Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant, respectful, "upcoming" used car salesperson. With his outgoing, friendly, respectful demeanor, he likely could have sold me just about anything. On President's Day, my husband and I drove about 45 minutes, intending to test drive a specific Wrangler at the Used Car division. The test drive went well with us both falling in love with the vehicle. The negotiations went fairly quickly, despite me having no access to my bank to move around $$$$$ and my trade vehicle not being present. There was give and take on both sides- mostly give on mine, LOL. We arrived at an amicable deal on the price, trade, service contract and promise to fix the heated steering wheel. Ziggy, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient. We waited an inordinate amount of time for the title work on my trade to be done. On Wednesday as planned, we returned, with my trade and a check in hand. Apparently Jordan forgot that we were coming as we waited over an hour for the vehicle to be "cleaned and readied for delivery." The dealership was not busy at all that day, with staff congregated around the main desk, laughing and joking. Any other time that I have purchased a vehicle, it has been serviced, cleaned, washed and waiting near the dealership entrance. When Jordan finally handed me the key, confirmed that there was no spare key and informed us that the steering wheel parts were on back order (and could take up to 30 days to arrive,) he bid us good bye and good luck. I asked, "so that's all? Is there anything to sign?" Both Jordan and the Finance Manager assured us we were good to go. Everyone had a good laugh when I asked them if they wanted the $27,400 check. Maybe the laugh will be on me if the documentation I have does not show that they received the check. I have to say that the experience was mostly positive. I only wish that the staff had been more prepared for us to take delivery. Jordan did get some points back when he filled the fuel tank before we left. Time will tell about the steering wheel issue.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

I recently bought Toyota RAV4 from Germain Ford and unfortunately had my CEL on after driving it for a month or two. Fortunately, I had some months of service warranty from them so I called them about the issue and explained things to them and they had me scheduled for a service at a certified Toyota Dealership nearby and promised to take care of the cost and payments involved in servicing the car. Kudos to James from the service team at Germain who led with the paperwork and communication with the dealership making sure everything was settled and taken care of after the service. I really appreciate your team and the good work you guys are doing. They are really great guys and friendly and I highly recommend them for all your great and quality cars to get you on the road!

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

It was fast and easy to get a great new car they catered to my driving needs.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

This is a great truck. I owned one and I’m getting another one real soon. It’s a really good in the winter, especially with this kind of power. You could put a plow on these things and make some money.

I was very satisfied with Zaid and the rest of the staff at Twins Auto of Dublin. They have a great selection of used cars that tend be "higher end". I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

Just bought a Grand Cherokee L from Byers CJDR. Steven Black did a nice job of showing us the car and it’s features, focusing on us and the car without repeatedly asking us if we were going to buy it today. Richard Jackson was equally pleasant to work with in the Finance Department. I felt like they were helping me rather than “selling” me. This is my third purchase from three different Byers dealerships in the last 10 years. Every experience has been really good, though this purchase was especially good. Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!
