2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

I only have two issues with this vehicle! Poor gas mileage! Terrible turn radius! I tow a boat and my friends who have full size trucks ( F150, Chevy 1500, and Dodges ) get better gas mileage Than I do towing their boats then I do without towing! Some of them have backed me in to the launch and then park the vehicle! They come back and say the turn radius is bad !

In 02 this was the truck to have! All the bells whistles you could ever want! The problem was the price,52grand was bit much for what you were getting.Its a fantastic car not so much as a truck. The box is a over sized trunk, carpet lights and a cover. It is a fantastic comfortable ride! Pop in cassette and a wonderful stereo sound gets you in the mood.The optional navigation system keeps you from getting lost. It comes all set to tow your RV or boat. At 28grand you can't go wrong! It turns heads and gives me bragging rights. In 02 the price made it ahead of it's time,now at 28grand you can have a fantastic car/truck that's a comfortable ride,so to a joy with bragging rights. 2006 nissan titan crew cab,THIS TRUCK IS AWESOME ,i hve towed a 6000 lb excavatorwith this truck using the bumper hitch this truck handled that load with no problems good towing power, and the bumper survived without bending, this truck is more than worth the price

I recently began searching for a well-cared-for used SUV, and had started viewing vehs and contacting dealerships. I came across a few vehs I liked at Carizona in Mesa, so I arranged an approx time to come and look. Taylor Moilan reached out to me via email from my contact prior to my arrival, so once I got there I met up with him. He took me to see the first SUV, which was nice but didn't really click with me. I told him I would do some more looking and researching, but the way I was treated by him made me decide I was going to buy from him if at all possible-he is personable, easy-going and made me feel at ease--no pressure. Sure enough, I found some more vehs I wanted to try out, and back I went with a friend. The vibe at the dealership was very low-key, low-pressure. The 3rd SUV I test-drove was the one, and once the decision was made, I was driving it off the lot in about 2 hours. The finance mgr Yesi was amazing too, she made the process easy, smooth and a pleasure. My friend was so impressed, he decided he would buy his next car from Taylor as well. I purchased my 2007 Avalanche in 2011 and am second owner. I absolutely love this truck and have taken excellent care of it the whole time. I bought it with 65000 miles on it and now have 250,000. Yes, I've replaced things and have been proactive in replacing other things that can go out like water pumps, alternators, etc...I absolutely trust this old girl to take me anywhere and any distance and wouldnt hesitate to buy another one.

Good truck very reliable yes mileage is not the greatest but you should not own a truck if you worry about gas get a smart car. Then you can worry about the price of maintenance speaking of which only done the basic to my Titan.

This vehicle is a 2004. It has been very reliable. It is a five speed manual transmission V6. It has enough power. The only fault I can give is (like all Toyota Standards they often haven't be double clutched to get them in reverse. Other than regular maintenance it's been a great vehicle.

This my 2nd Dodge Dakota, I would recommend another one to anyone who wants manual truck. My 1st was 1997 Dodge Dakota, I actually prefer the 97 style to the 2006 model, this year would make my truck 26 yrs old. Still on the road, just has a few maintenance issues, still planning on keeping my 97, gonna put it in the shop for some TLC. I guess what I am trying to say is that the Dodge corporation made one xxxx of a truck, I believe that if the 2006 last as long as my 97, then this will be my last truck. Nothing better than shifting gears with the windows rolled down, going 60 mph.

My dad bought this truck brand new off the lot in May of 2003. I grew up in this truck, learned how to drive in this truck and when I turned 18 was gifted the keys. By the time she was mine she was already an older girl but she sure didn't act like it. Healthy power, speed, torque and reliability you'd expect in a first gen tundra. She could haul pretty much anything within reason. I have still to this day never found a more comfortable drivers seat in any truck. To my shock she never broke down, never had any issues and kept on truckin' along. After the 300k mile mark I was sure something would go wrong with her due to her age but she thrived. I eventually lost her to a head on collision, broke the frame and crushed the front and even then her million mile engine still purred. When the paramedics showed up they informed me if I was in any other vehicle I would've been dead. I walked away from that accident without a scratch. She took the bullet for me and left such a strong impression on me. The best vehicle money can buy. I couldn't recommend them enough. I am actively hunting the market to find me another one because they are just that good!

It's a great and good riding and fun to drive I however have been having problems when changing the rear brakes pads especially on the drivers side, and the emergency rear brake cable as well, other wise it's a pretty reliable truck, when commuting or hauling things, do need a new years wifi ,cd , am/fm radio.

bought this truck an found it to be very reliable i don't understand the one hate comment on it they probably don't take good care of it but overall the trucks worth it an i plan on keeping it an giving it to a family member once i die its got over 213,477 thousand miles on it, its getting 25 miles per gallon its 4x4 five speed automatic but i want to switch it to manual an same thing for the 4x4 nob love the upper center console computer i would get the higher end radio head to be honest but imma keep it original its got the 4.7 liter flex fuel v8 in it i can fit six in the cab though i wish it had a long bed instead of a short bed though i need to replace the front axles the grind in four wheel drive when i steer to the left an replace all the tyres

I have owned two 9th gen fords and my current daily is still a 9th gen. I have the 7.5 and I would have to say it’s pretty bullet proof. I had the thing pegged overheated and I had no issues after. Not a race car but it starts every time and get what I need it to do done.

I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

2007 Silverado 1500 engine 5.3 runs great 150k miles exterior rocker panels have rotted out cab corners also! Have had oil change every 3000 miles burn's no oil ride's great yet.
