Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

We had a fledgling salesperson who was very nice but did not have much if any knowledge about Subaru vehicles. He never offered us to take a test drive nor did he share anything about features in the Outback. Luckily we already own a Forester so we had more working knowledge of Subaru vehicles than the salesperson. The salesperson?s support staff did keep us apprised of progress of the sale along the way.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

We were looking for a specific type of vehicle and it was not easy to find. Once I found it on the website, I contacted the dealer and they assured me that it was available. They worked with me and my schedule to buy the car and we are so happy with them. And the car is a perfect fit for our family. Thank you!

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

Great service, everyone was very accommodating and patient with me. They took the time to make sure I understood everything from the car and all its features to my maintenance options and finance options. Made the process very relaxed and enjoyable.

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

I highly recommend skipping other Mazda dealers in the area and visiting Gordie Boucher Mazda of Janesville. I made the drive down from Madison and couldn’t be happier with my experience buying a new car. They truly make you feel like your business and time is valuable to them. He was with me from start to finish ensuring that all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely invested in making the sale go smoothly. I scheduled the installation of some accessories and the service manager came into the showroom to introduce themselves and congratulate me on the purchase. There were so many small touches from everyone throughout the buying process that I can’t say enough good things about! 2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

This dealership has an impressive slate of exotic cars, I was just looking for a lesser jag. They treated me very well not pushy and very helpful. There were no hassles in getting to test drive the car I was looking at. When I decided to walk away there was no pushback or pressure to “ run the numbers”. Both the sales person and the manager communicate with me to ensure my experience was a positive one.

Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

I was able to contact a salesman after hours by text and arrange for a viewing the next day. When I finally arrived on Saturday evening my selected vehicle was standing by for a viewing and a test drive. Afterwards we did the paperwork and I was helped by the salesman in making a domestic wire transfer through my banking app on my phone. No cash or checks necessary! Once the wire went through the service department changed the oil, detailed the vehicle and set the tire pressures. I was able to make arrangements for a delivery to my home saving me a trip and several days of anxiety. My salesman kept me informed at every step. The vehicle I chose was in great condition inside and out which speaks to the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I feel like I got quality service even though I didn’t purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot, by a longshot. I also had the opportunity to purchase a great warranty for my vehicle, which I found to be surprising that it was available at all. I look forward to working with Kearns again in the future for my next big purchase.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Not pushy. Listened to our needs. Patiently explained features. Willing to negotiate. Had one glitch but they were able to clear it up to our satisfaction.

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

Overall experience was o.k., we bought a $60k nearly new car, and had it shipped, the car arrived on the transport with less than 1/8 tank of fuel which we thought was a little crappy, the interior was dirty and had scrapes on the kick panels even after we specifically asked about that area over the phone.

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

While I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here (I was in the market for a Subaru). I would absolutely recommend them. They let me know when one of the cars I was interested in sold since I was driving from out of town. They also were very up front with pricing options and financing options. On July 26, 2022 I picked up my fourth F150. This one was different. It was the first one I ordered (waited 10 mths.), the most costly and a hybrid. Now, almost a year later, I find I am greatly enjoying the truck. It tows 7000# with ease, is quiet, and the feature set is fantastic. Each rendition of the F150 has been better. I started with the 2009. Nice but heavy. The 2015 was the first aluminum one and I did have some trouble with the brake controller failing and catching fire. The 2017 was great but in its last year it developed a dripping leak when raining in the sunroof that thankfully I was able to fix. It was the best up until this one. The recalls-windshield motor and flickering taillights (LED flash). My motor was fine and the taillights were reprogrammed. I would say that is minor compared to my friend's Red Silverado who in 2015 got a notice that they were catching fire on rear defroster wiring! I haven't had any issues and I am just amazed at the technology. It drove me 200 miles to Tallahassee. I cannot wait for the BlueCruise update supposedly this year. I get about 3mpg better than my 2017 10spd, Ecoboost in town and about 1mpg better on the highway. It varies but that is about the average. Ecoboosts can be thirsty if you want power. They like to cruise so I have learned to get to speed, not crawl up and keep a light foot. I own a truck because I need one to tow my camper and I need one to serve dual purpose as a daily driver too. I find that the Ford F150 fits that bill. I have shopped all the choices on full size pickups. The only other truck, to me, that met my needs with positive factors was the GMC Denali diesel half ton. I was not impressed with the overall package of the Tundra, RAM or Titan. They did not check all the boxes for me. I look for comfort, MPG, engine/power/torque RPM power curve for towing, tow features, style, etc. The hybrid eco and the diesel blow the others away for low RPMs while towing which is torque and that makes for a more enjoyable tow. Less noise , stress, etc. My two finalists also got the best MPG. I leaned toward the hybrid more too because of the current stance on diesels and the DEF and the cost of the fuel compared to regular gas. As a long time sports sedan owner turned trucker, I would tell you to shop. Read and research but some facts, well, aren't facts. I remember my legacy of sports sedans and buying recommended models- LOL. The Lexus- bad radios- all of them on the lot, cyclops brake light bulb not replaceable when blown, BMW 328is coupe- bad electrical battery blew up 2yrs., Infiniti G38 jerking and slamming 8spd. auto transmission on Interstates on quick braking- these were all top rated/reviewed cars and not cheap. I had more trouble with those three than any other vehicles I ever have owned. If you are looking for a truck, a vehicle meant for hauling and towing, then I highly recommend an F150. There is a reason they have such high sales in spite of what some reviews say.
