I stopped in to look at a used truck and met with Brad who spent lots of time sharing information about the vehicle and comparisons with other vehicles in the same class he seemed very knowledgeable and yet was comfortable to talk to with no high pressure gimmicks....after the sale Brad took the time to show me how to operate controls on vehicle and programmed the blue tooth for my cell phone...I was impressed with the amount of service and maintenance they had done to vehicle including new timing belt, water pump and all fluids and filters replaced ....I recommend Brad and this dealership 😁

Love this truck's features and look! Only criticism is leg room in backseat! Other than that, it is a great truck that will hold its value and build equity well! 9.5/10

I hate leaving reviews but car dealers have a excessive desire for them, made apparent by the numerous emails requesting them. So, here it is?. Overall it was a positive experience. Our salesman was friendly and personable. He answered the questions we threw at him and we communicated via text after leaving the dealership. The buying process was quick and easy especially since we paid with cash. It was a used car that we bought and there were some lights that were burnt out but that didn?t bother me because I replaced them all with newer brighter ones. Really my only gripe was that we only received one key fob with the car. We discovered this when we were finalizing the deal. So right out of the gate I have to take the time to have one made for an additional two to three hundred dollars. They did tell me that they have a guy that comes around and makes them at the dealership. My question is why didn?t they do that already? No dealership should sell a car without supplying two keys. I?m still leaving a five star review because the buying process was a pleasure and everyone involved was great to deal with. I?ll definitely consider them in the future for my next car purchase.

Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. I’ve owned a 2022 Toyota 4Runner sr5 for around 2 years now and the whole time I’ve put that thing through basically xxxx, and it has never ever broken, or had anything wrong with it, it may not be considered a truck to some but it sure has driven better than any truck I’ve ever driven, the 4Runner is a beast

The reason I came to this dealership was the Sales Manager Aj Rice. We called in to speak to an associate about a new Tacoma for my family. We ended up getting transferred to Aj I believe on accident. Which was the best thing to happen to us. He introduced himself as the new car sales manager and said it would be a problem he would be beyond happy to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he informed us he had the perfect truck. I told Him we lived in Johnson city and that it would be a long drive for us to make it to Chattanooga. He informed us that he would make this the easiest and most transparent process of purchasing a car we have ever experienced. Man was he right! He took our information down and said to bear with him for a few mins. Next thing I know within 20mins he had taken pics of the car and a complete walk around of the truck and demonstrated the key features on a video. He then called us shortly after to follow up and make sure my husband and I received the pictures and videos. We were so elated with the how he handled the entire situation we decide to make the 3hr plus commute just because of the process A.J. the manager did for us. But it doesn’t stop there. We schedule to come in a Saturday and have a time. He then told us to ask for himself or a sales associate he was going to put us with to finish the paper work. We arrived and as I expected they were busy and that sales person he wanted us to finish up the paper work with. So A.J. went above and beyond again and greeted us and told him to give him a few mins bc that sales person was busy. He came back up mins later and said to follow him and brought us into his office. He informed us he knew we had made a long drive to come see us and did not want us to wait. And he proceed to do all of our paper work himself so we could get done quick. He even had our truck cleaned up and filled with gas waiting for us! I just have to say I have bought tons of cars and have never had a manager of a dealership go above and beyond for us before every. I will from now on always recommend anyone in the tri cities to make the drive to Capital Toyota for the experience to see the manager A.J. or anyone else outside of the area or in the local aera to see him at Capital.

