I can’t say enough about the incredible treatment from Alan. Whether it was being completely forthright and honest about the car and the buying procedure, or the events likely to happen, or helping with shipping and the purchase, or answering a phone call while he was away on a personal vacation (I don’t know at the time it called), he guided me through the process every step of the way. The biggest characteristic that stood out for me was his communication - clear, direct, and responsive when I had a question. His response time was insane - at times I thought I was his only customer because he seasoned so quickly, but of course that could not be the case because that is a pretty bad employee-to-customer ratio even for these products. The other part of the communication that stood out was that he didn’t have to say “I’ll get back to you.” He knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and answered them right away. People of a certain age remember the hilarious movie Used Cars. Alan is the opposite or the car salesperson characterized in that movie. My experience with ParkPlace was the opposite as well. These people know what they are doing and they treat their customers right. I also had some interactions with Sam - not as much as Alan, but he was totally professional as well. As a matter of habit I avoid writing reviews. But I simply have to make an exception for Alan and his team at Park Place. 5/5 with no reservations.

This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

I purchased my 2017 ram 2500 from kar-Mart in Burlington and got sick of them lying about services that needed to be done and not taking responsibility for what they had previously done improperly. My truck recently came down with a bad ICU for the traction control and it would intermittently come on and off. I called around to all of the dealers and nobody said there's a fix yet except Steven at Marysville rairdon. He got me in very promptly and fixed the problem so far so good. Even corporate Chrysler said there is no fix but the new ICU would work for a year or two and they would reimburse me the cost of the repair which came to almost $1,300. We'll see how that goes but Steven called me and told me my brakes pads in the front were very low and falling apart. I've been a professional mechanic for a year and have always taken care of my vehicles myself for many years. I told him I wanted to see the parts because I remember looking at the driver's side pads and they looked just fine. When I got there they showed me the parts and the passenger side pad was very low and falling apart because my caliper was hanging up. That made absolute sense because I kept hearing random break noises on the right side and I only looked at the driver's side pads in the front which still looked fine. I am very happy with the communication and overall work from the Marysville crew. I have found my new dealer that I actually believe I can trust unlike kar-Mart which no longer operates service on the weekends. The only thing I don't like about the Marysville dealer is that they won't bring me home because I'm just outside of their mileage limit but other than that Steven worked with me very well to find a time that worked for both of us. Steven in service made me feel like I was dealing with a close friend and that is very hard to find in this industry!! Bought this 2016 GMC Canyon (4cyl) at car max in 2017 . It was part of a commercial fleet and was well taken care of and low mileage . I’ve only have had one problem and that was in the engine cooling system where I had to replace two hoses and a goose neck . While repairing that I noticed an oil leak around the valve cover so I replaced the gasket . It was under warranty still ( just happened in Jan 2024 ) . I could have repaired it myself but who wants to get all dirty when it can be repaired by GMC at little or no cost to me. It still has 6 months remaining on warranty ( I did purchase from CarMax) hoping it does not need any further repairs . It is 8 years old and according to its records this is the first repair other than natural repair items that had ever been needed . It rides well pulls my utility trailer fully loaded just fine . I also have a 2000 Ranger that I had to replace the tranny on when it was just a few years old . It has never needed any other work. I believe the GMC will last me for years to come . But you never know so I will be buying another after market warranty on it when the time comes . I’ve already added that to a 2015 vehicle I own who’s warranty had expired . I’m a old school mechanic I can repair olde vehicles easily ( compared to todays ) I’m also a former Turbo Prop Mechanic from the Air Force and worked those motors for almost 29 years . I had worked on Piston Air Craft Motors for a few years before the change . A lot like a car piston motor in many ways . Two kinds of piston motors on Air Craft . Line a cars block or a receptacating motor( Round) . Very easy to trouble shoot vs Turbo Prop. Just letting you know that I have experience as a mechanic and know a real problem vehicle when I see one . Would buy a GMC canyon again or maybe go larger due to my new 42 foot long Camper I have rec bought .

I have the base model WT regular cab long bed gas burner. Yes, I know gas. But, I don't do enough for a diesel and I also like real trucks so 1/2tons do not suit me. I've had 1/2tons before I always break them by pushing their towing capacity and so far the 2013 Chevrolet 2500HD gas hasn't failed me or left me on the side of the road its a great truck even drove it through water that came half way up the headlights no issues "key is don't let off the gas" It's also a tough truck side swapped a tree mudding got a little dent out of it and somebody side swap me when I first got it hardly any damage its been rear ended 18times luckily my hitch is still good 11 of thoughs vehicles were totalled also rear bumper is still solid and firmly attached. I've pushed tree's over with it even pulled contractors van that was buried in the sand out. Manual 4x4 works great. I like real trucks and this is a real truck and real trucks are not ment to get good mpg mine averages between 8mpg city and 15mpg highway and 10mpg when I'm hauling.

I own the 2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid and so far with roughly 28,000 miles on it I love it. Cannot believe the gas mileage that I get. From April thru Nov I am in the upper 40's to low 50's. That is driving in the cities and highways between the cities. Any long travels on the expressway and my mileage drops to the mid to low 30's. When I purchesed it in 2022 I stayed with the standard XLT interior and I do not regred not upgrading it. It is comfortable for a vehicle and it is quiet. I have easily gotten 4 golf bags in the truck bed and 4 golfers in the cab with one of those golfers standing at 6 foot 8 inches. I've also been able to get 2 10 foot kayaks in the bed with no problem. Yes, they extended beyond the tailgate but had no problems. So far I rank my purchase of my 2022 SLT Ford Maverick Hybrid as one of the top two vehicles I've purchased in my life time, and I will be 74 in 2025.

I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

This Truck so far has proven to be what we needed.We bought this Truck with over 200K,on it,in great shape,Runs like new one.We have had to replace few NORMAL items,and just today new rear calipers.little concerned about the RECALLS ,but bought it to hallows 44 foot RV and Hall it does.

Had it 2 weeks now. Driving it is effortless. Handles well. We always get a 2 or 3 year old vehicle and let someone else take the hit. This is 5 years ago but in great shape AND 2 or 3 year olds were close to a trillion dollars so Musk can get those, not me. Put a cover on the back already and will install running boards today (my wife's NOT tall). This is for a short commute to work but mostly to tow our camping trailer as we're creeping up on full retirement. Tucson gets HOT for about 4 or 5 months and I've already paid my dues. Ha. Interior design is fine, I don't need fancy. Great sound system. Lifted enough for rough roads out in the sticks. 1st 4 door I've owned. Luvit. Had an 01 King Cab that was bullet proof. Sold it eventually because I'm not that bright. Recommend it to anyone.

I only have two issues with this vehicle! Poor gas mileage! Terrible turn radius! I tow a boat and my friends who have full size trucks ( F150, Chevy 1500, and Dodges ) get better gas mileage Than I do towing their boats then I do without towing! Some of them have backed me in to the launch and then park the vehicle! They come back and say the turn radius is bad !

I bought my 2011 Ridgeline in October 2021. The handling is very good and secret compartment is very nice. I got it with only 54k which is phenomenal for a vehicle that is 11 years old. I traded my my lexus for it and glad I did. The RTL is the full package and it's great in snow.

I'm on my 2nd one currently. Only reason why other is no longer on the road is the frame is rotten, I resurrected it from farm field some steel welded to support the frame best could, and some backwoods cheap body work, drove for over a year as main vehicle and loved it, found almost the exact same truck just colour and no AC, but great shape and love it, both 2.3L 5 speed stick. Love this truck for running around and smaller jobs saves my half ton from doing especially with fuel prices

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.
