Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. What I do not like Remote start: There is no option just to start the HVAC, you have to start the car. The car needs to be locked. Why not combine 2 functions - lock first, then start HVAC. After getting into the car and starting, a number of features do not work and need manual intervention: Auto setting for heated seats and steering wheel Phone no longer connects. Manual intervention needed to connect CarPlay (several taps) I have not been able to get scheduled HVAC going from the app. Multi-Information display is almost obstructed by steering wheel. And I am 6’2”. Steering-wheel buttons are crowded. Setting, canceling, resuming buttons are close together and I need to look at the wheel to find the right button. Audio volume is much easier with a knob… I had to restrict the upper range of the lift gate opening so it would not hit the garage door. Now I hit my head on the lift gate edge if I am not careful. My car came with only 1 key fob. Several months later still no 2nd fob. Heat takes a long time to come on. Lack of recording cameras, like Tesla. Knob to put in Drive or Reverse. Easy to select the wrong direction. Pushbuttons are easier. Only randomly is CarPlay activated when starting car. I only want Carplay. What I like Auto parking brake. Seats are comfortable. Easy to drive the car smoothly. Comfortable. Auto heated seats and steering wheel. Qi wireless charger Wireless CarPlay (will not buy a car without it) Rubber car mats. Overall comments: I like the car, but the interfaces in the Hyundai Kona Electric I had previously were better.

What we liked first was that you sit in the front seats seated. Your shins are vertical, not out in front of you. It’s very stylish and still stands out. We enjoy the graphics on MPG and ALL the safety features. No complaints after owning it three months now.

I purchased 2018 White Camry SE with 8-speed transmission, with 36,000 miles on in May 2019. Now has 163,000 miles on it and still runs perfect. Everyone thinks it has turbo in it and that is because I use gear shift of course love the 8- speed transmission. Have no problems passing people. When I use cruise control at 69 mph have got around 41-43 mpg. Only issue had with my car was first year was a vacuum line staying open at times and it caused my car use more gas. Noticed the rpm guage wasn't dropping at times it was staying around 2 rpm instead dropping.. Took it to the dealership and that was the issue. Since then My car hasn't failed me at all!! Had for almost 6 yrs now and still love it!! I have been looking at getting Toyota Rava 4 but I keep going back to the 2021-2023 Toyota Camry SE of course White which to me is the prettiest and sharpest looking one. This is becaue I like to have little suv love have Tacome but I be looking at Camry SE. Lol.. This is a Nice looking , riding and very dependable car!! Thank You For My Toyota!!

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

Shopped for a Certified pre owned. XLE for 2 months. Found this one 150 miles from home. Purchased to replace a 2012 Camry XLE which had been an excellent car. All of the new "tech" on the 2023 took a little time to learn but after 4 months it is great. I am an old guy and don't know why I waited so long to own a Toyota Camry. My experience with a Camry has exceeded that of any other domestic automobile I have owned and I have owned several. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a mid size, comfortable, reliable source of transportation.

I've only owned this car since January 31, 2025. Bought it used from a small dealer in Tennessee with 136,652 miles on it. I bought it because I moved to Tennessee and will be starting a new job soon, so I needed a reliable car to get to/from work. I've always had Hondas; this is my first Toyota, and has not let me down so far. It's comfortable, fun to drive, starts right up every time and you can shift the transmission manually for more fun. All I've had to do to it so far is oil change and replace tie rod ends. I always look forward to driving it. I love the styling of the SE trim, it has the 4 cylinder engine. Only thing I'm going to need to do to it soon is tires. I gave it 4 stars for performance cause the 6 speed transmission seems to lag a bit unless you use manual shift mode and it seems to want to shift into 6th gear too soon. Other than that, I love this car!

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.
