The alternator on my explorer went out. Sam got me in immediately the same day. I barely made it to the dealership before the car cut off. The service team had it fixed by the next morning and called me the right after I dropped it off to let me know what the issue was. In 2010 We bought a 2008 silverado. LT 5.3 engine. Two wheel drive. I still drive it everyday. Regular oil changes. This truck had 26k on it. Today it has 156k. Battries. Breaks, plugs and wires. Thats it. -50 below outside, starts right up! Awesome! Proud owner.

This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

The driver side front door grip is made of plastic frame construction underneath soft rubber. It broke in less than two years. All parts supporting grip handle are cheaply made of plastic.

Was looking for a hard to find mid size pickup with manual transmission and found one here at a good price. Kevin was very good to deal with and made the buying process very pleasant. No pressure. Was surprised a 30 day warranty was included since most dealers of this type mostly sell “as is”. Drove truck 150 miles home and for several weeks with no issues. Dealer fee is very reasonable and Kevin actually knocked the price down to where the fee was basically waived. I was impressed with their inventory - they appeared to have only quality used vehicles.

Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

This vehicle is a 2004. It has been very reliable. It is a five speed manual transmission V6. It has enough power. The only fault I can give is (like all Toyota Standards they often haven't be double clutched to get them in reverse. Other than regular maintenance it's been a great vehicle.

I bought an 02 Chevy Avalanche around 4 years ago, it's been an amazing truck. I pull my work trailer everyday with it with zero problems, very reliable. This has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Purchased new Dec 2012. As of April 2021, I have over 238,000 miles! Outside of scheduled maintenance, I have replaced front and rear factory brakes at 200,000 miles - I was down to 15 Percent on Front, 8 Percent rear. I replaced both Front hubs at 210,000 miles. I follow the maintenance as outlined in owners manual. This has been a very good reliable truck. Cant' say it enough. I have the 4.8L V8 engine, 4x4 Reg Cab Short Box. LS trim. Body / Paint /Trim still look Great, People comment all the time, Drive Tran and Engine still run strong. Getting Same MPG (18) that I got from the first Tank of Gas. I use Truck for commuting back forth to work, driving off road (weekly) fire trails, farm pastures, dirt roads as well as interstate.

I have had this for around 2 years starting with 99,000 miles. Now has 117000 miles, its been a great truck. For being a truck that is almost 20 years old, the paint is faded in some spots and the dash where the speaker in the center was brittle and busted but, it was my fault it got busted. Anyways so far all the problems i have had since i have had it are that both the exhaust manifolds are leaking, which is very common on these trucks but, doesn’t effect it at all, runs just fine. It sprung a small oil leak from the oil cooler, easy fix. Had to replace both front hub bearings. And just before I bought it, the previous owner just replaced the radiator due to leak. So nothing major and has never left me stranded. Still has no rust. Everything works in it, the 19 year old Rockford Fasgate stereo system still sounds great. Sunroof still works, tv still works. I tell you everything works. Knock on wood for all of this, has been a very reliable truck. The 2 top things I would change in this truck if I could would be to give it more comfortable seats (not the most comfy but, not horrible either) and give it better gas mileage, low end I get about 12.5 mpg, high end 14.5 mpg. Not a gas saver by any means but, great truck all around. Pray it keeps being the reliable truck that it is.

Bought this truck several years ago - 2012 and it drives excellent! Pulled a 20 ft boat and trailer to the bay with no problem. It is a little tricky to maneuver around short turns.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

Only mechanical thing I will complain about is the lead frame. But other than that best body style and year of f150s in the 21st century. I'm elated with it and the performance. Comfort, power and style this truck has it all. I have a platinum in white and love it.
