The chevrolet service dept always does what I ask and if they find anything else that needs done they will let you know if it has to be done or if it can wait but either way they charge very little if anything to get you a estimate just depends how long it takes to diagnose.

I purchased this 4Runner new, have only driven it moderatelybut far back into rarely ever traveled areas — definitelyfar away from any crowds. I do all maintenance myself, and there is extremely little of that. I have only replaced the original battery once. It handles very well in all situations. I did and strongly do recommend getting the factory high quality stabilizer system. Mine is a 4x4 Trail Edition and I ever so greatful for that. That provides truly complete 4 wheel drive but only when needed. Being a car mechanic when young, a Marine Colonel and a retired Professor of Plasma physics and Quantum Electrodynamics, I carefully studied all vehicles and options far in advance. The Toyota V-6 engine is famous for its extreme durability as is every part of the vehicle. I did, as a possibly excessive caution, replaced the perfectly good radiator with a larger, no–plastic radiator possessing far better transmission cooler. Also being a private airplane pilot for over 65 years, I have long ago learned to be pro-active rather than reactive. Silicone hoses and best quality German full synthetic oil in engine, transmission and both differentials. The European oil standards are far beyond American and aggressive testing has proven that beyond any doubt. I have also replaced the cheapy passenger car tires and wheels with full beadlock, wider, negative offset wheels (all 5) with Toyo 8-ply rated 275/75–17" tires (34"), improved the factory shocks with King 2-¾" shocks & springs, et al. Yes, I also designed & built high quality fore & aft stainless steel bumpers to carry an 10mt hydraulic winch and double swing out locking rear bumper to carry 3 20 liter NATO gas cans, high lift jack, 4 traction panels and the oversized spare tire. The driving and riding quality is genuinely wonderful. This vehicle will out live both my equally fantastic wife and myself, as well as the next series of owners. Just nothing ever goes wrong with it (full skid plates help). To date, I have never known of a more practical, pleasant, reliable vehicle, and we have gone to some very 'dicey' places without any fear of getting stuck or damaged. I honestly have never even heard of any vehicle remotely as reliable and comfortable even for long trips as the 4Runner. I had a 1987 4Runner but the 4 cylinder engine, while excellent, was just not powerful enough, although I did much prefer the standard 5 speed manual transmission over the current automatic transmission. In approximately 400,000 miles over 27 years, I only replaced the battery twice.

We bought our Acadia at another dealership but when we had trouble Phil Wright responded to our call, gave us the number for a wrecker to pick it up and took care of ordering the parts and fixing it in a timely manner. This vehicle seems to be an outstanding vehicle for its class. The only reason that I'm not giving it five stars for comfort is that it rides like a truck -- which is what its supposed to be, but quite comfortable for a truck. The other four star rating I gave it was because it was not available with a manual transmission. Again, it's a truck, not a car and trucks, as working vehicles should be available with a manual transmission -- but people today don't want to actually have to DRIVE a vehicl.

This is my 2nd Toyota 86 with my last one being a 2017 GT86. The new and totally improved 23GR86 is far beyond what I thought this car would ever be. This car is amazing for the price and if you truly love the feel of a sports car this is the one to buy! When searching, I knew that the FA motor was a good one but def had it's weaknesses that needed attn asap! I drove my car the way it was supposed to bbe driven and put 130k miles on it before trading it in on the new 2023. I had zero issues but also over service assuring that I ALWAYS had the best fluids in my car. I never even replaced my clutch just tires. The new 2023 GR86 is so much nicer then I expected it to be, it's an enthusiast car and now with the 2.4 mototr it has more then enough power to push you through the tightest of corners. It hadles like a dream and while it has a stiffer suspension then most like, you'll def appreciate when hitting the back roads with twists and turns. I drove the Supra to compare and disliked it in so many ways and all it is is a BMW. I'm 6'0 tall with long legs and have all kinds of room to stretch out. My shoulders are wide and fit perfect, it's not lacking in comfort at all with this year having heated seats in the premium. The headlights are badass and follow you around ever corner. The only thing I'm missing is fog lamps and there is no where to mount them. There is also no kits to install a aftermarket stereo and that really sucks. I have $7k in stereo and need a mount or it won't work. Other then that, if your on the fence, go test ride it! I have the manual 6 speed and it is amazing! The automatic has the paddle shifters and they work well but being such a sports car enthusiast, I only purchase manual cars. They start at under $29k and go up to $25k for a fully loaded automatic. I can promise you that it is worth every penny and the test ride will lock you in. DO NOT PAY OVER MSRP, there is dealers out there that aren't being greedy. Also PPF the whole front of the car or you'll have chips everywhere. It is the best investment and will make your car look amazing if done right.

