I have personally purchased over 20 vehicles in my life. This was by far the easiest, most pleasant and most cooperative purchase of all. They were almost closed for the day but Mark stayed and showed me a number of vehicles. I found one I liked and drove it for a test ride. I really liked the issue but there was a couple of things I wanted. Mark agreed to have them included and a satisfactory agreement was made. Owner of a 2020 Model for 3 yrs. We only bought it because of the color. Crimson Cayan Metallic. Black Interior. Ours is an LT FWD model. It has a few options which I'm going to say were nice but coming from a Cadillac as a daily driver, it still lacking certain touches my 08 DTS had. Heated Steering is almost a absolute requirement these days. Northern Midwest winters while fairly mild can pack a bit of punch sometimes. But this car had heated seats so i forgave it's fault this time and just bought driving gloves. Its reliability is unfaltering. I'm only at 52K and just now starting to look for tires and brakes for it. I feel like i have driven the wheels off this thing for $30 a week and regular oil changes. Android Auto has been a has been a gift. what system integration. We are on the hunt for a newer model now with more toys in it. But we have decided to keep the Equinox as a backup car. She wont let me Let her go.

I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

Just bought this 2011 Aveo5 used. My other vehicle is a Ram 1500 with a hemi so my reason was fuel mileage but you would think going back and forth using the truck only when I need 4x4 or cargo that this would seem small and crappy, wrong, I love this car, the 5 speed standard makes it fun to drive and the interior is very comfortable for me, even on a couple hour road trip. I'm a truck technician and hate technology and gadgets, this thing has crank windows, manual locks, no cruise and no A/C, this stuff will always fail so I don't have to worry about it. It has 117,00 km on it and it works great. I now use this as my main transportation and leave the Ram home until needed. Love this car, a 10 all the way.

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

Tried to talk to A Sales person about and Cross Treck and received poor response; none were available to look at and it was difficult to talk about a new vehicle purchase. Frankly, with the sales persons at Belknap Subaru, I wonder if they sell any at all!

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

after being burnt by Audi i wasnt looking for another expensive classy luxury car id drive that q5 500 miles and it would start breaking down finally i got sick of being stranded and gave it away at 100k miles it needs about 7000 in work easily ! a suzuki was the last car on my mind but after driving it i was hooked the suzuki i bought was in an accident with a deer so the guy wanted it gone his insurance totaled it because the deer damaged the hood the front bumper and a headlight assembled all of which are easily replaced by anyone with mechanical aptitude! the insurance company loss my gain this suzuki has already been a million times better than my audi q5 not stylish or classy but runs circles around my audi in dependability and fuel milage ! a car isnt much good if its always breaking down suzuki is no longer in america because they ran forever and dont break down ! my only regret is that i didn't purchase 3 of them for the price of one audi and im sure there are many like myself whom wish they had shown more support for suzuki !

This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.

The service dept has the best Chevy techs in the state!

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

We purchased a vehicle yesterday after two recommendations. One from my brother and a friend after. I recieved slightly over book value for my trade in, interest rates and payments were lower with Benson's then my bank offered. I needed no money down. Our new vehicle has a very long warranty and is preowned cerified with a good amount of years and miles left in it. We were offered many options which did have my head spinning a bit. But once I took a few to think them over, I went with three. These are options that are reasonably priced, which saves on you. I never felt pressured or pushed. I got all this for under 20,000 big ones. This is the first dealership that I actually liked and left feeling good about our choice. I am confident we will be happy for years. In fact, yesterday is the first time I ever paid a title fee and did not put up a stink. I have never paid a title fee. I was so happy with this place, I let it go. Never mentioned it. Believe me, I am hard to sell to. I am a bad one. I never felt like getting ugly with them. I will recommend them to anyone. I am 60 yrs old so I have bought a few cars and have to deal with a few dealers over the years. I would recommend them highly.

Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

Like the Auto 4 wheel drive living near Buffalo, N.Y. So far short trips only, comfortable, have the LT model good gas not fantastic, ride good because of large tires, a little stiff.

Bought my Suzuki kiashi used with 150,000 miles on it in 2023. Some issues that needed repair? Heck yeah! It needed new rear shocks and struts. Had that done and absolutely nothing else wrong with it. Is it a sports car? Heck no. It's a beautiful, sensible road car. Good economy, good looks, great, and I really mean great, interior. Comfortable for my 6'1" frame and features (auto wipers, auto dimming rear view mirror, memory driver seat settings, auto and duel ac/heat settings and the Fosgate sound system) make it a true pleasure to drive. I've driven a BMW and the Suzuki Kiashi is so close to that experience I can't truly tell the difference. About the only real complaint I have is the exterior paint. Mine is metallic blue and it has an issue with the clear coat beginning to deteriorate. But after all it is an 11 year old car. Believe me I will keep and care for this car and a paint job isn't that big an issue. Would I buy another Kaishi? Without a seconds hesitation. It's a great used car and I'm just sorry Suzuki stopped importing them to the U. S.

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

90,000 mile tune-up on my Toyota Rav4 hybrid. Destiny at checkin is always quick, efficient, pleasant, and smart. I was kept up to date as my car was worked on with videos and texts. Very pleased with everything.

Excellent value for the price. Do not purchase this vehicle without the active exhaust option. The fake vents are disappointing but otherwise the car is perfect.

A great car. I have owned a 2005 2.2 Saturn Vue base model fwd in chili pepper red since April of 2023. Bought it with 136k miles, it now has 160k miles. Only things I've done to it in that time is oil changes, steering rack, battery, spark plugs and coil assembly, tires, brakes, the ac needed serviced, installed new struts, and had new belts thrown on. I paid 3k for it used private party, have put about 1200 dollars into it over 24k miles. It is really a great car. The only reason I give low score on exterior is the panels rattle quite a bit at 20 years of age in Arizona. Interior is just cheap mid 2000s plastic fantastic. For performance, the 2.2 eco tec is not going to set a land speed record and you have to floor it pretty much everywhere to keep up with traffic. Very good option if you have a lead foot or a lot of previous speeding tickets. Although the interior is cheap the cabin is comfy. Overall I rate this 20 yr old car a 5 because it has been extremely reliable and never let me down or left me stranded.

I had the best experience ever. I ended up going to Cupples because my little 2007 Toyota Yaris with over 200,000 miles started showing it’s age. I loved the car and wanted to replace it with one with lower miles. I located one at Cupples and as others have stated, I trusted Ross right away after talking on the phone which made it worth the drive which was over an hour. My issue is that I don’t have a good credit rating because I usually use cash only. The last car I had financed was back in 93, but this time for various reasons I only had about half of the money. Ross was helpful from the start, more like a Social Worker than a used car salesman. At one point he thought that I might have to go with a newer car, 2012 or later. I went on the website and found an 2012 Audi that I fell in love with for 8,000 $’s, 2,000 more than the Yaris. I texted Ross about it and he said “No, you don’t want that car, it’s not reliable.” What used car salesman does that? Eventually he found a way to get me into the Yaris I was looking at, with only 94,000 miles. I absolutely love it, just like my old one but runs like It’s brand new. Better than my old one because I bought it with high miles to start with. This is the first review I have ever written, but after my great experience I felt it was the least I could do. Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.
