This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

I have a blue Trd sport premium, 2025. So far I love this truck! It has hard plastic throughout the interior, which makes it easy to clean. Love the 14 inch screen, and the 360 cameras. Wheels on the Trd sport are some of the best looking wheels out there. If you want a few options, but aren't going off road, trd sport premium is a great option.

Without hesitation I can say this was the smoothest car purchase of my life. Amber & Derrick were personable, accommodating, knowledgeable, and felt more like allies than an opposition only looking for their gain. I never felt pressured or inadequate during the entire process. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the people or their process. Within the first five minutes of our call I literally interrupted the flow of conversation with Amber and was like, "Can a car deal actually be this honest and easy?" Fast forward 4 hours later, a trip to the dealership, numbers that actually stayed the same as we're agreed to over the phone, and I drove out of the Legends lot in my new truck with my mind blown and a true believer in these people. Upgrading from a 5th gen 4runner and I couldn't have a better SUV. Plenty of hybrid power, very smooth transmission, great acceleration and super comfort features and excellent interiors. Premium package is well worth it, especially 360 camera, safety features, and ventilated leather seats. 5000 miles in two months and no regret at all. Toyota nailed it. If you are looking into an upgrade from a 4Runner and any similar midsize SUV, do not hesitate!

I bought this car new in 2008. I have nothing bad to say except the paint start flaking after about 5 years. I should have taken to dealer over paint issue. My car only has 65,000 miles and paint is completely gone. I am in the process of a new paint job. Seems my issue was the clear coat in the paint. I have owned 6 other Toyotas, all bought new. This is only 1 with this issue!

I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

10/10 - I’ve bought a good handful of vehicles from dealerships and this was by far the best experience. I had been looking for my daughter a few weeks & Reiselman had a few different options she was leaning towards for the best price compared to everyone else. We made the 3hr drive arriving just a couple hrs before close & not one single person was bothered by our arrival time. I reached out to them 30 min before arriving &Stuart had things ready to view/test drive immediately. Stuart was definitely pleasant to work with and makes you feel like he’s known you his whole life. I didn’t feel like we was been forced into decisions or walking away uneasy about the financial decision just agreed upon. Whole visit from pulling in the parking lot to leaving was a little over 2hrs and considering I had my 21month old with us that was much appreciated. When we was leaving the G.M came outside to thank us and just make an appearance which I thought was nice completely not necessary. I will return when it’s time to buy another.

Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander

We have owned our Highlander since about 42K miles, it now has 136k. The car has been wonderfully reliable and the batteries (now 16 years old) seem to still be working quite well. We get about 25mpg, maybe one or two less than when we first got it. While maybe not sexy, the first-gen Highlander Hybrid is a super well-engineered car. Our years in this tight, quiet, comfortable, spacious vehicle have been great. Biggest problem is we can't find a modern car we like enough to replace it!
