Had a great experience dealing with Tate Sutter and crew at Crown Automotive. Drove from Paola/Osawatomie area to see what was available and compare to other RAV4's we had looked at. Had a car with color and features that were absolutes on our list and very competitive price, so we went home with a new RAV4. While Tate was explaining/demonstrating all the gizmos I had the opportunity to visit with Chase. I had all the major USA manufacturers of 1/2 ton trucks, they were all junk. Rust was a huge problem, granted I live in the rust belt, but my Ram truck was rusting before the first 4 years of it's life with body rot, but because that rot didn't go all the way through the warranty would not cover it, it eventually did rot through about a year after the warranty expired; the Ford the frame rotted the worse followed by the body, the frame got so bad in just 10 years the vehicle had to be junked; the Chevy had a lot of body rot too but started about 4 years after the Ram did; all their transmissions failed within 110,000 miles. Numerous repairs starting about 60,000 miles. Now the my 5.7 flex fuel double cab Tundra SR5 4X4 is 15 years old and not a spot of rust, it has 118,000 miles and not one single repair. Maintenance cost about $340 a year for 2 oil changes and whatever other maintenance stuff comes up due to the mileage. It is the most comfortable riding truck I've ever owned but in all fairness all trucks have been improving their ride quality over the years. Performance is the best of any truck I've had by a lot; the MPG is also better than any truck I had before, my worse MPG I had was the Ford that got 6 mpg towing, otherwise it was 10 in the city and 14 on the highway, the Tundra in comparison gets 12 while towing, 16 in the city and 20 to 21 highway. The SR5 is a pretty much a basic pickup with very little in options, so the interior is not grandiose, but it's a truck not a limousine! The radio/CD player and speakers are also just the base stuff, so the sound is ok. Even though the interior is the low end stuff it's holding up extremely well, there is no wear showing on the seats or anywhere else. The exterior trim parts are all holding up extremely well. While Toyota Tundra does cost more in the used market, and that's because of their known reliability, it is more than worth the extra price I had to pay, it also means that if I sell the truck I'll get more for it. I use the truck for my business, and for hauling my RV trailer, and my friend's boat when we go fishing.

I've only owned this car since January 31, 2025. Bought it used from a small dealer in Tennessee with 136,652 miles on it. I bought it because I moved to Tennessee and will be starting a new job soon, so I needed a reliable car to get to/from work. I've always had Hondas; this is my first Toyota, and has not let me down so far. It's comfortable, fun to drive, starts right up every time and you can shift the transmission manually for more fun. All I've had to do to it so far is oil change and replace tie rod ends. I always look forward to driving it. I love the styling of the SE trim, it has the 4 cylinder engine. Only thing I'm going to need to do to it soon is tires. I gave it 4 stars for performance cause the 6 speed transmission seems to lag a bit unless you use manual shift mode and it seems to want to shift into 6th gear too soon. Other than that, I love this car!

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

Bought this car with 54,000 miles on it. This is my 4 th Camry and I love them. Every one I’ve owned has over 100,000 miles when sold. The last one had 192,000. Mostly maintaince items. Tires brakes windshield wipers usuals wear items. Good job Toyota!!

Purchased this truck new ten years ago, four door, six foot bed, towing package- fuel mileage is not the best (16mpg avg) due to the towing gear ratio, however I tow a lot of boats up to 22 feet and have never had a problem. Currently have 80,000 miles with only routine manufacturer recommended maintenance. Only negative, my wife finds the truck too long (19 feet) for the mall parking spaces.

Always a good experience working with the friendly and competent sales and service staff at Briggs Subaru in Topeka. We received an excellent trade-in value for our low miles 2022 Impreza when we traded for a 2024 Crosstrek, which we really like. We still have the 2016 Outback we bought from Briggs and it looks and runs like new with only 120,000 miles on it.

Own a 2004 with over 330,000 miles. It just keeps running. As a landlord, I use it somewhat like a truck, it holds tools in the rear. Can transport 4x8 sheets of drywall and plywood with some shuffling. Hauled 1200 lbs of concrete bags behind the front row seats many times. I use the 3rd row for passengers. Have removed the second row and never replaced them. Change the oil every 5Kmi because that interval is easy to remember. And the typical timing belt and water pump (while exposed) every 100K. Just let the dealer do the brakes, they last years and don't wobble. Of course the automatic doors gave out at 200K, but you kind of expect that. They still work manually. A few strange items like a steering rack at 150K and vent window hinge gave out around then. And the drivers seat heater gave up. The problem is that this van is so good, I really hate to replace it. It's a good problem to have. I'm not hauling concrete in a brand new $50,000 Sienna.

I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!
