This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

I highly recommend Neat Auto sales. Louis and his wife are wonderful. Louis is honest, professional, personable, and fair. They offer a no pressure atmosphere. While I did not end up purchasing the vehicle I was looking at, they were very accommodating and let me take as much time as I wanted to see and drive the vehicle multiple times. Bought my 2015 TRD Off Road Tacoma new off the lot and it has been a solid truck. I have only had to do a few things to it here and there, but I pull a trailer with a 1200lb SXS to West Virginia several times per year. In other words, I use my truck! I love it. Like any vehicle it isn't perfect. It has a few squeaks and rattles and there are things that could've been improved, but the engine and tranny are still going strong at 186k miles. I do hate that the headlights are prone to haze over and there is a noticeable whistle when traveling at 70+mph especially during crosswinds. The touchscreen display is impossible to read in bright sunlight because of the angle, and the blower fan could use more adjustment. As it gets older I have noticed there is some leakage of air to the defroster because the airway door isn't closing off completely. I can live with that. I have people ask me all the time if I want to sell it and I'm like NOPE! I'll keep it as long as I can.

The second you pick up the phone and call, they are very pleasantly friendly. They answer all of your questions, been a family business for a long time. Theyll always negotiate a decent price or work with you. Any concerns, they make you feel like family!!!. I recommend this place to any one that comes or lives in worcester!!!! My next suv will be from here ONLY!! Give them a call you will see for yourself!!

Drives solid and tight... If I didn't know the mileage, I would thought it was practically brand new. The only thing I had to do was adjust the headlights, which was extremely easy. It feels very stable and has an incredibly quiet cab (nice sound proofing).

Service people and valet drivers were very polite and considerate. Customer services provided appropriate documentation and the results of the service maintenance and provided updated communications.

Great buy, maintenance package of good quality more of why I trust ford. Flex fuel a great idea reliable cooling and heating. Oh and tires nitrogen flourishes ideas other dealerships.

Zack and the whole team of Ira Ford and Auburn was excellent. I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Ms. Mabie was great! She was very responsive to my questions and was quick to get back to me with my requests. Too bad it didn’t work out this time around, but will be keeping her in mind with future car purchases!

After my f150 was totaled last winter, I was looking for another F150 with eco boost engine. Being mid winter there were not any used trucks with decent mileage available. I found a 2018 pro x with 70k. It wasn’t as luxurious as my ford but it was loaded with navigation. I purchased it. What a good decision. Besides a battery replacement and fluid changes I haven’t had one issue. It’s a strong truck with great acceleration And torque. I’m 6-1 and fit comfortably in the cab. Yeah it is a midsize, so I sacrificed size but I adapt. The only negative is poorer gas mileage. My ford eco boost averaged 16+ whereas my Nissan gets12 mpg on a good day.
