I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

Victor Ou was very straight forward about what could be done. The process was very quick compared to other new vehicle purchases at other dealerships. Bought this car brand new and I really like for an economically standpoint. It's just as spacious as the Camry. Totally Love this car. Highly recommended.

What we liked first was that you sit in the front seats seated. Your shins are vertical, not out in front of you. It’s very stylish and still stands out. We enjoy the graphics on MPG and ALL the safety features. No complaints after owning it three months now.

They were able to get the truck we wanted at the price I was looking for. The deal was as expected. No surprises, except I had expected more for my tradeins. We closed the deal anyway as I felt they were treating us well, and the price was probably better than most dealerships. Finance was straightforward, and we appreciated that.

During the past thirty (30) year, I've bought 30-40 brand new vehicles, including but not limited to, Lexus Sedans & SUV, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac (many), Chevrolet Corvette, trucks: Ford Platinum, Chevrolet, Dodge and GMC. The person who helped me at Avondale Toyota was Mr. Leonardo "Leo" Alvarez -- Leo is a straight shooter, no games, he didn't "turn" me to someone to start over -- a very pleasant transaction! In addition, Leo helped me program my iphone with my Prius--very helpful!!! What's more, from the beginning of our conversation & transaction, everything Leo stated to me occurred--no hiccups, no stories, no excuses!! I cannot stand excuses!!! Many dealerships will draw-in customers, switch the prospective buyer either to a lease, or sell the vehicle to another customer--this doesn't happen at Avondale Toyota!! I live in San Diego, CA (although originally from Phoenix), Prius' sell quickly in California, and unscrupulous California Toyota Dealerships will sell the car to who will pay the most! I have owned my RAV4 Hybrid limited for 5 years now and am still in love with it! Overall, I have averaged over 34 mpg with about 60/40% highway/city driving. This car is very dependable and has been very affordable to service so far. The only issues it has are with infotainment screen freezing, fogging in rear lights, and rear auto hatch problems at times. The car is beautiful on inside with loads of compliments, has plenty of interior passenger and cargo space, and enough acceleration to get me where I need to go. Safety features are just as good as any standard car you can buy in 2021, my favorites are the auto high-beams and adaptive cruise control. I highly recommend this car if you are in the market for a used car, eons better than regular gas-engine cars. I will be keeping this car for at least another 3 years!

Bought a Civic Si for my 16 yr old. Everyone at this dealership didn't try to oversell me. I visited other dealers who tried to sell me add-ons like tinted windows or $500 for UV protection where I'd have to come back to them every 6 mo. I got a fair price without being nickel and dimed. There were no games. Even Finance just offered an extended warranty without hard selling. Very happy with my experience. I managed service professionals for 30 years in Investment Banking and these guys treated my like I want my mom treated.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Such good people here that help out willingly. Every time they have solved my issues in a timely manner. My tire pressure sensor lit up three miles after a tire rotation. I took the car back the next day and they repaired it with no fee. Awesome service. I feel welcome and taken care of.

