I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

My salesman, Dave, was outstanding from the very beginning of the contact and sale. I believed he was honest and represented the company well. He and I agreed on a price over the phone, and I accepted it. Before the purchase was completed, I was engaged by another dealer with a lower price. However, I chose to stay with Dave because of his integrity and my belief that a deal is a deal.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. I bought my 2017 in spring of 2020 with 27k miles for $27k. I was specifically looking for a TRD Sport, manual trans. The Tacoma is the only manual trans truck produced anymore. I currently have 80k miles on it now and the blue book still shows it at $23k-$24k. I have not had any issues with it. I have done my own maintenance (oil changes and just recently front brake pads). The 2017 was the last year before they added all the safety stuff with the cruise controls. I'm glad I don't have that stuff. I also have the map system in my factory head unit and don't have to rely on the Apple carplay or Android auto apps. There was some discomfort in the seat. It was easily resolved with items that can be purchased to adjust the seat to your liking. There are a lot of complaints on the power and fuel mileage. Really?? Its a truck. Its not a sports car or compact sedan. Its not going to get the greatest mileage or set land speed records. If you want something that always starts, never leaves you stranded, and you can count on everyday, this is the one. If you want something that you want to spend a bunch of money repairing, you may want to look elsewhere.

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. My 2010 had 317,000 miles when I bought my 2021. I absolutely love the changes that toyota has made. My 2021 is a perfect truck for comfort and reliability.

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.
