This car is great for cruising around by the beach in nice weather. Car sounds good, 4 speed feels mechanical. Everything about this car is a blast, besides the age.

If your going to buy a vehicle site unseen (lots of photos and video) and ship it a 1000 miles, you want Garrett handling the details on the other end. He made the transition very easy. The TR6 has a stiff clutch, stiff steering, stiff suspension, a big six cylinder engine with twin carburetors, a great exhaust note, lots of low-end torque for fast acceleration from low RPM's, big wheels and tires, a convertible top and fabulous styling. It was, and still is, the perfect traditional British sportscar for the true enthusiast. I have owned mine for 45 years. It is, as ever, a joy to behold! My car has a factory-authorized but dealer-installed built-in air conditioner for warm Miami weather or whenever top-down motoring was not practical.
