I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

My husband and I bought a 2012 dodge 2500 diesel and it needed a new sensor my salesperson Steven Tyler went above and beyond and made sure the truck was in grear working condition when I picked it back up. Great Place to Purchase a Vehicle
I was on my way to Pittsburg, Ks. from Leavenworth. When I got to Fort Scott, I started having problems with my car. I pulled into Briggs to see if they could help me with my car issues. Super nice group of people who work there. They bent over backwards to help me. I ended up purchasing a vehicle instead of having my car fixed. Kevin Filby was amazing...he showed me several different vehicles that were in my price range. That was in July of 2021. I ended up getting a Toyota Highlander and I love it! I highly recommend Briggs!

I had an incredible new car buying experience at Briggs of Fort Scott. I couldn’t find the vehicle I wanted locally, so I traveled 450 miles to Fort Scott, Kansas. The dealership was not “paved with gold tiles” like some of the large dealerships near my home. Instead, I found a small-town dealership offering a golden experience. Even with the travel expenses included, the vehicle was less expensive than it would be if I was able to buy it locally. It was also, by far, the fastest buying process I have ever experienced, from the time I showed up to the time I was driving away with my new car. I had a great experience with the people in both sales and finance. Thank you, Steven, Brad, and Grant, for providing me with incredible service! Very reliable
Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Awesome Truck
This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.
