The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

Have taken my 2008 V6 Pony Mustang in for Maintenance 3 times in last 3 years/ all work completed well/ cost is reasonable and the Service people all act like Gentlemen and Ladies!

I’ve owned a 2022 Toyota 4Runner sr5 for around 2 years now and the whole time I’ve put that thing through basically xxxx, and it has never ever broken, or had anything wrong with it, it may not be considered a truck to some but it sure has driven better than any truck I’ve ever driven, the 4Runner is a beast

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

Bought my '12 Camry SE used at 100k. Its been an ideal commuter for me. Its now at 222k as of this morning. Here's what I have replaced: Brake Light Switch ($250 at dealer) Blower Motor (bought myself for $45, super easy to change) Spark plugs (preventative maintenance), $250 at dealer Toyota OEM water pump (preventative maintenance) about $1k at Toyota dealer Beyond this, two sets of tires. Brakes all around. Oil changes. I always do my own oil changes. The power door locks have never worked right. I live with it, no big deal I live in a safe area. It has the "dreaded" torque converter shudder around 40-50 mph. Hasn't gotten any better, but hasn't gotten any worse either. I live with it. The car runs fantastic. Idles smoother than my Cadillac Escalade, and cruises 80 mph with ease, and thats just with the 4 cylinder (mine has the 2AR-FE). Best vehicle I have ever owned, thats for sure. I plan to drive this until it doesn't make financial sense to fix something that breaks (which knock on wood, I don't see that happening for a long time). Love my Camry. Best car I have ever purchased. Period.

Bought my 2015 TRD Off Road Tacoma new off the lot and it has been a solid truck. I have only had to do a few things to it here and there, but I pull a trailer with a 1200lb SXS to West Virginia several times per year. In other words, I use my truck! I love it. Like any vehicle it isn't perfect. It has a few squeaks and rattles and there are things that could've been improved, but the engine and tranny are still going strong at 186k miles. I do hate that the headlights are prone to haze over and there is a noticeable whistle when traveling at 70+mph especially during crosswinds. The touchscreen display is impossible to read in bright sunlight because of the angle, and the blower fan could use more adjustment. As it gets older I have noticed there is some leakage of air to the defroster because the airway door isn't closing off completely. I can live with that. I have people ask me all the time if I want to sell it and I'm like NOPE! I'll keep it as long as I can.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Amazing customer service from start to finish I dealt with Kori and I must say he was just so kind and helpful and you can tell he truly cares about his customers! I truly don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else again! Everyone there is just so welcoming and nice and it just felt like a family atmosphere! I found a listing online, and followed up with the dealership. Their internet assistant, Christy, was very helpful. Sales associate Zach was AWESOME! Mike in F & I was great as well. I am thoroughly pleased with the entire process and how smoothly it went! I highly recommend Zach to assist one in their car purchase - he was honest and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in order. If you’re a bit further away from the dealership - well worth the travels!

Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

Great truck! Superior power sleek design. Gas mileage is no where near as advertised 17 mpg they say 23 complete lie. Love the laptop interior design is great.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. Tom went over every detail of the car and its many wonderful features. He has made himself available for any new questions I may have in the near future. Every step of the buying process was extremely easy. I had been on a wait list for three months, and it was well worth the wait. I love my new car.

Highlander Hybrid is what I went to buy in May 2025. I now have 7,000 miles on it, both a 1800 mile highway trip plus lots of driving in my area. I am pleased with my purchase and with Toyota of Plano.

I came from 4 hours away to look at a XC70 and Brennin let me take the test drive myself. He was very kind & patient. The car was not exactly what I wanted and Brennin was a perfect gentleman and said if we can help in the future please let him know. I would absolutely recommend the Dealership.

The Tundra has been a great truck. I currently have 162K miles, and it runs great. I maintain the vehicle exactly as per factory recommendations, and Toyota of Lancaster (CA) does all my maintenance. The only problem is the cheap two-piece OEM lug nuts that Toyota builds the truck with. The lug nuts appear to be nice, big, shiny, solid, heavy-duty lug nuts; however, they are actually comprised of a small, unattractive core (the actual lug nut) to which Toyota adds a nice big shiny-bright 'chrome' cheap sheet metal cover (the fake "heavy-duty" lug nut). At approx. 150K miles, the cheap sheet metal cover - having been beaten up by the Toyota Service Dept torque wrenches every 5K when I have the tire/wheels rotated - are battered at the corners and won't accept a standard socket. The Toyota of Lancaster (CA) Service Dept then told me that they could not rotate my wheels/tires because the "lug nuts are swollen" and they cannot remove/replace the lug nuts. When - in disbelief - I stated that I doubted that was the case and asked what could possibly cause lug nuts to "swell", the service rep told me (with a straight face) that sun, water, dirt, mileage, etc., all contribute to lug nut "swelling." I then stated that if my lug nuts are damaged, then Toyota's Service Dept and their careless use of impact wrenches are to blame as they are the only ones removing/replacing the wheels/tires. When I asked how much to replace the "swollen lug nuts", I was quoted "$492.50". I refused to pay that ridiculous sum and left the dealership. I then checked online and found that the OEM lug nuts that Toyota (along with Ford and Chevy) build their trucks with are the cheap, two-piece lug nuts that easily get beaten up by impact wrenches "battering" the corners. I found that I could purchase a new 'OEM' after-market set of the two-piece lug nuts online for around $31, but I decided to purchase a quality set of solid lug nuts for $105, along with a set of 'flip sockets' to use to wrench-off (using a breaker bar, and not an impact wrench) damaged nuts without rounding-off the corners. I removed (and retained, hopefully as evidence for a class action suit against Toyota and Toyota dealers) the battered OEM lug nuts and replaced them with the new solid, one-piece lug nuts and hand-torqued them to 97 ft-lbs. Think about it - Toyota sells millions of trucks and if they all end up with "swollen" lug nuts at around 150K miles (assuming wheel/tire rotations at 5K intervals), then Toyota and the Toyota dealers end up making millions of dollars by replacing a set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts with another set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts, at $492.50 a pop!!! So while my Tundra has otherwise been (and remains) a great truck, Toyota's use of cheap, two-piece junk OEM lug nuts combined with Toyota dealerships charging $492.50 to R&R the OEM set with another cheap OEM set, has left me pissed off at Toyota and Toyota of Lancaster (CA).

We could not be happier with the recent service we received at Alan Byer! One of our Volvos unexpectedly had an engine issue involving burnt valves and excessive carbon build-up. Roman got it in immediately and Dustin evaluated the situation and helped us obtain good-will assistance from Volvo, thereby saving us from an otherwise very costly repair! This is a perfect example of how Long term customer relationships built on loyalty and trust pays off, as we’ve always ONLY had Alan Byer service our Volvos so they have the full history of our cars. We are always happy with our service. And we have always greatly appreciated Dustin Beauchene the service manager who always goes above and beyond to help the customers. He always does a great job at keeping us updated on what is needed on our Volvos. He is not only very knowledgeable but also absolutely trustworthy to work with. This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.
