I drove from PENACOOK concord line down to Ira Toyota in Manchester nh. Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, he asked me if I preferred to work with a specific advisor. I replied yes Mike Rivera. After waiting for what seemed like a couple seconds Mr,!rivera approached me and greeted me with a smile and a good morning. He conducted his routine and let me know it will be an hour and half until My car was finished. I told him thank you and let him know I?m in no rush. He said I can wait up in the showroom so off I went very appreciatively. After getting weather update form my wife a snow storm would start in around an hour I let Mr. Rivera know. He then texted me and said he?ll do his best to have me home before storm. Approximately after waiting 15!minutes Mr. Rivera approached me and said he?ll have me on the road in 15!minutes. He held true to his word. I was all set. I paid my bill and headed home. But before leaving I told all desk associates to have a nice Christmas and they all replied you as well. The customer service I received was next level. The best experience I?ve ever had at Ira or any other dealership! The management at Ira in Manchester nh should be proud and elated that the associates are well prepared knowledgeable and best of all people friendly I plan to upgrade my Corolla next year and absolutely plan to do it with Ira where I bought my Corolla. Bought this truck for my new work truck. Smaller than my old Silverado but looks like it will be just fine. Gets really good gas mileage with the I4 motor.

Went from 2020 f150 with a Coyote to my Titan and I’m glad I did. More power, better equipped and truly an awesome riding truck. And it doesn’t have that automatic start and stop nonsense. Definitely a great truck.

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

I initially was looking at a conventional gas '24 Tacoma TRD Offroad with the $4400. level TRD package. After driving this model, this one came home instead! The truck has better acceleration, the battery kicks in at 30mph or less and it's knocking down almost 23mpg with 1900 miles on it so far. The higher options one (approx $8500) on this Tacoma, comes with acoustical glass making it quieter on the inside than the lower TRD option equipped truck I initially looked at. The seats are comfortable, the 360 camera view, and speaking of cameras, this one has one for the rear view mirror! No more looking at the rear seat headrests in the view. Buy this truck, it's a mid-size with the high-end full-size truck goodies that'll fit in parking spaces.

I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

Great “SUT” (sports utility truck). This vehicle will last you well past the 250,000 mile mark. I wish Honda would level it from production and get away from that rake look. This vehicle was not designed to keep up with the likes of 4Runners, Tacoma’s or the GMC midsize trucks. It’s a Honda with a Honda twist to be different. Once they make this vehicle leveled from the factory with at least 8 1/2 inches of ground clearance, this vehicle will need very little mods if any. P.S. Honda start making timing chain V6 engines and ditch the timing belt… our (consumer) cost will drop dramatically after 100K.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!

The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.
