After a day of going dealership to dealership; we had the privilege to work with Brandon Reyes. When we came in that afternoon, we were not looking to buy anything new that day. Just wanted to compare prices and test drive. Right when we walked into Rydell Brandon was approachable, amazing with answering all our questions and letting us test drive the vehicle that we were potentially wanting to get in the future. Brandon sat down with my husband and I and went though numbers, to give us a round figure of what a new vehicle would be. However, it was a Brandon?s performance, personality and customer service that we traded in our car and bought a brand new car that afternoon. 2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

I was in the market for a very specific used vehicle and found it on Community GMC's website. LOVE that they could text me while I was at work! Mike was great to work with-easy going, not pushy and polite the entire time! I am a woman and this is my car, and he was respectful to me--he didn't direct questions to my husband or try to appeal to him like other male salesman have before. I would highly recommend Mike!

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

I've been buying from Rydell for over 22 years. Not because they have the best prices, which they do. It's simply because I've NEVER been treated like a customer, I've ALWAYS been treated like family.

They are awesome. They took their time to explain every step and were not pushy to get you to buy.

For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$! And then when the transmission goes you have to replace the radiator another 1500$! We did get it repaired with everything done for 6900$. Chevy did help out some as well as the dealership. But I’m still angry that it went with low mileage and I will never ever get sucked in again on an extended warranty

We had a great experience doing business with Rydell. Our salesman, Ashley Tudor, was friendly and so easy to work with. We enjoyed the tour of the dealership and was impressed with the service department. We really like the vehicle we purchased.

Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

I have had only 2 warranty issues. Both were immediately taken care of with no other issues on the truck. This has been the best vehicle I have owned out of 21 vehicles in my life. The comfort, power, features and dependability is why I gave it 5 Stars! I have roughly 59, 000 miles on it and I drive it every day. The gas mileage is 30MPG at 55 MPH!! I regularly get 23-25 on the highway at 65. Overall I get a real 16.5 in the city, and 24 on the Highway. My truck has been babied and kept clean at all times. No dogs, no kids, and I am happy with it.

Brady contacted me right away after building a TRX online. He showed me the Rebel which was also a very nice truck but we put in the order for the TRX! They ended up getting one 6 days later with almost my exact build and he got me in and out of the dealership within a couple hours! The truck is incredibly fast and luxurious, already in love! This truck Is the best purchase I have ever made. My first truck was a '79 F350, then I sold that to get a Crosstrek but I quickly realized I needed a bigger vehicle so I started looking at mid sized trucks and the 4Runner. The 2019 lariat Fx4 with 50k miles on it cost me the same amount as a base model 2015 tacoma with over 100k miles so to me the decision was easy to make. I needed to take this truck to move me and all my stuff entirely across the country from San Diego, up to the Canadian boarder in Glacier National Park, and then to chapel hill North Carolina. Not once did this truck give me any issues and I took it on multiple challenging off-road trails in moab and even completed one jeep trail. (although the jeep trail left me with my first ding on the back bumper) It absolutely blew me away to say the least. Never had issues passing like some tacomas often do, and the adaptive cruise control and lane assist worked excellent. I have a bulged disk in my lower back so its very hard for me to find a comfortable seat for long drives but even after days of 14 hours behind the wheel, I had absolutely no back pain so I felt more than ready to attack the hikes on the trip unlike my subaru. I cannot say enough good things about this truck. Its tough, extremely comfortable, powerful for a 4cyl, great on gas compared to all other midsize trucks, and gave me absolutely ZERO issues while being pushed to its limits both off road and on long journeys. If you're in the market for a midsize truck, you're doing yourself a disservice to not take a good hard look at this truck.

GMC Canyon Denali with the 2.7 Duramax diesel is a loaded power house with great fuel economy. 4x4 has a towing capacity of 7000 pounds, the best in class. 31 MPG on the highway! Previously owned a Tacoma but it would not pull our travel trailer with the V-6. Highly recommend the Canyon diesel, if you can find one!

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze from Houdek and it was a wonderful experience. Cory helped me through the process of applying for financing, the car was clean, and so was the office. All of the employees were courteous and attentive.

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

EVERYONE was friendly at Thys Auto. We would go there again just for that reason. They were easy to work with and very accommodating. Small towns are awesome.

It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

The salesman was very helpful. They weren't pushy on the sales. Only issue is only one key fob came with the vehicle. Otherwise, painless experience.

I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

We got to take the test drive without a salesperson (Kevin) with us for Covid. Excellent records on vehicle! No pressure sales. The vehicle was extremely clean for showing. I stopped in to have them pull out the vehicle while I ran an errand. When I got back, Kevin had it pulled out and the keys in it ready to go!

I was a little undecided I didn't know how a truck would handle because we've only had suvs and midsize cars I didn't know its comfort performance but when we had it oh god it's the best of the best I'm super happy with it even my wife is super happy too she drives more than me lol it is a very good option I definitely recommend it, ford forever

My first car was a 2005 chevy silverado and sold it at 120k while still running perfectly and since then I’ve owned several different cars including a ram power wagon and a jeep and have experienced nightmares fixing them. These trucks with the 5.3L engines are as reliable as they get and are definitely powerful enough to get moving quick. After owning a 2019 chevy silverado 1500 LD 2LT for a short while, my only complaint is that the arm rest on the left of the driver is too low so you’re kinda forced to drive with your left hand more often but other than that I love the truck!

Dino was great, very knowledgeable, and he really cares. I would love to do business with him again. All of my future cars will be from him.

I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

MOST importantly it is a JEEP. If you want a luxury vehicle, buy one, if you want a full-size truck, buy one, if you want a sports car, buy one, the Jeep Gladiator is none of these. It is designed to be a mid-sized pick-up yet still be a Jeep, it does this PERFECTLY. I have owned 9 Jeeps over the years, as early as 1978 up through 2006; the Jeeps today are full of more amenities and comfort than they ever have been in history. I have 2 Gladiators; a '23 Mojave, and a '23 Diesel Overland, both of them are INCREDIBLE vehicles on and off road, and MORE than fit the bill for a light duty pick-up, superseding most others on the market, and I am even comparing to any of the 5 Tacoma's I have owned. If you are in the market for a light duty pick-up, you can't beat it; whether it is a loaded up graded model, or even the base model, it is still a truck with 4WD, straight axles, and still available with a manual transmission. VERY happy with both of mine!

This vehicle is very comfortable. It has the memory seats which makes it nice because both my husband and I will be driving it. It also has the petals which extend for us short people.

Very nice truck. One problem is the key will not go to the off position when in park. This doesn't happen every day but way too often. Extremely inconvenient and apparently doesn't seem to be a solution. This has been happening to other chevrolet trucks since 2015. It should be solved and be put on a recall list.

My wife picked out this this truck instead of a SUV. I drive it every chance I get, and I love it. It gets good gas milage, drives nice, rides nice and is very comfy for a 6'2" 260 lbs. man. I knew my wife was smart and she picked the best pickup we have owned.
