It was good, Randy, was good at his job, I bought the car, so far so good!

Bought the '12 used with 30k miles on it 9 years ago. It now has 187k and is running great. Regular oil changes and typical maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. The AC did go last year and was fixed. Car is plenty cargo spacious and has been used to move many items, furniture, building materials etc. The only thing I'd like better from it is brighter headlights. If a HIghlander has been maintained I'd not hesitate to pick up a higher mileage used one and expect many more miles.

The 4Runner was a great car and lasted up to 218k. Did had a couple issues here and there, but other than that, it had never let me down.

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

Excellent experience. Contacted dealer to set up time to test drive car. They were prompt and responsive. Working out details was easiest buying experience I have ever had. Reading some of the reviews here on Cars.com, and I get the impression folks bought the wrong car. This Land Cruiser is perfect. Toyota stripped out luxury, got away from a 90k luxo-barge, and built and off-road SUV. "the ride can be rough/stiff at times"; it's body on frame, for good reason! The suspension articulation, ramp angle, etc... beat the pants of a unibody SUV. "The transmission is jerky..." for a few thousand miles; once it learns your driving style, it smooths out (my '23 Alfa Romeo with the ZF 8-speed did the same thing). Hybrid systems are complex, and once the vehicle learns where you throttle off/on, brake, how firmly you accelerate, it behaves much better. "The hybrid offer rubbish fuel mileage"; first - blame the Federal Govt and CAFE for everyone switching to hybrids. second - if you actually take it off-road, you'll discover the brilliance of having electric motor torque at low speed while crawling... much better low-speed control than even my old LC100 with a V-8. "the interior plastics are cheap"; Toyota made a decision to use long-wearing, durable materials, and keep the cost down, so we could get an excellent off-roader for 55k (a little more than the average selling price of a car in America), instead of 90k (previous gen LC200 luxo-barge). Bottom line, if you want the luxo-barge, get the GX... the V-6 won't work as hard, has a larger tank, it has leather, and a trick suspension that smooths out body-on-frame ride characteristics... if you want a rugged off-roader, without stuff to break, and don't plan on being precious about it... the current gen Land Cruiser is a bargain, checks all the right boxes, and has reliability the Wrangler and Bronco can only dream about.

I’ve owned a 2022 Toyota 4Runner sr5 for around 2 years now and the whole time I’ve put that thing through basically xxxx, and it has never ever broken, or had anything wrong with it, it may not be considered a truck to some but it sure has driven better than any truck I’ve ever driven, the 4Runner is a beast

I had a great experience purchasing a Toyota Sienna from this dealer today. I worked with Brad (over email) and Morgan (in person). Both Brad and Morgan were great to interact with - very professional, polite, and prompt. Brad gave a competitive quote over email, and Morgan walked me through the sales process. It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. No tricks that some other dealers are known for. I cannot comment on the quality of repairs, but I can highly recommend the sales department.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

Sam was awesome! I went to his dealership for a specific car and he guided me through the process as well educating me and my grandmother into purchasing a basically brand new car, I’d buy again from him! Trust worthy and very cool guy!

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

This car is just what we needed! Lots of space and leg room. Not much “trunk” space and pretty terrible gas mileage, but we knew what we were getting and get that the benefits outweighed those 2 issues.

It has 3 usb ports. The ride is great but it's a crossover so can be bumpy like any Suv but not as much as most. The seats are leather, they all recline even the rear seats do. This car has lots of power!!. It's a v6 engine and it's gives you all the power you need for climbing hills, passing and more!!. This car has never left me stranded not one time. This had been a great car for me and it has a good looking body style too. All the windows are tinted but the rear windows have a good dark tint and it's not easy to see inside. The driver and passenger window are not as dark. Sunroof moonroof that opens rear panorama roof that does not open. In the very rear trunk area there is a car lighter plug for charging purposes and in the front there are two other locations of the same thing plus one USB port maybe two.

Hold to find a honest salesman in anything but Derrick Bunger broke that cycle. Did what he said he would do how rare is that.

I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

Mr. Martin is very professional person very kind he go extra mile to make the customer happy paperwork was very easy.

I absolutely LOVE my 2014 trail edition! Comfortable and beautiful! Have had it several years with regular maintenance and cannot imagine driving anything else. It’s very reliable and a true head turner.

I went to Jeff Wyler on 6/9/23 for 5000 mile maintenance/inspection. I bought the Wyler maintenance package last year. What a disappointment. I was told 2 inspections ago that I would need new brake pads on the next visit. When I was there they didn’t even inspect the brakes. Honesty, I would be shocked if they even changed the oil. They wouldn’t rotate tires because I needed the wheel lock key. Come to find out it was in the glove compartment. This leads me to wonder if my tires were rotated the last 2 times I was there. No one has ever asked for the key before. It’s disappointing to think, because I was scheduled for 5:00, they did less than satisfactory work. They shouldn’t schedule people at that time if that’s the case. I bought my Toyota at Voss and had excellent service from purchasing to maintenance. I changed to Jeff Wyler because it was closer to home. I’m questioning my decision now. It’s just discouraging that I’m getting substandard care. This is the exact reason women do not trust when having something done to their vehicle.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

We really didn't need a new (for us) vehicle but visited the dealer with a friend who was in the market. She asked me to drive this Rav4 hybrid and I was so impressed with its smoothness, quiet and features that we bought it. Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.

Me and my wife came and looked at a Mazda X5 a few weeks ago. Didn’t end up working out but Chico was great to work with! We plan to come back to get our sons first car from him soon

I purchased this vehicle in 2018 after my 2006 Tundra was considered totaled. The vehicle had 62K on the odometer; one owner. During the time since, I am at 200,000-mile mark and this, by FAR has been the most reliable and efficient vehicle ever owned. Routine maintenance is all it has ever needed. Original hybrid battery and she still purrs like a kitten. This SUV has traveled to 3 states outside of Texas (home state) without a hiccup. Roomy inside with an elegant feel. I went with the limited trim line; love the leather seats and heated seats for the ONE OR TWO DAYS I have to use them. The power moonroof is equally enjoyable; never a leak in 7 years of ownership. Do yourself a favor and, if you can fine one an owner is willing to part with, grab it! You can't go wrong with this one!

As a first-time car buyer, I did extensive research as well as visit several dealerships in multiple different areas. I drove my car off their lot a month ago and could not be happier with its performance and use. There was some miscommunication with my trade in but nothing to diminish my overall experience. I have owned this for 157k miles to date, we have driven cross country multiple times and it has given us ZERO issues. Been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned, and is better in every single way than our previous 2003 Land Cruiser. I love this thing. Only complain is the cheap steering wheel leather that flakes off. I have zero plans to sell our family hauler.

This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.
