The only reason that buying experience is 4 stars is Kia Motor Finance after having bought 2 cars through them with no issues what so ever and a FICO of 808 wouldn't finance this one???? We did get a great interest rate through another lender, Kia you missed this one. As far as the buying experience goes it was fun. Jim helped Laura in a very professional and patient fashion and was very knowledgeable in answering questions. Thank you all for a pleasurable buying experience.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

Every aspect from buying my car to having it serviced has been an amazing experience. Richard is just one of the amazing salespeople there. He showed me that he truly cared for my business with them, that I got the best deal and I was satisfied when I left there. The service person was amazing also . I didn’t even get into the building yet and he was waiting for me to start on my car . They were all such awesome people and I felt so confident that my car and I were both in good hands . I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

I have been around the block a few times due to my age. My experience began as I was in need of a good used vehicle with high MPG. There was nothing available in inventory but Mr Barnett had a 2017 Ford focus as a lease vehicle. It was offered to me for purchase. I bought the car with just a bit over 50 K miles. Drive train warranty was granted at no additional cost. An extended warranty was offered. I have never purchased such. Upon asking for a copy of the contract, I was impressed to find a one page contract that essentially said, you have a problem with your vehicle, bring it to me and we will fix it. Believing that the proof is in the pudding, I purchased the warranty. I should add here that I am a USMC veteran and have had experience with Mr Barnett in a veteran capacity and those experiences gave me confidence. Fast forward to today. My Ac died. I brought it in on Tuesday. Scott and his staff diagnosed, ordered a compressor and had it in, checked out and vehicle ready before noon Wednesday. This type of service in this industry is unheard of today. Everyone told me to prepare myself for the big shaft. The "shaft" I got was for Scott to drive the vehicle to me with a handshake thanking me for giving Barnett the opportunity to serve me. I am grateful and appreciate this outfit, they are second to none. You are a blessing to consumers and an honor to yourselves. Thank you, thank you, and God bless. Repeat customer for sure! We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

Love this car! Have 45,000 miles on vehicle and have only done brakes and tires… Super happy with the way it looks and responds. Most reliable car I have owned. Would happily go to another Kia after this one!

The Stinger GT Line (4 Cylinder Turbo) is fabulous. It has plenty of get up and go. When merging onto a highway, you look at the speedometer and you can't believe how quickly you have hit 100 MPH. The MPG at only 22 is a little disappointing. However, I do usually cruise at about 80. Reliability with the exception of one thing (which I will get to) has been excellent. I am 6' 1" tall, so getting in and out of the Stinger without bagging your head is a little difficult (that is why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 for Comfort). I do regret not going for the little extra cost and buying the GT (instead of the GT Line). The GT does have a few extra standard options which I now wish I had. Now.... the only real negative about the vehicle. I took delivery on March 1, 2021 and since that day... still until today (July 19, 2023) my Apple CarPlay will NOT stay engaged in the vehicle. Sometimes it does not engage at all. Sometimes, just for a short while. Sometimes constantly engaged and disengaging. Sometimes, it engages for the first leg of a trip and not for the return leg of the trip. Sometimes it engages for days and then, it does not engage for days. There is no rhyme or reason for whether it will or will not engage. Kia has changed the radio, the USB Port (this is WIRED [NOT wireless] Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay) and the radio harness. They cannot find a fix. Kia has admitted that they there is a problem and the Engineers are working on it. This has been an ongoing problem for more than 2 years. This is the major reason why I have not rated the vehicle 5 out of 4 stars.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

I am happy with my Ioniq hybrid. The best thing has been the gas mileage; I get between 40-55 mpg. Definitely enjoying fewer stops at the gas station. When driving, it’s not super speedy off the line, but that is to be expected as I use “eco” mode and not the optional sport mode. I also like the safety features like collision warning, lane assist, and blind spot detection. They make me feel a little better when out on the freeway, like I have another set of eyes. Also 5 star crash safety ratings. I like the style and the hatchback for storage.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I recently purchased my Traverse. I love it! It all the features I wanted. Comfortable especially on my lower back, the ride is so smooth it didn't feel like I was driving and roomy great SUV for a large family

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

Style, comfort, safety and performance - great vehicle. Receive many compliments on the vehicle, but safety and performance are even more important. Great vehicle for the price.

I am a long time owner of a Kia Forte 2019 bought it in 2018. I have almost had it for 5 years now. It has around 80,000 miles of trouble-free driving. I do the necessary maintenance that's it. The pros of this car it's easy on the eyes and easy to pay for. It didn't take me long to double my payments and pay this wonderful machine off. I also like the fact I don't have to go to the gas pumps much. I can go 435 miles on a simple tank of gas. I get about 43.5 miles a gallon highway and average around 34.5 City and mix driving. I love all of the safety features I have lane keep assist frontal crash anti-lock braking and traction control. I even have done some pretty good snow driving with all season radials Continental. It also has a neat feature where it will drive by itself for about a minute. I have the XLS model. So yes I have the Ivt transmission it has worked very well. I don't understand why everybody was so insecure about this Ivt drivetrain it is ran on a chain not a belt. I have nothing but great things to say about Kia engineering. I don't know why but for some reason the 2019 Kia Forte does not have many of the problems associated in the news. I also have the new anti-theft that Kia Motors placed at no charge to me. I think the days are gone when you can complain about Kia recalls. I think we've seen in the news even Honda, Toyota and Nissan have all had recalls also. I feel like Kia turned a big corner in 2013 on making great automobiles. I like them because they're easy on the budget and very reliable and good on gas. I also like the fact there is a lot of room that comes with these vehicles. I also have a Kia Sorento V6 2019 that is also been a good vehicle. Like they say Kia has the power to surprise. Forget keeping up with the Jones get a car that will save you money.

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.
