have no complaints with the handling, even at higher speeds. It's smooth, but outside noise does get a bit loud especially when the engine turns on. Charging is a tad over nine hours if using a standard 110v/120v L1 charger, and half that with a 220v/240v L2 charger. The Prius Prime is not built to handle DC charging, so don't bother with that. EV mode is good for up to 55 mph or so, and HV mode is good for speeds beyond that. The sweet spot speed for HV mode seems to be around 65-72 mph. Beyond that and efficiency takes a nosedive. The Prius Prime, or any plug-in hybrid (PHEV), isn't for everyone. It's the best of both worlds, but it's also the worst of both worlds. During EV mode, a PHEV is a less efficient battery electric vehicle (BEV) since it's carrying a heavy internal combustion engine (ICE) that isn't being used, along with all the other ICE components. It also has all the maintenance requirements of the standard HEV variant, unlike a true BEV. When the battery is depleted, a PHEV is a worse hybrid since it's carrying a big battery that isn't being used. Despite a PHEV's versatility between gasoline and electric usage, it isn't for everyone. It can run on gasoline only without ever charging the battery, but then you lose all the benefits of EV driving. You paid extra for the EV experience, so you might as well charge the battery. Final thoughts: the Prius Prime is a very good car, but only If you can charge at home. If not, then get the standard Prius since that one is an even more efficient hybrid.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

I have owned my 2008 Corolla since it was a year old. It currently has 184,000 miles on it. Other than regular maintenance I have not spent one cent on repairs. The gas mileage is so great I never worry about the price of gas. It is so dependable and reliable it is almost like a good friend.

I have owned mine for 8 years and 73,000 miles and I still love it. I am getting about 56-58 mpg tank average in the summer and 45-50mpg in the winter due to colder temperatures and using the heat often, affecting battery-only usage. Cruises on the highway great, and is perfect around town. Blue Streak Metallic paint has held up great, no clear coat damage and still feels great after a clay bar/ polish. I just have some rock chips on the hood, but they haven't started rusting and have been there for many years. Pretty comfortable considering it's size and wheelbase, it's nice and quiet too. I like that it has an actual gear selector and handbrake unlike the "regular" prius with it's little knob thing and foot brake. Interior has held up great, easy to clean the fabric seats, and all the buttons and tech work perfectly. I was able to unplug the speaker that makes the annoying hybrid sound at low speed, so now it's silent in EV mode which is great. I always recommend them to my friends, and most have never heard of a Prius C. I'd like a 4runner or something cool with more cargo space, but I can't get over their gas mileage under 20 mpgs. Think I'll just keep my Prius C lol.

Honest and trustworthy are two words rarely associated with used car dealers, but Delo and his team are both. Very easy to work with and very fair. Outstanding customer service and sold me a vehicle that I am very happy with, and I feel like we both walked away with a square deal. I'd recommend this dealership, I will certainly be back when it's time to shop again.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

The experience of buying a car and always be trying a little anxious and not knowing really which way you wanna go. Adam was excellent, answered all my questions pointed out things that I hadn’t thought of and his father was right there with helpful hitch and showing my wife how to use the screen with all the apps on them, which is sometimes confusing. I think it’s a very good dealership and trustworthy Dennis Hartley a little tree Orchard.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.
