My car was brought in from a dealership an hour away. During my test drive the airbag light was on. Not one of the tires was the same brand. Didn?t know that was allowed. They compromised with splitting the cost of just 1 new tire. It?s been 5 days and the airbag switch still hasn?t been replaced. (They?re wrking on it). I?d like my new car soon. They cashed my check. However, the manager has been terrific.

Is it the most fun car to drive? No. Is it a really cool car? No, unless you're an engineer. Is it reliable, cheap to operate and maintain? Yes! That's what this car is designed to do. It doesn't get up like a sports car or carry as much as a truck. Over 3 years of ownership I've experienced Zero problems with this car. I routinely transport my 4 kids around in it. I have moved 2x4's (8ft limit) in this. I have driven 500 miles at once in it. I have driven it in snow (once). It's a great car for anyone concerned about total cost of ownership.

Just purchased a 2025 Ridgeline Black Edition truck today at Classic Honda in Streetsboro. Jack Mullins was our sales guy and Zach C was the Finance guy. The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

This is the second Subaru I have bought from this dealer. The wife bought her Outback in 2015, and she is still in love with it. My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

The service that you deliver is exemplary. You have always been there for me. The great service, I think it is to hard work of Dave. He has gotten me through.

This car doesn?t burn gas. It is so solid, drives like a dream. I can?t wait to do a road trip with my new Prius. Beaverton Toyota is the best!

Ubered three years in it and everybody said this is a great little car. They were thinking about getting it for their teenagers first brake job at 266,000 miles I’m sorry incorrect 244,000 miles. Great gas mileage, pretty quick for a little car no problems catching up to people.

I owned 2006 Matrix and loved that car and so I purchased new 2013 model and hand down the older one to my daughter. Both cars were manual transmission, the ride is little bumpy but I don't care, great economy, great room for stuff like my push mower and very reliable, I don't have to worry about what is going to break next. Unfortunately Toyota stopped making them my 2013 model is the last year.

Decent place, not sure why I need to talk to part then service to set everything up, like why does the customer have to relay messages to the same dealership and it?s departments, do they not communicate.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

The employees were very professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions. We were pleased with the nice greeting and friendly atmosphere.

The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

With over 65K miles on my 208 Prius, I'm getting 52 mpg over the life of the car. No major mechanical problems. I recently replaced the battery (the regular one), which I expected. The original tires had to be replaced at about 25K, which was surprising to me I hadn't realized carmakers deliberately put cheap tires on their new vehicles to keep the sticker price down. I've gotten used to the retro black-and-white dashboard, but the white color does reduce cabin heat in the summer, I suppose. Overall, I'm happy with the car because of its excellent gas mileages and overall reliability. i plan to keep it until a repair would cost than the car is worth.

I purchased this 2010 TOYOTA Yaris with a five speed manual transmission in 2010 with 7 miles on it. It is now 2025 my Yaris had it's 15th birthday back in April. Tires, brakes changed at 50k. Water pump and serpentine belt (preventive maintenance) at 90k. Tires, brakes changed @ 100k. Clutch replacement @ 110k. If you are cognizant of your driving habits you can obtain over 40 mpg easily. I am looking forward to obtaining at least 5 to 10 more years of driving pleasure seeing how I have only 123k original miles on the vehicle.

I recently traded in a 2013 Toyota Prius C for this car, a 2025 Prius LE AWD in guardian grey. I loved my old car so I was interested in sticking with the prius and I'm glad I did. They've upgraded this car in so many ways and it is truly fun to drive now. Pros: -Upgraded engine. This engine has more than double the power of the old engines and it makes a huge difference without hurting the fuel economy at all. It makes this car super fun to drive and it handles very well. -Improved styling. These cars don't look anything like the old priuses. They look so much sportier and overall better. I also really liked most of the color options they had. -Value and reliability. The new priuses provide better power combined with the same great fuel economy that prius has become known for. I regularly get 60 mpg. They also aren't very expensive comparatively. I also know that as long as I take care of it I will likely get at least 12 years out of this car like I did with my last prius. Cons: -Not a lot of headroom. Technically speaking, this car has comparable headroom with it's main competitor, the Honda Civic Hybrid, but with the design of the car (long and low) it feels like less. This isn't an issue for me but I can see how it would be an issue for others. -Decreased visibility. Again, because the car is long and low, the windows have slightly decreased visibility compared to earlier generations of this car. I think the safety features in this car more than make up for it so I don't really have an issue with it. -Cheaper materials. The plastic pieces in the interior of the car feel a little bit cheaper and flimsier than they did in my old prius. It's not enough to be a huge issue and the interior is well designed so I don't really notice it but there is a difference. However this is something I noticed in all of the cars that I tested so it's not limited to this model or brand. Overall, this is a great car and I'm very happy with it!

Purchase, order and delivery were seamless. Only took half a day to finalize everything on a FRIDAY! Took delivery TUESDAY. Needed tire replacement and Jeff McMahan took card of it immediately! Can’t wait to buy from him again!

This is best Prius I have owned. The safety features allow me to be a better driver. The furl economy is amazing - 58 mpg on the last tank of gas with in town driving!
