I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

The facilities were clean. The car buying and trade in process was easy. Customer service was great and I was given thorough explanations for everything.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

I came here 3 times to get and help my peoples to get a new car. All 3 times I’ve had Ahmed help me and all 3 times he never failed to help me walk out of here with a brand new car. He is the best, I have no doubt in that. All staff were great and helpful. By far the best car dealership in California.

Our 2nd RAV4 (since 2014) was purchased brand new from Cobb Co Toyota only 3 weeks ago and I’m very pleased with this loaded 2025 xle premium build quality, comfort, tech features and drivability thus far. Looking forward to many years of pleasant ownership of experience and reliability with this vehicle.

Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.

Traded 2023 Highlander Ltmd AWD for 2024 4 runner because it was sadly disappointing. Chose 2024 4runner before they ruin it with the 2.4L turbo & electric motors the 2025 is suppose to get. Have a 2022 4runner we love so why not have another as our second vehicle. Both are TRD Off Road models and seem to go just about anywhere you dare with surprising results Everytime ! Good visibility,great comfort, enough room and safe & reliable.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. He is a great person and a very nice guy. I just say tku very much Tim, for helping us to do this posible. And I hope you get a lot of clients after this review. Exactly what I’d expect from Toyota. Ended up trading in my 2014 4Runner and haven’t looked back. Super reliable and great in snow! I love my TRD Pro!

Received an oil change in record time. Had many questions answered about my Chrysler Pacifica. Melody(advisor) was courteous and professional. David(Manager) was knowledgeable and unhurried. Could not have been better.

Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

needed to return a car purchased before and it had problems. after trying to repair the car we all decided i needed to purchase. another car i purchase the sunsru and likes it. they were very fair in the exchange of money. only complained might be that since i am so far away from the dealership it was hard to communicate

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. I have 212k miles and it still drives great and looks good. Only needed all the regular maintenance. Size is perfect. Love the back up camera and Bluetooth.

Just purchased by 3rd 4runner Limited. Love that Toyota is reliable and I like sitting up over looking traffic. Toyota's hold there resale value. I did not purchase the extended warranty, I've never used it previously and think it's a waste of money unless you pur a EV. Also, the dealership might try to get you to buy windshield coverage....it's already in my auto insurance coverage. Shop around for rates, usually a credit union has pretty good rates if your credit score is good. Dealerships generally run higher interest rates. Also, make sure you get 2 key fobs. Just offering some general buying tips.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

There were no repairs made to the vehicle at this time just a routine oil change and tire rotation. All service was completed as I waited in the dealership's waiting are. The service toke less 2 hours.

I bought this Venza in NJ being that there were none in Pa . It rides like my Lexus and the gas mileage is great. To me it looks awesome inside & out . the price on these suv's are high but I guess you get what your looking for .There also quite when riding .

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

This facility is a super friendly site. The manager Chris is very personable and nice. Mr. Robert is very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. WE dealt with Mr. NGuyen and Robert did the sign up. All n all the experience of buying a HOnda was great. The car is adorable and I like it very much.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

They were professional in their email back even though I didn’t buy a car I will continue to look at their business in the future

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!
