First class service and attention. Was served by Master certified product specialist, really a great auto consultant, was very friendly, patient and gave me great options to choose from. They have a great selection of models, colors. Always professional , knowledgeable and patient. He and the dealership carved out a great deal for me. I would highly recommend Ted and dealership. The only problem in this truck is no power seat and heater control only does one side . Real view mirror is to small . Other than that great truck !!

I have a 2011 Prius that has only been serviced at West Kendall Toyota. I have had many service advisors over the past 10 years that were just OK or not good at all. Kelly Monroy is by far the best! She is very professional, respectful and polite. She goes above and beyond the basic service level. Kelly actually walked through the dealership to find me and give me an in person update on my car instead of a phone call or text. I'll ask for Kelly every time I come to West Kendall Toyota, She gets an A from me.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

2/5/22 I was with my 2020 tacoma for installing 4 new tires. they told me to wait 2 hours to receive my car finished. About a little more than 2 hours they called me to pay for it and told me to go outside for my car. I had talking with the man at office # 4 who assisted me and told me that in 5 minutes my car will be with me. He told me that two times when I was to see him and half an hour later my car was there. The man who was driving told me that he could not find my car. This is second time that this happens to me with my cars and I think that this dealer has many very skilled mechanics an need to make some changes to improve the return of cars.

I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.
