been buying cars for over 40 years the salesman chad eubanks had his hands full with us but he lost his cool just nice never give up on us this salesman should be rewarded and the sales manager was all over the sales floor helping customers my wife could not decide what car she wanted REALLY so we there at least a couple of hours the manager never sat down on the move big smile all the time i shook thier hands so many times i think they switched hands on me not like most managers who set up high behind a desk like a judge these two men made my so happy and when my wife is happy xxxx the whole world happy LOL great job car max thanks again !!

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

Service department is great and efficient. Chase is always friendly and accommodating. I had my tires rotated and oil changed in less than a hour.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I took my truck to get serviced there. Everyone was super nice and I will be back. The guys in service have been cordial and helpful everytime I have dealt with them.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

We have traded here 3 times with Tommy and Darren. Always great to work with. Fully expect to buy our next car here. Thank you Mr. Tapp. We really appreciate you.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I owe Tapp Motors (Jr and Sr) a wholehearted apology for what I wrote last night. Seems like we all had challenging days yesterday and our lines of communications were BROKEN. You know, I’ve always given advice about email like this: Write what you want, but NEVER, EVER send an emotional email... I broke my own rule. Also, if you have a problem and misunderstanding then pick up the phone, walk over and have a friendly conversation to clear the air. So, that’s what I did earlier today after not sleeping much last night. I called both gents and explained my feelings and why I abruptly left the lot yesterday. They were very gracious and we all apologized for poor communication. I felt better, they felt better and everyone is smiling and laughing... Life is GOOD! After such a misunderstanding and we’re able to “shake hands” and part friends says A LOT about the Character of the Tapp Family. It’s not often a rather bad communication can be settled and without hard feelings. It’s ALL about the more often and not practiced “Golden Rule”.... Sadly we’re often too busy to stop and smell the roses and more importantly LISTEN. God gave us two ears to one mouth. Gentlemen and The Family of Tapp Motors.... Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

My Chrysler mini van broke down, they got me in ,found the problem and had me back on the road in one day. It runs better now than it ever did!

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

My review may be a little early as I have only had the Titan for 2 1/2 months. However, the Titan performs! I have a SV 4X4 MIDNIGHT EDITION its exterior styling is eye appealing and it does not look like "Everybody Else's Truck"! The Titan's interior is a worthy compliment to the exterior in stying and functionality. Hopefully I will never need to avail myself to the 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, but it is nice to know that it is there. I would put my Titan up against anyone's Ram, Silverado, or F150 and be very confident of having the superior truck.

2021 SV 24000 miles Value is awsome, only 34,000 dollars Very powerful and smooth shifts, goes up steep hills like hot knife thru butter. Did not give 5 star because: Info center surface glass stained not able to clean off imperfections. Center console does not stow to make 3 person front seat Steering wheel too small, can't drive with my knee when both my hands are busy. Poor visibility out back and side windows

I researched trucks and kept up with the market for THREE years. In my research, I found that Ford has transmission issues and electrical issues. Their 10 speed is trash and constantly searches for gears. I tested one and confirmed that. RAM, despite being a BEAUTIFUL truck(Rebel), is unfortunately just a Chrysler product with a RAM badge. If you know vehicles, you know to STAY AWAY from Chrysler products. They are absolute junk and constantly break down. Chevy/GMC unfortunately share the same transmission as the F150. GM/Ford codeveloped the 10 speed transmission in their respective trucks. Chevy/GM also have their AFM(Active Fuel Management) engines which are known to have lifter issues before and after the warranty. So then there’s the Tundra. Nice truck! And when I say Tundra, I mean the legendary V8 generation, NOT the new one with the twin turbo 3.5L Lexus engine that’s already having numerous problems with the turbos. Unfortunately, the V8 generation is known to get HORRIBLE gas mileage. It’s the #1 complaint among V8 Tundra owners, with many owners reporting 10-12 mpg average at best. There’s also “Toyota Tax” in which you’re knowingly paying more because Toyota…. So, after 3 years of exhaustive research, I decided one day to just type in “full size 4WD truck crew cab” and a beautiful sporty looking truck from Nissan popped up called the Titan. I got intrigued and started the obsessive research right away… Lo and behold I would come to find out that this highly unknown absolute GEM of a truck by Nissan had the highest rating on the market right next to the legendary V8 Tundra. With MANY owners reporting mileage of 250k-500k miles with just BASIC maintenance! What?! So WHY is this GEM of a truck not well known?! Well, it’s because Nissan gave this GEM of a truck absolutely ZERO marketing…. Like ZERO! Like it doesn’t exist…. In other words, Nissan royally shot themselves in the a** by NOT marketing this beautiful GEM of a truck AT ALL! After reading numerous reviews about legendary reliability, beautiful styling, extremely comfortable seats, tons of space and great power from the 5.6L engine, I knew I had check one out! So I found a 2021 with 13k miles and instantly went to drive it and I was sold! I have a 2021 Pro-4X in Glacier White with the black/lava red Pro-4X trim, fully optioned to match the Platinum Reserve. It’s basically a PR but in Pro-4X appearance(black instead of chrome). The truck now has 20,xxx miles on it and all I can is that I REALLY enjoy this truck! The styling, space, comfort, power, utility, drive and ride quality are all top notch! And the best part? The price! I bought mine for $10k LESS than ANY comparable truck from the “big 3”! Why?? Because Nissan doesn’t market them AT ALL so they don’t sell…. So they’re massively discounted and priced to move. They also have an outstanding 5-year/100k mile powertrain warranty! Best in the business! I bought my Titan CPO so the warranty is even better. Also, fun fact, the Titan does NOT have auto stop/start or AFM! It’s just PURE V8 goodness! And that V8 is paired to a buttery smooth 9 speed transmission! So then, why only 4 stars and not 5?! Well, that’s because the infotainment screen in the middle of the dash isn’t the greatest. Mine already has discoloration and the lamination on the screen looks like xxxx in direct sunlight. It also freezes here and there when I use CarPlay. I use CarPlay exclusively because I really enjoy using it. But it does freeze, particularly in cold weather, and I live in Wisconsin, where the weather is xxxx for over half the year…. All in all, I truly feel that the Titan IS the best overall truck on the market and it 1000% deserves YOUR attention! I plan keep this GEM of a truck for at least 10 years. I also really like that I do NOT see many of them on the road because they’re just not well known…. BUT, IF you know, you KNOW!

Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

This must be the most under rated vehicle in history. Exceptionally well designed and made. Nothing but quality all around. I am actually buying a second one soon. Fun to drive.

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

Have owned it for about one year the only thing I have done is change the oil and filter and put some air in the tires when the weather got colder. Have liked everything about it so far.
