My name is Chris. I searched the Yakima Valley for months trying to find a new 2022 Ford F250, that matched my needs. Each time I got close to finding one that matched my needs, it either sold out from underneath me, or was too expensive due to being a model with too many options(Lariat). I was getting discouraged until……I then fell into Fortune by finding Corwin Ford’s TJ Tollivar. He emailed me two trucks the same day. I contacted him that were perfect for me the next day I contacted him to meet with him for a test drive. When TJ informed me one of the two trucks sold, I’ve believed I was SOL again. Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

While I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle here, I really enjoyed the shopping experience. Nice people. They care and listen. Give them a try.

Bought this car brand new and I really like for an economically standpoint. It's just as spacious as the Camry. Totally Love this car. Highly recommended.

I bought my used 2017 Yaris IA sedan (Mazda 2 engine and transmission with Toyota logo!) 3 years ago with 79,000 miles on it and in great condition. First owner had no repairs, only standard maintenance, and I wanted a fuel efficient compact with a reliable engine. Now, at 143,000, all I've had to do (other than brakes, oil, etc) is serpentine belt and a $40 relay. Having some AC problems that seem to be common in these models. Great mileage, simple throwback to inexpensive/basic cars of yesteryear. Not much power on acceleration but ok. Interior design not ideal (no console, cup holders too far back, etc) but that's affordability! I don't care about high tech features, just wanted great MPG and reliable engine, and this is right for that. We will see how long that Mazda engine in a Toyota shell lasts, but others reviews seem promising. A few minor complaints but budget is budget for a reason. Overall very satisfied!

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

My wife drives this vehicle and she is a small gal. She said it fits her great and rides very smooth. Gas mileage isnt the best but she doesnt drive it everyday so its not a big deal for us .

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

I love my car!! Easy to get around, park anywhere and fun to drive!!! I find myself “needing “ to go somewhere because I need an excuse to drive it.

It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

Alex was great to deal with this would be third purchase from City Auto. Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

Great costomer service. They treat you very kindly, and they show you what's wrong with your vehicle and give you options on how to fix it. Great appliances, very nice waiting room with a free water bottle.

I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.
