I have bought two promasters from these guys in a bout six months time. As a business owner I don't have much free time was able to get in touch with Jeff Hale and put the ball in his court. It was the easiest purchase iv made I spent maybe 1 hour each buy at the dealership just to shake hands sign pick up and out the door ! No hassle got what I wanted for the price I wanted even a little cheeper. Will keep my business here!

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

After a traumatic car accident I went for an estimate at the collision center and spoke to Travis S. He could not have been kinder or more knowledgeable. He basically wiped the accident away from the quarter panel and let me know it was about $500 damage. What a relief to get an honest appraisal. I will refer everyone here and to speak to Travis. My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

We found the Subaru we wanted; it had just come in from shipment and the car was ready at the appointed time the next day for delivery. Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

What an amazing dealership. Friendly people. Easy to do business with. It was nice to have caring intelligent people taking care of finding the right car for me. Some of the nicest cars I have seen on a preowned car lot. As soon as I walked in I felt welcome and made a part of their family. I have purchased 3 cars for myself and all 3 of my children have purchased their vehicles there as well. Always a great experience. Their Sales person Mikey is funny looking but one of the kindest honest straightforward sales person I have worked with and met. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a vehicle.

Bought this truck several years ago - 2012 and it drives excellent! Pulled a 20 ft boat and trailer to the bay with no problem. It is a little tricky to maneuver around short turns.

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

Truck was a champ. Mileage slightly less than advertised but still decent. Felt like sitting in a lifted car but was smooth on oilfield goat trails and held up real well saving gas compared to other full-size trucks. I think the fake hood scoop was xxxxxxxx but otherwise a great truck. 4x4 in mud snow and icy roads was excellent. Real reliable truck.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

We bought our Subaru Outback yesterday from Chris Taylor at Dellenbach Subaru in Fort Collins. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I contacted him to set up a meeting to talk about what kind of car I was looking at (new, used) narrowed my choices between Outback or Forester and from there made a decision on the Outback. Chris was extremely helpful, very patient during my 500 questions and had a great attitude the whole time. I would say the entire experience was refreshing from your "average" car buying extravaganza where you feel smothered by the sales person who is trying to sell you everything under the sun. This was different, it was smooth sailing, never felt hassled at any point and even though I went back and forth to the dealership 3 times before I bought anything they treated me extremely well from the second I walked through the door until I drove away in my new Outback. Not only was my sales experience excellent but Subaru's in general are really excellent car's so that helps when trying to make a decision. If you are looking to buy a new or use Subaru I would save yourself the trouble of looking else ware and give Chris Taylor a call.

Great buy, maintenance package of good quality more of why I trust ford. Flex fuel a great idea reliable cooling and heating. Oh and tires nitrogen flourishes ideas other dealerships.

Started off rough with lack of communication on the salesmen s part but once one of the sales managers got involved it was a little better. Never did get a Thank you from the salesman or the sales manager, i think it just slipped the salesman's mind because he was very helpful at the end. Spend that kind of money and nothing.

Very smooth ride with quiet interior. Comfortable seats. Awesome power! Plenty of storage. Back seats move easily to allow more space for "extra" storage. First vehicle I have owned with blue tooth phone capability - LOVE it!

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

The Best F150 I ever owned it has 167,000miles never a problem . And I owned so many F150s love the color I have Blue Jeans . And will never get rid of it .

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

I had dealings with Mr Lopez on buying my ride. If your looking for the "Spirited" ride, He's the man. Smooth, seemless transaction, upfront, explained some of those "details" on that paper work we all sign for the next ride. I use to own a 2003 f150 for 18 years it was great except for fuel milage, when I purchased this truck in 2024 , the rear window leaks but only when it rains hard, overall I refuse to drive any other truck.

No pressure to sell. Byron was of tremendous help, knowledgeable, and loved to share his fathers great history in service to his country. He even sent me home with great reading material on him. Prestige went to long lengths to find the right car (my wife will ONLY drive a stick, drives me crazy!). No manuals on the lot, so they sought the countryside to get just the right one. Have owned several 07 classics GMC and Chevy‘s have proven to be the most reliable diesels I’ve ever driven have one with over 400,000 miles on it and still has the original injectors and glow plugs in it

My daughter, her fiancé and I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek for me in December 2023. Eddie was our sales person and his couldn't have been better. He was friendly and helpful, finding out information that he didn't know, getting back to us promptly and just generally pleasant to work with. He even came in on his day off for us. I love my vehicle, although it has been a learning curve because my trade in was a 1995 Ford Taurus! I know I can call Flatirons Subaru any time I need assistance. Overall, grat experience!

I only have two issues with this vehicle! Poor gas mileage! Terrible turn radius! I tow a boat and my friends who have full size trucks ( F150, Chevy 1500, and Dodges ) get better gas mileage Than I do towing their boats then I do without towing! Some of them have backed me in to the launch and then park the vehicle! They come back and say the turn radius is bad !

We had the absolute joy of working with T while we bought our vehicle. T went above and beyond in so many ways - by coming in on her day off to help us out, adjusting her schedule to accomodate ours, being open and honest about the vehicle we purchased and the dealership itself - she was able to answer all the questions we had. We even had a small issue (no one could have known at the time of purchase) pop up a week or so after we purchased the vehicle and T was able to get it fixed for us, no problem. Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V
