My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

It took me less than 5 minutes to get the straight answers here that I tried to get our of other dealers over a four month period. Highly recommend

I went from a 2015 frontier pro4x to a 2020 frontier midnight edition only thing the midnight didn’t have was gps xm radio the truck has more power better handling in my opinion no problems with this truck

Bought from original owner with 125k, for $14.5k, now 190k miles. Replaced throttle body at 150k. No other issues. It’s a bit of a ‘barge’ with the 4.6, however I trust the truck and it travels very comfortably.

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Bought this truck with 204000 right away found somebody had used butt connectors on wiring next to fan motor. Also cruise work intermittent.seat on driver side torn .but have been very happy with blue Tacoma.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Great power pulls anything I need it to. Is a blast to drive. Great for family camping trips. And the AC in it is wonderful for on those hot days.

I bought the 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT Mega Cab Diesel Heavy Duty as a dealer demo with 8,000 miles on it. Didn't need a mega cab but needed to replace my 1996 so they offered it to me for a deal I couldn't refuse. I have to say, it's a monster and I love it! Have had minimal issues other than the ECM going out at 110,000 miles and Dodge wouldn't warranty it. It tows anything I hook up to and with diesel prices in CA, I can brag about 17 to 21 mph around town and 27 to 30 on hi ways. Towing can cut mpg in about half, if you get stuck in slow lane up a grade, but still, who can boast about that with 195k miles on it today. I agree with the reviews on parking and turn ratio but I can back it in easier than doing a 3 point pull in at any parking lot. How's that for lady with a big truck!!

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

I dealt with Jon. I arrived pretty late in the day. He was patient while I took a long test drive. He stayed late while I worked through a slow decision process so I wouldn't have to make another long trip back to the dealership. I’m updating my ‘Original Owner After 10 Years’ review below. Almost two more years on the ‘09 F150 5.4 FX4 s/crew and it’s still going basically trouble free. I just put its second set of new brake pads / rotors on along with new calipers as well, I also installed a new Cat back exhaust on it however the old exhaust was still basically fine. In the fall of ‘19 for some reason the hood heat/ noise insulator pad started deteriorating so I replaced that. I also have new Motorcraft coil packs and fuel injectors just because I think they’ll perk the 5.4 up a bit but haven’t installed them yet. I figure if I put $1000 of extra maintenance in wear parts a year into it that’s a bargain compared to a monthly new truck payment so that’s my plan with a truck in excellent condition of this age. Overall for a truck going on 12 years old that’s been paid off since 2014 I’m way ahead of the game with this F150 FX4, nice 09-14 styles are starting to thin out now now so this one draws as much or more attention as when it was new. It’s still my daily driver and looks basically like when it came off the dealers lot so I’m going to try and get another 10 years out of it just because I’m sure I probably can. I’d be pretty careful if I was buying one used now however as they’re not all in the condition that mine is. I will say that since 2009 this truck has never let me down and has never broke down once although I credit that to proper maintenance and fixing little issues before they become big problems.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

I was given this truck in a will. Not only did it sir for 2 years straight, but it still cranked and ran like it was brand new. I would recommend buying this truck.
