Staff was very friendly and helpful. Vehicle bought is a dream and we are enjoying it very much. The only negative is that the dealership tries to upsell you on a lot of expensive extras that provide little benefit beyond the Toyota warranty. They do this when a vehicle is serviced too. Unnecessary stuff not necessary per Toyota

I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

Jared was a great salesman. Knowledge about the car. Listened to what features I wanted and worked with me on it. And wasn't pushy at all. On the finance side I dealt with Hamzah and he was also great explaining my options without being pushy.

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

I have continuously had amazing customer service experience unlike I have ever experienced at Proctor Acura. My value as a customer is shown through their hospitality. I am new to Acura. I previously owned 6 Accords before converting. During my first service experience Tony showed me around the service area so I would know the section locations as well as the lobby area. He provided me with his card so I can call him whenever I needed a question asked. While my car was being serviced it was noted that a nail was in my tire. Tony called me to explain and let me know the cost. I okayed the cost of my tire repair, but he later called me back and said further examination revealed that it was actually a screw and it was not embedded in my tire (it was within the tread), so there would be no need to charge me for a repair that was not needed. That really said a lot about the integrity of Tony and the dealership. Arranging my service with Tony is always easy and whether I need a shuttle ride, or choose to sit in the lobby, or if he provides me with a loaner vehicle it is always hassle free. I also love the coupons they send out monthly. They are good reminders of various services I may need to have and the savings from the coupons have truly come in handy! I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

I have a 2013 Toyota Tundra Limited Crewmax 5.7L V8 FFV 4x4. My truck has all the bells and whistles that I need (4 wheel drive, leather seats, heated seats, towing package, duel climate control, TRD off-road package, moon roof, etc). But it is also a very expensive truck. I bought the truck in 2022 for $27,500. It had 119,000 miles on it at the time. The interior with the limited package is nice to me, and doesn’t look out of date. The exterior also looks good to me. This truck so far has been incredibly reliable. I have not had a single issue with the truck. I really believe that this truck will last 300,000 miles. The performance of the truck is great as well. The 5.7L V8 gives you 381 horsepower. That is plenty enough for me. But the truck is not perfect. The only issues for me are 1. Fuel Economy 2. Rough Ride 3. Parking. This truck is a gas guzzler! I have 35 inch mud tires on my truck. It averages about 10-11 mpg combined. The truck also rides very rough (the mud tires on my truck probably make it worse). The truck is hard to park due to its size as well. Overall I would give the truck 4 out of 5 stars. I’ve gotten used to the rough ride and parking, but the low fuel economy really eats away at my wallet. But this truck lasts much longer on average than other trucks. It also holds its value much better than other trucks (at 9 years old with 119,000 miles it was still worth $27,500). If you can get past the poor fuel economy, then I think that you will really enjoy this truck. And if you take care of it, it should last you at least 250,000 miles.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

It seems there are corolla’s with transmission issue mine was replaced at 36k miles this is my ninth Toyota the first with big issue like that although my car was just out of warranty Toyota replaced the transmission i had to pay for labor

I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!

Good driving car with many safety features. This is not a car for big people. The lady who is driving it loved the car and is excited about owning it and having it forany years.

I purchased a 2002 Toyota Avalon XLS in 2012ish. The car was in immaculate condition inside and out. It had power and good on gas. They are safe and plush like leather, sunroof, house plug, automatic everything, navigation (which was an option), it even had a JBL system with a factory sub. The upgraded JBL system was jamming too. The dash took some getting used to but I miss it now. You don't work on these all you gotta do just maintenance them and that's it 😂. The brakes were the easiest I have ever changed. It was the best car I ever had hands down. The perfect car for anyone. I have gotten my girl one and fixing to get my niece one. I am gonna buy another one myself. Mine got totaled and I miss it so bad. You crazy thing is I owned mine about 15 years ago and the price still hasn't went down. I predict they will go up in value.

First let me say I have been instrumental in finding and buying four new vehicles since August 2020, for myself and family members. I have dealt with a LOT of dealerships and salespeople, and honestly car shopping is probably my least favorite thing in the world to do. After getting the run around locally from both Toyota and Honda dealerships, exorbitant fees, addons, price changes at the last minute, or just general bad experiences, a friend told me about Cars.com and I found exactly what I wanted at Proctor, but it was reserved. We made an appointment for a pickup time the next day (I live a few hours away), and from walking into the dealership at the appointment time, to being back on the road driving home, it was well under an hour and that was with JR spending a good amount of time going over the features of the multimedia system with me, as well as features of the overall car (was my first SUV, first hybrid, first Honda, etc) JR could not have been more pleasant to deal with, he was responsive when I had questions before and after the sale, and now, when I am AGAIN looking for a new car (four months later), despite deciding not to go with Honda this time, he has been fantastic again. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, this absolutely goes down as my best buying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend both Proctor and JR to anyone for their car buying needs. My husband an I bought a 2019 camry in 2020 with 35k. It's now 2025 and besides replacing the o2 sensors, this car is extremely good on gas, very comfortable, sporty, very reliable, and timeless. We have the le model with 148k on it. We've done all regular maintenance. We haven't had time to have the transmission fluid serviced, due to health issues. 100k of the miles are all highway miles. I'm a mechanic that rebuilds vehicles to flip. By far this is the best vehicle for the money and we will keep our camry and keep her going until it's time to replace the engine.. I don't see that happening for years to come. These little 4 bangers are bullet proof. Oh, I absolutely love the trans shifts, a cross between regular clutches and cvt. Would highly recommend

This vehicle is a 2004. It has been very reliable. It is a five speed manual transmission V6. It has enough power. The only fault I can give is (like all Toyota Standards they often haven't be double clutched to get them in reverse. Other than regular maintenance it's been a great vehicle.

Have had this car for 5 years and never had an issue only goes in for inspections. Goes great in the snow. Would definitely buy one again
