I recently bought a new (to me) truck at Sam Leman. Ryan Gaines was a pleasure to work with, as he was more than accommodating and was happy to let me try a number of different vehicles over the couple of months that I was in the market. Bought used. Did some research on it found out problems with AFM. I installed a tuner and did AFM delete and got rid of the top speed limiter, also set other perimeters to high performance, cold air intake, got rid of vacuum pump for braking and went to intake vacuum for booster did tranny thermostat bypass. also changed intake from 5.3 to 6.2 and changed throttle body. Installed catch can for oil blow by. Installed a throttle control booster, change oil every 3000 miles has 125056 miles got rid of all3 cats and has headers and dual straight pipes. sounds great. hptuners got check engine light off. I have street raced this against Camaros mustangs ect and tear them up. tranny has no issues nor do valves. Have buried the Speedo several times max speed was 152mph going by speedo on tuner display. In a truck ride was smooth handles great. I dog the xxxx out of it and it just takes it. I invite others to race. tag says RUN YOU.

My 2010 had 317,000 miles when I bought my 2021. I absolutely love the changes that toyota has made. My 2021 is a perfect truck for comfort and reliability.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

We purchased a 2025 Ram at Sam Leman on 10/21/25. We are 2 hours away and worked with Adam the previous day over the phone. Adam was great to work with, he took a bunch of photos and emailed them to us, he answered all our questions and was honest about the truck. I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Keri Thierer was personable, as amenable as a salesperson could be, and honest. I greatly appreciated the experience I had buying from Keri at Scherer. I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I bought my 2017 in spring of 2020 with 27k miles for $27k. I was specifically looking for a TRD Sport, manual trans. The Tacoma is the only manual trans truck produced anymore. I currently have 80k miles on it now and the blue book still shows it at $23k-$24k. I have not had any issues with it. I have done my own maintenance (oil changes and just recently front brake pads). The 2017 was the last year before they added all the safety stuff with the cruise controls. I'm glad I don't have that stuff. I also have the map system in my factory head unit and don't have to rely on the Apple carplay or Android auto apps. There was some discomfort in the seat. It was easily resolved with items that can be purchased to adjust the seat to your liking. There are a lot of complaints on the power and fuel mileage. Really?? Its a truck. Its not a sports car or compact sedan. Its not going to get the greatest mileage or set land speed records. If you want something that always starts, never leaves you stranded, and you can count on everyday, this is the one. If you want something that you want to spend a bunch of money repairing, you may want to look elsewhere.

Stong engine and smooth! Highly recommend for familys or someone who likes a smooth truck. Purchased new and have had zero issues since then. Love it!

David Slyman helped me with my new Macan. Explained everything before and after purchase. Had minor issues with left high beam headlamp and he assisted in helping to get it fixed. Service manager was recently let go and hopefully service will improve. Call David when you want a Porsche. He will help facilitate the process smoothly

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

Justin, is an OUTSTANDING Salesperson at BMW of Peoria! The dealership had a great selection of BMW X5's. I test drove the X3 and X5 really enjoyed the ride of both the vehicles. Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.
