I just purchased my new-to-me 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness from Colonial in Indiana, PA, and it's the exact customer experience both my brother and my mother had when they purchased their cars there: incredibly quick, incredibly pain-free (as far as car buying can be), and incredibly fair. The entire team was respectful of my time and energy, refraining from wasting it on hollow conversation and endless back-and-forth haggling. They were also completely honest and transparent in finding the right price for both of us. My salesperson, Shon, wasn't pushy at all and asked the right kind of questions. Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.
