My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

I’ve owned a Sienna for 12 years. It is very reliable and very comfortable. It is also exceptionally roomy. It has all the comfort of a sedan, plus it has the convenience of having so much more room than a sedan.

Wolfchase Toyota is it!!! I’ve had so much trouble finding and buying a car over the last half year—I know this is largely due to inventory issues everywhere, however, after dealing with 15+ dealerships over a vast region, most places wouldn’t take ownership of services they are still in control of. They’d treat inventory as the scapegoat for everything, when customer service still matters so much. I’d either be immediately dismissed or forced to make a physical appt to get a simple answer that should have been a virtual delivery. That was until I met Nicole at Wolfchase Toyota—by far the best experience I had after searching in MS, SC, GA, ARK, NC, & TN!! She went above and beyond, being quick to respond and providing upfront, direct answers. I was in a pinch and the full transparency and honesty was such a time-saving gamechanger. Hands down ABSOLUTE BEST place to buy a vehicle in Memphis! The people here are very warm and welcoming and treat you like family! We were in the market for a car for my daughter's 16th birthday and we weren't sure what we wanted to get yet. We were able to freely look around and not be harassed like we had been at other dealerships. They have a large inventory with a variety of different vehicles in ONE place. Toyota Sienna is a nice vehicle to own and drive. Seats 8 people and we need every seat. Weekend trips summer driving vacations are a pleasure. Plenty of power smooth quiet ride and most of all dependable

On 10/9/25 I dropped my 2024 Honda CRV off at the Dealership at 7:00 am when they opened. My maintenance light had come on with a message that my vehicle needed scheduled maintenance at 11,500 miles, also my tire light had come on 3 times over the previous weeks, and my husband had checked the pressure, and there was one tire that had a slow leak. Billy checked all 4 of my tires and replaced one and filed a claim with my tire policy. He checked my maintenance light and discovered that when I had my last oil change in August they had not reset my maintenance settings, so he fixed that. My car was ready by 11:00 am and I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. It was a pleasant experiance.

I have owned it for almost 4 years the car met my expectations. The only issue the battery didn’t last as long as expected otherwise excellent vehicle.