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

Bought my 2015 TRD Off Road Tacoma new off the lot and it has been a solid truck. I have only had to do a few things to it here and there, but I pull a trailer with a 1200lb SXS to West Virginia several times per year. In other words, I use my truck! I love it. Like any vehicle it isn't perfect. It has a few squeaks and rattles and there are things that could've been improved, but the engine and tranny are still going strong at 186k miles. I do hate that the headlights are prone to haze over and there is a noticeable whistle when traveling at 70+mph especially during crosswinds. The touchscreen display is impossible to read in bright sunlight because of the angle, and the blower fan could use more adjustment. As it gets older I have noticed there is some leakage of air to the defroster because the airway door isn't closing off completely. I can live with that. I have people ask me all the time if I want to sell it and I'm like NOPE! I'll keep it as long as I can.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

This Tacoma X-Runner meets all my needs. Fairly easy to park compared to full size Trucks. Good performance but needs several upgrades to meet Today's standards. Like: Cold-Air Intake, Headers. Better Brakes Upgrades, 1" Lowered Suspension, TRD Quick Shifter, Energy Suspension Sway Bar Bushings - (front and rear), Wider Wheels & Tires, URD"s Mas Air Calibrator( for better air/fuel ratio), Leather Seat Covers. After that you have a Great Truck. This is the Upgrades I have done and really have a better all around Toyota Tacoma X-Runner.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

I drive a long way past the closest dealer just to use ToCleveland due to their consistently high quality service experience. I am very glad I found them.

2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

My husband, our four children and I were traveling across our state on a drive to pick up an online purchase when I decided to look for a new family vehicle online. I looked on Craigslist first as I thought we might have an easier time with a FSBO purchase than a dealership because about a month ago we tried Carmax and it was terrible with a lot of runaround, terrible interest rates (ugly double digits) and them wanting our max amount of money down with those terrible interest rates. Enough about them…..*deep cleansing breath*. Then I saw this awesome SUV on a Craigslisting . It would fit all of us with room to spare, it had lots of cutting-edge features, and it would allow me to maintain a sense of edgy punk-rocker self while being a soccer mom. WIN WIN WIN! My husband thought it looks awesome but immediately thought that even though this was at the top of our budget, the price was too good to be true. So we decided to give a call. I called and left a message and within minutes Bridget called me back. I explained that we were interested in this particular vehicle, asked a few questions which she was immediately prepared for. Y’all, she is super down to earth, so friendly, knows her stuff and so helpful. Here’s the thing, we live 4.5-5 hours away from this vehicle and this dealership. I don’t know these folks from Adam, they don’t know me. But wait…. There’s’ more…. Bridget gets the ball rolling with our credit application all online, all esigned, all while we are driving across the state. The numbers people crunched some numbers and when they called back with those (or maybe they texted, can’t remember) they were out of our monthly price range so we understood and were not expecting much when they said to give them a moment to shift some things around and try another option. Number's people, I don’t know your names, I’m sorry but I just want to say ‘YOU ROCK!’ They came back with some options for us that worked beautifully for our monthly budget. So we were ready to sign some paperwork and plan our trip the coming weekend to Chattanooga after putting a good faith amount down. Andrew (If I got your name wrong I’m so sorry, we appreciate you) worked up an awesome 3 year and 30, 000 mile warranty and we are so thankful. I was about to hit the reserve our VRBO rental button when I get a call from Bridget with her sales Manager Jacob on the phone. This precious man right here asked me what we would think about having the car driven to us, across the state and a very busy capital city, right to our doorstep. He said he would arrange everything, like all of it. He said they aren’t always able to accommodate this way but it just so happened that he had someone that could drive the vehicle and we could have it by the next day. That’s right…. THE NEXT DAY. I though, this has to be too good to be true. At this point I began looking up this automotive group’s every detail to make sure we weren’t being scammed. LOL. We weren’t. They are absolutely, 100% verifiably real. Jacob and Bridget get virtual hugs from all of our family and so do Mr. Jack and his sweet wife who drove the vehicle to us the next day before lunch-time. We had the car right in front of my front step in less than 24 hours from purchase 4.5 hours away and it is magnificent! For the size of motor it's surprisingly powerful. The transmission is smart and performs when needed, use the manual shift when needed. The ride is smooth, the suspension superior on the freeway handling anything I ask of it nicely. Off road it has traction features galore, nothing left for complaints. Best truck I ever owned.

Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.