The Tundra has been a great truck. I currently have 162K miles, and it runs great. I maintain the vehicle exactly as per factory recommendations, and Toyota of Lancaster (CA) does all my maintenance. The only problem is the cheap two-piece OEM lug nuts that Toyota builds the truck with. The lug nuts appear to be nice, big, shiny, solid, heavy-duty lug nuts; however, they are actually comprised of a small, unattractive core (the actual lug nut) to which Toyota adds a nice big shiny-bright 'chrome' cheap sheet metal cover (the fake "heavy-duty" lug nut). At approx. 150K miles, the cheap sheet metal cover - having been beaten up by the Toyota Service Dept torque wrenches every 5K when I have the tire/wheels rotated - are battered at the corners and won't accept a standard socket. The Toyota of Lancaster (CA) Service Dept then told me that they could not rotate my wheels/tires because the "lug nuts are swollen" and they cannot remove/replace the lug nuts. When - in disbelief - I stated that I doubted that was the case and asked what could possibly cause lug nuts to "swell", the service rep told me (with a straight face) that sun, water, dirt, mileage, etc., all contribute to lug nut "swelling." I then stated that if my lug nuts are damaged, then Toyota's Service Dept and their careless use of impact wrenches are to blame as they are the only ones removing/replacing the wheels/tires. When I asked how much to replace the "swollen lug nuts", I was quoted "$492.50". I refused to pay that ridiculous sum and left the dealership. I then checked online and found that the OEM lug nuts that Toyota (along with Ford and Chevy) build their trucks with are the cheap, two-piece lug nuts that easily get beaten up by impact wrenches "battering" the corners. I found that I could purchase a new 'OEM' after-market set of the two-piece lug nuts online for around $31, but I decided to purchase a quality set of solid lug nuts for $105, along with a set of 'flip sockets' to use to wrench-off (using a breaker bar, and not an impact wrench) damaged nuts without rounding-off the corners. I removed (and retained, hopefully as evidence for a class action suit against Toyota and Toyota dealers) the battered OEM lug nuts and replaced them with the new solid, one-piece lug nuts and hand-torqued them to 97 ft-lbs. Think about it - Toyota sells millions of trucks and if they all end up with "swollen" lug nuts at around 150K miles (assuming wheel/tire rotations at 5K intervals), then Toyota and the Toyota dealers end up making millions of dollars by replacing a set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts with another set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts, at $492.50 a pop!!! So while my Tundra has otherwise been (and remains) a great truck, Toyota's use of cheap, two-piece junk OEM lug nuts combined with Toyota dealerships charging $492.50 to R&R the OEM set with another cheap OEM set, has left me pissed off at Toyota and Toyota of Lancaster (CA).

I'll be so honest, I hate car shopping (like most people do). I ventured to roughly 6 or 7 dealerships in the valley within the past few weeks, but ultimately I'm really glad I gave Arrowhead Honda a shot. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Bryson for going the extra mile! Bryson took his time answering all my (many) inspection questions and was super patient while I made my decision. You can tell he extremely knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to cars, which isn’t something I've seen with most salespeople. I have a stock Corolla 2021 LE with 85000 miles on it. As ridiculous as it may sound, I thought it was a good idea to put it through its paces at Road Atlanta (in the rain as well). For an economic 4-door sedan the car is very fun to drive. It dances a little but it’s still forgiving when it’s warmed up. This car is perfect for safety and fun all in one. You’d have to really try to spin out or crash in this thing…..I have tried (not joking) and I’m not sure if it’s possible unless it’s icy and you’re going 80 miles an hour. As for normal driving, gas is great and reliability is what you expect for a Corolla, no maintenance cost except for a new battery after 4 years in a hot environment.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

Just bought this 2019 from a dealership. At first I couldn't believe the mileage...170 miles...until the dealer explained it came out during the height of COVID and sat at dealership for 3yrs. This current dealership bought it at an auction with only 170 miles! Once they advertised, I jumped on it! I've always liked the style and the quality of Toyota cars. I had a sports car prior to thus and I can tell you there is a BIG difference in the cost of gas and mileage. It's sleek, roomy and I LOVED the colorit came in (Electric Blue). It was kind of pricey for a 2019 but it was definately in NEW condition!

On February 21st.,2023, we took our 2022 Santa Fe to Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale for routine maintenance & factory recall. After driving home, approx. 45 miles, the car set in our garage undriven until Feb. 23rd. On that date I found a considerable amount of oil under the car. In further investigation and checking under the hood, I found the engine compartment saturated with motor oil. I immediately called Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale who contacted Valley Towing to pick up my car and deliver it to their Service Dept. The service mgr. contacted me by phone within two hours to tell me they located the problem which turned out to be the dip stick had failed to be fully replaced. He also assured me that they would clean up the engine compartment and return my car the following day. On Feb. 24th., Howard (Store Greeter), called to tell me they had completed replacing the engine oil, washed the car, detailed the engine compartment and would deliver the car to our home with one hour. As promised, Howard arrived at our home with the car and it was as clean as the day we made the new car purchase. Howard also filled the the gas tank and offered to clean up our garage floor. We're all human and capable of making mistakes as did the mechanic, but the follow up by each Earnhardt Hyundai Store Employee involved in this matter was professional, courteous and understanding (including the store phone operator). Even though we have a Hyundai Dealer closer to our home, we're certain to use only the Scottsdale Earnhardt Hyundai Dealer for our future service needs and vehicle replacement when due.

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.