Our brand new car broke down 300 miles from home. Got in touch with Phil Wright Service dept and DeWayne Caldwell treated so very well. He kept us advised as to what was happening, fed us lunch, and treated us with great respect thru the entire process. Also would like to give kudos to the service tech that located the problem with our car.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

Working with Bobby Wells was phenomenal. He stayed late to make sure we got a chance to test drive the cars we wanted. He went above and beyond what was asked of him and was really friendly. The person that done the detail cleaning done a fantastic job as well. It looked almost like it came straight from the factory. I will definitely be looking here for my next vehicle. Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I am very pleased with my purchase and glad I didn’t go anywhere else. The Internet Sales Consultant was very professional and consistent in reaching out and checking on the phase of my vehicle purchase, but was not overbearing and was not pushy about making a sale. I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I purchased 2018 White Camry SE with 8-speed transmission, with 36,000 miles on in May 2019. Now has 163,000 miles on it and still runs perfect. Everyone thinks it has turbo in it and that is because I use gear shift of course love the 8- speed transmission. Have no problems passing people. When I use cruise control at 69 mph have got around 41-43 mpg. Only issue had with my car was first year was a vacuum line staying open at times and it caused my car use more gas. Noticed the rpm guage wasn't dropping at times it was staying around 2 rpm instead dropping.. Took it to the dealership and that was the issue. Since then My car hasn't failed me at all!! Had for almost 6 yrs now and still love it!! I have been looking at getting Toyota Rava 4 but I keep going back to the 2021-2023 Toyota Camry SE of course White which to me is the prettiest and sharpest looking one. This is becaue I like to have little suv love have Tacome but I be looking at Camry SE. Lol.. This is a Nice looking , riding and very dependable car!! Thank You For My Toyota!!

I dropped my truck off to have the oil changed. The day before I noticed that I had a headlight out. I bought the bulb from a local parts store, but hadn't had a chance to change it. They called and said that I had a light out. I told them the bulb was in the truck seat that I would change it that afternoon. They said they would change it as a courtesy at no charge. Happy customer!

Mine is the 2022 LE, but has the convenience package. It includes the sunroof, blind spot monitor, keyless entry, hood and door edge wrap. It really has almost all I could want. I wish it were another color than white, and the backup camera could be better at night. Other than that it has been pretty much perfect for the 13 months I have had it. The LTA, collision avoidance, and BSM, as well as adaptive cruise control are great safety features. The white paint shows dirt too easily, but it looks great when clean. I have noticed no issues with the power train. The gears shift smooth, and the power is more than adequate. I am 64, so way past the age where I wish to impress anyone with a road racer. Good, reliable, safe transportation from point A to point B is my priority. This care is more than adequate for that function.

Shopped for a Certified pre owned. XLE for 2 months. Found this one 150 miles from home. Purchased to replace a 2012 Camry XLE which had been an excellent car. All of the new "tech" on the 2023 took a little time to learn but after 4 months it is great. I am an old guy and don't know why I waited so long to own a Toyota Camry. My experience with a Camry has exceeded that of any other domestic automobile I have owned and I have owned several. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a mid size, comfortable, reliable source of transportation.

The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. This is my second Camry and Toyota just keeps improving the design, performance, mpg, and quality. The Camry is known for it's reliability and I can attest to that. My previous Camry had 185,000 miles on it, did not use any oil and never had any major repairs (just the usual tires, brakes, oil changes, etc.) This latest model is even quieter, more powerful, more comfortable, and the entertainment/navigation are easy to use and respond very quickly.

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

Great place only took a few minutes to come up with a deal.This is 3rd or 4th time we have traded at Cogswell Motors.Service dept is as good as the sales team.Donnie

Just purchased by 3rd 4runner Limited. Love that Toyota is reliable and I like sitting up over looking traffic. Toyota's hold there resale value. I did not purchase the extended warranty, I've never used it previously and think it's a waste of money unless you pur a EV. Also, the dealership might try to get you to buy windshield coverage....it's already in my auto insurance coverage. Shop around for rates, usually a credit union has pretty good rates if your credit score is good. Dealerships generally run higher interest rates. Also, make sure you get 2 key fobs. Just offering some general buying tips.
