I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

Traded 2023 Highlander Ltmd AWD for 2024 4 runner because it was sadly disappointing. Chose 2024 4runner before they ruin it with the 2.4L turbo & electric motors the 2025 is suppose to get. Have a 2022 4runner we love so why not have another as our second vehicle. Both are TRD Off Road models and seem to go just about anywhere you dare with surprising results Everytime ! Good visibility,great comfort, enough room and safe & reliable.

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

Received an oil change in record time. Had many questions answered about my Chrysler Pacifica. Melody(advisor) was courteous and professional. David(Manager) was knowledgeable and unhurried. Could not have been better.

We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

On March 12 2022 as I was heading home I was hit in the middle of an intersection by a truck going through a red light. Once I realized I was all right and that no other people were injured in any other vehicles I immediately felt so sad for my car I've never been attached to any vehicle I always thought that was kind of strange but I get it now! It was reliable fuel efficient. I don't know how I'm going to replace it

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

Just purchased by 3rd 4runner Limited. Love that Toyota is reliable and I like sitting up over looking traffic. Toyota's hold there resale value. I did not purchase the extended warranty, I've never used it previously and think it's a waste of money unless you pur a EV. Also, the dealership might try to get you to buy windshield coverage....it's already in my auto insurance coverage. Shop around for rates, usually a credit union has pretty good rates if your credit score is good. Dealerships generally run higher interest rates. Also, make sure you get 2 key fobs. Just offering some general buying tips.

My 2022 Highlander is a great car. It is very roomy and comfortable with a lot of safety features. The back seat is very comfortable

There were no repairs made to the vehicle at this time just a routine oil change and tire rotation. All service was completed as I waited in the dealership's waiting are. The service toke less 2 hours.

I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.
