I just bought a 2023 Highlander! Everything about the process was direct, easy and quick. Trish got me the car I wanted and went over in full detail everything about it. I was hesitant because my last experience at another dealer was overwhelming, this was the exact opposite. The whole process made the car buying process so much better. Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

The driving and Riding experience is well above what one would expect for a compact affordable SUV. It has great power and stability on the road and is a very comfortable easy to drive and easy to ride in vehicle.

It’s a great practical car. No frills, reliable, and spacious. Very efficient given its size and space. Is it going to win any competitions for speed and luxury? No. But will it get you from A to B with a bunch of space, slowly sipping on gasoline? Yes!

We had a totally electric Mustang Mach E which we traded for this car since the range and infrastructure both were not ideal. The Toyota RAV4 Prime is the best of both worlds since it is a plug-in hybrid and is the car I should have purchased originally. It gets between 44 - 50 miles on totally electric charge (for around home) and about 500 miles on a fill up of the gas tank (hybrid used on the highway). Pricing was NOT ideal as they added a "Market Adjustment" to the price so it was above MSRP.

Amazing on gas and very reliable . Comfortable to drive .I travel 48 miles one way . Great in snow also . Very roomy and sound system is nice

Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

My 2021 highlander L I paid $27k @ 44k miles ih for it after 2 years taking it through ell & adding 50k miles (92k miles currently) im impressed by its 300 hp 3.4L engine but learned how important changing all fluild begor it starts to making noise and problems. I think as long as you change all fluids at by or before 90 k miles as milage it will continue to goFor 300,000 miles crossed finger . The dealer offered me 19k to trade in at this stage. Toyota value unmatched. I want the new twin turbo 3.5 they just added

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

Love this vehicle! I am a older person and really enjoy the features that the RAV4 offers to senior citizens. The ease of driving and parking is a dream with the rear camera screen. NO room for accidents with back up parking. Love the feature of fuel monitoring especially at a stop light it will shut down to conserve fuel and the minute you step on the gas it with take over. I'm all about saving gas!! Tail gate is another fabulous feature, as I am very short and love that it lifts and closes with no assistance. This is my 3rd RAV4 I have owned, by far the best 2022.

Would have given 5 star and will change all to 5 star when I am given the extra key and booklet. The only snag in the purchase was I was given one key and no booklet for the car. Great in mileage. Looks great. Performance is amazing. I don't like the fact that you can't use GPS, remote start, location finding, etc without subscribing monthly. Also dont like Toyota's spying, as they actually say they will supply all of your driving info like speeds, stopping, behaviors, locations travelled to, driving habits, etc. to all law enforcement and all insurance companies that request the data. That is just plain "1984" control and interference with privacy. They might as well be the CCP or other dictatorship.

Bought my 2018 4Runner from them. Good "No haggle" price. In spite of the "Covid" restrictions the process went smoothly. Their "Detail Center" was closed due to the restrictions so they gave me a "We owe" on the cleaning and detail.

This is our third Rav4. Love it comfort, handling, mpg. Etc. Handles great in all Driving conditions. Like the comfort package Option and the drone mobile app.

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

I am super pleased, I have this car. It makes me super excited and just gives me the feel of being wealthy and grand like my GrandHighlander. It gives me peace of mind when am driving it, no matter the climatic conditions. I drove it during the enormous snow that happened in 2024 in Maryland and it was just marvelous. I got it brand new and has put nearly 15k mileage on it yet it still feels brand new. Though there’s been some recalls on it, which has been fixed by Toyota free of charge but I’ve never had any issues driving it. It’s a great upgrade from the previous sedan car I had. It is truly an amazing luxury car without the luxury price. I wholeheartedly recommend this car. I particularly liked the fact that it is roomy and has cargo room too while being a beautiful SUV with the strength of a Truck.

SUV drives great on the highway . The seat are very comfortable and the cabin is not that noisy . It seems to be very good on gas also . I would highly recommend it . Toyota reliability !!!
