I have purchased my last two used vehicles from Willy Herold for my teen and now college aged daughter. The second purchase was simply an upgrade from the first :) My in house buying experience has been more than outstanding. This is for the vehicle itself as well as any service or repairs and even new tires. She also always works with me to get all my needs taken care of. The service department is very highly recommended. Lynda and her team do an excellent job with repairs on all my vehicles with the best prices in town. My youngest will be driving age soon and we will ABSOLUTELY be using Janet Lane and Willy Herold Automotive to find the right type of vehicle for him.

I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

This is an extremely reliable and dependable vehicle. Something to look out for if you have or are interested in buying a 2007-09 Camry with the 4 cylinder motor, try and look for the service records and see if your engine was repaired with new piston rings at the time when they issued the service campaign for it. I purchased my 2009 just last year with 75k miles on it, and it was a 4 cylinder that was fixed by the dealership! Doesn’t burn a drop of oil between 5k mile intervals. This car is a beast, there is nothing to worry about whatsoever with the V6 models, just be aware that higher power output means more strain on the transmission, but these cars are mechanically fantastic. Just turned 89k miles after about a year of ownership, not one issue. Gas mileage won’t be as good as a new car, but still decent! Do your research before buying, but if you can find one of these older Camrys for cheap, you won’t be disappointed.

Everything was good but ??my opinion is, when you make an appointment on line they should start on your car in a reasonable time . Over an hour before car gets pulled in shop is not what I consider an express oil change .

It seems there are corolla’s with transmission issue mine was replaced at 36k miles this is my ninth Toyota the first with big issue like that although my car was just out of warranty Toyota replaced the transmission i had to pay for labor

We previously owned a Cadillac, so there was quite a difference in size and fuel consumption. We use it as a motorized shopping cart, and for what we need, it performs well. Only observation against it is the instrument panel. Very hard to see, without the lights on. Overall a great little car.

Over the years we have purchased at least six vehicles from Willy Herold that I can remember and will continue to purchase vehicles from them. The ladies in the office are awesome and work with you to make purchases happen. They have their own maintenance department and any repairs are made at a discounted rate. I am looking into purchasing another vehicle in the near future and would not even think about going to another dealership.

honestly, if this car was a lady, id marry her, she’s not super hot but she has a real nice personality she rides great and has a real peppy 4cyl, feels like a rocket ship when i stump the gas, i think this could be my FIL’s challenger r/t

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

We visited Rivertown Toyota on Saturday, September 13th, simply to look and see what they might have to offer on their previously owned vehicle lot. Jennifer met us almost immediately and was very professional, yet also very personable and friendly. She was a great help and made a couple different trips back and forth from the main office back to where we were. Not once did she appear to be aggravated or upset about going back and forth so much. We test drove a couple different vehicles and found one we liked. We did go inside with Jennifer to get a little more information on it and to see if we could get an "out the door" price. We explained we were not going to be doing anything that day, but that we would possibly be back on Monday or Thursday of the following week. She understood our position, but still did everything she could to be sure we would be able to purchase the vehicle we had liked. She got us the OTD price we wanted and even got permission to put it on 'hold' for us until Monday. Well, Monday came and things we had in the works didn't turn out the way we had thought they would, so we called to let her know it would probably be Thursday before we could make it in. We told her we understood they couldn't hold the vehicle that long, but if it was meant to be ours, it would still be there. She came through, again, and let us know, if we would like to pay a deposit (non-refundable), she would be able to mark it as "SOLD" and it would be there Thursday when we got there. Well, the Lord worked things out in a different way than we thought and we were actually able to go back on Tuesday afternoon to purchase our 2022 Toyota 4Runner! Jennifer is the best car sales person we have ever dealt with. She is not 'pushy', but she will do everything she can to help you get things worked out to get your vehicle. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with her throughout the process, she stayed in contact with us throughout the four days and any time we sent her a text, she responded in a very timely manner! Avalon hybrid touring. Great road car. Smooth, quiet, very comfortable. Navigation system. Back up camera. 63,000 miles. Not a single thing has gone wrong or broken. 39 MGP. If you can find a low mileage one that has been properly maintained, it would be worth buying.

They?re clearly has been a major change with the service department and who ?owns? them. I don?t like it! My vehicle was checked in shortly after 8:30 and was not ready until after 5 PM. Confusion and frustration among the staff and customers was obvious. Everything felt like an upsell and part of a package, which means you really don?t know what they?re doing exactly. It?s kinda like when dealerships offer the super duper platinum gold mountain model package. WTH, those words must cost a lot of money. I prefer simple, fair prices, and hassle free over someone trying to tell me what I need.

I purchased my 2010 Highlander in March 2011 with 5K miles. I now have 177,377 miles and never had a major repair required. Just replaced spark plugs for second time and should be good for another 75-80K miles. Thinking of trading in-not sure what to do. Oh btw: I’ve never missed a scheduled oil change in 13 years or ownership. Anyone have an opinion??????

Great family vehicle. Drove my last one for 9 years and it still ran perfectly until I was in a bad wreck and totaled it. I walked away without a scratch after rolling and flipping it down a steep hill six times.

I bought my 2007 Toyota Sequioia Limited brand new on Dec. 20, 2006. This SUV is still running well. I currently have almost 349,000 miles. It still has the original transmission. I do keep up with the maintenance and it has not given us trouble. The hydrolics now probably needs changing. It seems it is having a hard time gauging the weight balance.

This particular 2016 Corolla S we bought used in December 2021 and so far so good. I had a small Toyota pickup back in the mid 1980’s and it was awesome!!!

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

I've driven from Texas to Boise a few times already to visit family now I'm just trying to find out how I could obtain a performance chip
