Honestly I would give them 5 star if I didn't have Greg as a salesperson, the entire time Greg will just ignore you until you have to reach out to his boss who would likely come down on Greg and make him talk to me....YOU"RE xxx GROWN MAN acting like a 7 year old. So I bought a 2018 mazda6 and I love my car but the blind spot monitor went out or something like that so John the sales manager said to take it in and they'll pay for it. Super nice thing and I really appricated it since the mazda dealership by my said it would be an 1100 dollar fix meanwhile, Greg just ignored me because he believes that once the sale is done he no longer needs to talk to you keep in mind I drove 3.5 hours for this car. So long story short they actually send a driver to pick up my car and give me a loaner so they can get it fixed at a local mazda dealership (Probably to get it fixed at cost) I don't blame them one bit It's fine because they really were super nice minus Greg. So Greg finally text me because again John probably is yelling at him because he's busy being a manager hey your car is going to be fixed tuesday and you'll have it wednesday 7/29/2020 so 5 o' clock rolls around and I text greg "hey am I getting my car today." No sorry." I texted back So what happened is there a reason why?!? GREG JUST IGNORES MY CALL AND TEXT.....DUDE you have my car still just ignores me. So now I've gotta get John involved again and he actually gives me the updates....So long story short the problem came back so they took it back to get fixed. IF YOU GET GREG AS YOUR SALESPERSON WALK AWAY AND ASK TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE. I'M NOT SURE WHY MCDANIAL TOYOTA EVEN EMPLOYEES HIM IT'S A REALLY BAD LOOK FOR THEM AS A COMPANY. Everyone at this dealership is so freaking nice I came in hungover from Put in Bay for a bachelor party and they gave me water and ibuprofen like they're so nice...Greg told me the car had two keys and it only had one and gave me floor mat that isn't even for my car....Through all of the bad experiences with Greg everyone else is so nice so yes I do recommend them but I would honestly tell you to stay away if your salesperson is Greg if you have to wait trust me it'll be worth it not to have Greg as your salesperson but to buy a car from them because they will take care of you.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

I test drove this van after having three other Toyota siennas that all performed very well. What I don’t like about this van is the center consul takes up too much room. The third row side windows do not open and since I sleep in my van, sometimes on a bed in the back, with my head near those windows, I can’t get as much fresh air as I did with all the other Sienna’s I had. The second row seats are supposed to not be able to be taken out, but I found a YouTube video that shows that you can take them out . I know it gets great gas mileage.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

We purchased a car from Joe Peters and couldn't be happier with the experience. He did not pressure us and was extremely kind. We even laughed a lot during a time when you are making a big decision! We will check with Joe when it is time for another car. Thanks so much Joe!

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I searched a 500 mile radius from Indianapolis for the best value in a late model F150. I found it at McDaniel Toyota. As I was over 200 miles away, I relied on the observations and descriptions of my Sales Person, Joe Peters, to characterize the truck. He was so detailed and thorough I decided to reserve the truck sight unseen. Upon seeing the truck. Joe was spot on. I immediately purchased it for the full asking price, which I thought was a bargain, and headed home with my truck in about an hour. I have been driving my new Sienna LE for a year now. I have a long commute to work so I have been happy with the gas mileage especially since gas is well over $4.50 a gallon. The ride is comfortable though I do wish the driver seat had more functions. The only real issue I have had with the van is the braking glitch when slowing down. The van kind of slides when the brake is hit. This does not happen all the time. But the first time it happened it felt scary. I will bring that up next time I take the van for service. Other than that I have had good customer service at the Toyota dealership. I am sorry I do not have the automatic button for the rear door, it is very heavy and when you have your hands full it is hard to pull the door down. I previously had a Ford van and the door was not heavy at all. I do like the Sienna a lot though.

I was checking out some vehicles online. The next day I received a call from Jacob and he got the ball rolling. 2 days later, I went to the lot, picked out a car in my budget range, left extremely satisfied. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I bought a used vehicle this week and dealt with Andrew and Bryce. Excellent customer service and I was surprised at how fast the process went. Every employee there was courteous and very friendly. The car was cleaned and spotless. I also received timely responses from my phone calls and texts after the purchase. The dealership was very clean. I noticed that there were a lot of stalls in the maintenance shop indicating that they can accommodate many vehicles for service or repairs. Overall it was a very good experience.

We are Sienna fans! We've had a 2004 and now a 2014. We like the comfortable ride, intuitive controls, great visibility and the awesome reliability.
