Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

I had previously been using a different GM dealership for service on my GMC Yukon, because it was more convenient. A very bad experience with their customer service lead me to find somewhere else to take my business. I am so glad I came to Peter's. From the moment I was greeted by Amanda with courtesy in the drive thru, to the timely service and follow up, I have been very pleased with the service I received. A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

Pleasant. Upon arrival we met Josh, then did two test drives with David Munoz. David never pressured us, and allowed my wife and I to make the decision. I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

The salesman did not pressure me and met ALL of my needs. I was a little off on my payoff and that was no problem, they took care of it... juut like that. John was patient and the management team had his back. There was no back and forth with management, I requested something and he ok'ed it. There were never any let me call you backs or anything. This place will get my business again, no doubt. I ended up not buying that day because the vehicle I saw online was much bigger than I imagined when I got there to drive it. But he's working with me on finding something a little bit smaller.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

This vehicle seems to be an outstanding vehicle for its class. The only reason that I'm not giving it five stars for comfort is that it rides like a truck -- which is what its supposed to be, but quite comfortable for a truck. The other four star rating I gave it was because it was not available with a manual transmission. Again, it's a truck, not a car and trucks, as working vehicles should be available with a manual transmission -- but people today don't want to actually have to DRIVE a vehicl.

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

This was an out of town purchase. I live in Houston, TX. I purchased from Pittsburg, TX. So all comms was done via phone. They worked w/me on price. Included in the agreement was that they would ship the vehicle to me. I decided to purchase. Overall the purchase part went well. However, I have execellent credit, so part of the purchasing process going well was because of me (credit score & putting $15k down). I had interactions w/Amy M. Jose V. (GM) and Cesar (Finance). All interactions w/the people were fine, all were nice & professional. The only hiccup was the delivery aspect of the process. I purchased the vehicle on 06/04 (Wed). I did my part & was very prompt about completing the paperwork via docusign & sending the wire for $15k. I received a call from Amy on Fri, 06/06 wanting to confirm my address for the temp plates. I asked about delivery & she said that it should be delivered to me today. I was very excited to hear that I was going to get my Jeep. Then she put me on hold & came back & said they could not ship because there were problems w/funding. I told her that they got the wire & that finance went through them & there were no problems. I quickly called their local bank & their bank confirmed they received the wire the day before. I text Amy & Jose to find out what is really going on....did not hear back, so I called. All ended up being fine (however, I suspect it was a diversion to use as an excuse as to why the vehicle was not going to be shipped that day since she slipped-up & said that it was going to be). Later that night Jose called me to tell me that my car would be delivered on Mon, but I had to pick it up from Manhiem probably around 5pm. I agreed. Mon, 06/09, a lot of back & forth, back & forth (I left work early & had to take an Uber (1 hr to work & 1 hr back) since I got rid of my truck on Sun, 06/07, since I was told I would be getting my vehicle delivered on Mon. No vehicle on Mon... I was then told it would be here Tues, 06/10 b/c of the weather they had on Mon....Well, little did they know that my husband drove open road & hot shot & shipping companies don't play that game. Rain is not going to stop them (my husband was later told (after getting involved) that it was due to a driver have a "tummy ache")....Tues rolls around, a lot of back & forth again. I borrowed my husband truck & left work early again, so I could get to that side of town & get the car without the transport guy waiting on me. Nope, .....no car. Was told it would be Wed by 3pm, but no later than 5pm....took Uber to work (1-hr there, left work early again) & Ubered back 1-hr. A lot of back & forth, back & forth...& was told that the vehicle was picked up & left about 11:30am-12noon....It is a 4-1/2 drive from Pittsburg, TX to Houston, TX...the weather was bad, but a driver would only go through bad weather for about 1-2 hours out of the 4-1/2 drive (was watching weather radar on phone)....Sat by my phone from 3:30pm to 7:45pm waiting on a call from the transport company. Got a text from Jose saying the transport company had been trying to call me for 2 hours ----xxxxxxxx! I had my phone on me like white-on-rice. Headed over to Manheim got the vehicle. Note, my purchasing paperwork said the Odometer was 10 miles. I got in the vehicle and the mileage was 43 miles. Wow! Someone was cruising around about 33 miles on my expense. Not cool. In any event, I must say Jose V. was very professional throughout the whole process. There were times I wished he would have been the one to keep me posted, instead of me being the one having to constantly text for info & updates. Would I buy from them again? Yes. However, I would not leave it to them to transport a vehicle. Just pay the money & get your own shipping vendor to do it. The loss of work for 3 days in a row & the cost of Uber was not cool either. Transporter said he left Pittsburg, TX at 2:30-3pm....so that was a lie as well, when I was told driver left at 12.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..
