I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

overall i like the truck alot, its a very dependable vehicle. it has its little quirks for a used truck. there's little things like the drivers door switch for the mirrors and the door locks that are not working as of now but i haven't taken the time to look into it as of yet. minor to me and i'm sure i can fix for a few bucks. nice riding and driving truck i would buy again.

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

Some folks say this isn't a real truck. But if you want a wonderfully smooth ride, ingenious places to put your stuff, reliability, and style, this IS your truck. We wanted room for 4 and this truck is spacious. We can haul anything we have need to haul and look good doing it. What more could you ask for in a truck?

195k miles and my truck still fires up and runs excellently. Everything from the value, the power, the utility, the reliability, and, in my opinion, the looks, are superb. I will say the turning radius is quite awful, but in light of all the positive things I could say about this truck, it's an easy recommendation, and by far the best vehicle I've had the please of owning. It is a barebones truck, but Nissan did an excellent job fine tuning it and making it one of those 10+ year trucks you wish every other truck could be.

Bought this truck several years ago - 2012 and it drives excellent! Pulled a 20 ft boat and trailer to the bay with no problem. It is a little tricky to maneuver around short turns.

I own a 1996 and a 1998 Toyota Tacoma one is a five speed manual transmission. What is an automatic transmission I own them both to this day one has 240 some odd thousand miles on it. One has 227,000 miles on it and service records. Everything‘s been done from racking pains the suspension on both of them. I love the trucks. They’re so solid the V6 3.4 engines are solid.. What I really like about my Tacoma‘s is that one I can work on him. It doesn’t need a computer tech to do anything to them and it’s just old school mechanics real simplicity just like Toyota Milton years ago I always wanted one. I bought one for myself and my wife her son he’s passed now. Had one that I have a color of a blue one and I bought it for her and we love them Solid trucks.

Great buy, maintenance package of good quality more of why I trust ford. Flex fuel a great idea reliable cooling and heating. Oh and tires nitrogen flourishes ideas other dealerships.

I had been researching for a reliable used vehicle for a month and a trustworthy dealership. After reading so many glowing reviews on Biscayne Auto Sales, I decided to go there as they also had the car I wanted to see. Price was perfect for me, too! I called for availability and Charlie (the sales rep) was so pleasant and said “come on over!”. After chatting with Charlie and a test drive, I knew this was the car for me! The detail work is pristine! Car looks brand new! The entire process was painless and I was driving away the next day. Charlie even researched the remote starter fob so I knew how to operate it. He also had a couple very minor issues quickly corrected to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. Kathryn is awesome and got my loan application approved. Bought used. Did some research on it found out problems with AFM. I installed a tuner and did AFM delete and got rid of the top speed limiter, also set other perimeters to high performance, cold air intake, got rid of vacuum pump for braking and went to intake vacuum for booster did tranny thermostat bypass. also changed intake from 5.3 to 6.2 and changed throttle body. Installed catch can for oil blow by. Installed a throttle control booster, change oil every 3000 miles has 125056 miles got rid of all3 cats and has headers and dual straight pipes. sounds great. hptuners got check engine light off. I have street raced this against Camaros mustangs ect and tear them up. tranny has no issues nor do valves. Have buried the Speedo several times max speed was 152mph going by speedo on tuner display. In a truck ride was smooth handles great. I dog the xxxx out of it and it just takes it. I invite others to race. tag says RUN YOU.

My 2012 Tacoma is a Crew Cab Long bed 4WD model. Its is one of the best trucks I have ever owned. 5 Stars in all categories

I have owned this truck since new. I have a little over 82K miles (I use a company assigned work truck for about 75% of the time I’ve owned my Tundra), therefore the relatively low mileage. I have a CM and the cab is super roomy. I recently upgraded the radio which in my opinion was probably an outdated system from the start. I tow a camping trailer a few times a year and do so very well, plenty of power. Have pulled the camper through smoky mountains with no issues. I’ve done several interstate trips and enjoy the comfort of the cab. I don’t see myself ever getting rid of this truck at all.

Bought the truck for hauling and towing heavy trailers and it does the job perfectly .... performs the task of towing with little effort.... the 5.7 hemi is a great engine

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

I have almost 500,000 on my Silverado. I use it for construction ,I ve replaced everything at least once but I would buy a fleet of these trucks if I could. Chevys only down fall, body under the doors rusting. And the transmission being under sized for towing etc and the brake system. Compared to other trucks it's a gem.

I have owned this truck for quite some time now it has 175,000 miles on it and it gets 23 mpg on highway in town 15-16 mph I6. It's never left me stranded at all. It has a 4.6v8 lariat edition extended cab 3door. I also have another that has the 4.2 v6 4 door with 418,000 mil. On it and it starts every morning. Both truck are amazing and tuff. You should buy one. You won't regret it.

Am I the only one that has had the instrument panel completely fail? Mine did YEARS ago. So why is my reliability rating 5? The computer still works, I know how fast I'm going, the Miles remaining on the fuel economy is accurate, and it runs. Everyday. Replaced one hub and bearing, water pump, starter, ignition. A/C doesn't work, but I've got windows (which work if you know exactly where to push the button.) Oh, and the Engine light is always on, because the throttle body really needs a thorough cleaning or replacing. Motor and transmission have been crazy reliable for 20 years on truck bought new October '0 3. Nothing a few hundred dollars wouldn't fix. Though there are several of those, they don't keep me from getting from A to B.
