only had the truck for a little while now but the power if the 5.7 is instant. I came from a midsize truck and I don't think ill ever look back. From Ford to Toyota I'll never buy something that isn't Toyota.

This vehicle seems to be an outstanding vehicle for its class. The only reason that I'm not giving it five stars for comfort is that it rides like a truck -- which is what its supposed to be, but quite comfortable for a truck. The other four star rating I gave it was because it was not available with a manual transmission. Again, it's a truck, not a car and trucks, as working vehicles should be available with a manual transmission -- but people today don't want to actually have to DRIVE a vehicl.

I bought this truck new after major styling change in Tacomas and traded in a 2008 Tacoma SR 5 and getting back 88% of what I paid for new in 2008. I've had no problems with this 2016 so far and never did with 2008 except fir window washer issue.

So far I am very pleased with my Toyota Tacoma, it is more than I expected and the biggest surprise is the low interior noise and the smooth ride. I was able to go down to south Florida (Pembroke Pine area with my three kid and they enjoyed the ride. Every time we are going some where they want me to take the Tacoma instead of my wife Honda mini van.

I have owned several different half ton trucks in my life. Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, and Nissan and to me there is no comparison to the dependable Toyota Tundra. Yes they cost a little more but once you purchase one you will quickly understand why. If your looking for a dependable half ton trucks then I highly recommend you a buy either certified used or new Toyota Tundra. If you've have owned the other brands you will quickly understand why you can't afford not to buy a Toyota!

I walked in with a car that I was "upside down" in, and they worked with me really well, and got me in a vehicle that suited me better at a very do-able payment and time frame. Bought my 2015 TRD Off Road Tacoma new off the lot and it has been a solid truck. I have only had to do a few things to it here and there, but I pull a trailer with a 1200lb SXS to West Virginia several times per year. In other words, I use my truck! I love it. Like any vehicle it isn't perfect. It has a few squeaks and rattles and there are things that could've been improved, but the engine and tranny are still going strong at 186k miles. I do hate that the headlights are prone to haze over and there is a noticeable whistle when traveling at 70+mph especially during crosswinds. The touchscreen display is impossible to read in bright sunlight because of the angle, and the blower fan could use more adjustment. As it gets older I have noticed there is some leakage of air to the defroster because the airway door isn't closing off completely. I can live with that. I have people ask me all the time if I want to sell it and I'm like NOPE! I'll keep it as long as I can.

This is a big truck and it rides like a truck. It is spacious... especially the back seat. The V8 is nice one thing that appeals to me. My truck currently has around 48 thousand miles on it. I've had to replace the starter and a relay switch for the A/C. I've owned a lot of Toyotas over the years. This is the first one I've owned that needed more than just regular maintenance. While I would recommend it I'm not convinced it is a better value then a Ford or GMC as I once felt.

The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

In the mail we received a recall notice on a part for our 2021 Honda Pilot. We scheduled an appointment online & thought we had scheduled it with our Service Rep Jessica Poteet. Our appointment was to get the recall part replaced & since our daughter is borrowing the car we went ahead & had the oil changed & tire rotation done. Received a message with the video from the Service Tech telling us what he had accomplished & pointed out how everything looked but nothing about the replacement of the recall part. I called to inquire & was told Shawn Malcolm was the Service Rep & for the replacement of the recall part I had to call in so they could order the part. Unaware of this I panicked as I was driving the vehicle to Washington DC on the weekend to leave the car with my daughter for an unlimited time. I was connected with Shawn Malcom. I asked about the car and told him I was unaware of how the process worked for the recall parts. I explained my situation and asked if he could assist me to get the part quickly. He shared with me he had already taken care of replacing the recall part along with the services I had requested. I was so relieved & grateful beyond words!!! Shawn Malcolm was not only professional, knowledgeable in what he does but considerate of me even though he didn’t know me or even knowing the situation he was proactive and went above & beyond. I’m so grateful to Mr. Malcolm because of him I was able to follow through with our plan of taking the vehicle to my daughter & know she is safe. Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

Working in an auto repair shop the tundra is ahead of the big 3 when it come to longevity, durability, and reliability. My 14 has done everything I asked it to do.

Truck was a champ. Mileage slightly less than advertised but still decent. Felt like sitting in a lifted car but was smooth on oilfield goat trails and held up real well saving gas compared to other full-size trucks. I think the fake hood scoop was xxxxxxxx but otherwise a great truck. 4x4 in mud snow and icy roads was excellent. Real reliable truck.

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!
