We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

Best deal ever. Sales person took her time to explain about the future of the car very well behaved. Finance people were very nice. Also they give us the best rate.

My wife and I were going shopping for a new SUV at a Subaru dealership but weren't sure about the CVT on the Forester when we ran across a used 2014 Tiguan with only 1,700 miles on it. We both liked the functional but restrained look of the interior of the Tiguan with its smaller, well-integrated screen rather than the fussy look of dashboards in other cars. This Tiguan was the SEL with every option other than 4 motion. With nearly 80,000 miles on it, I am still pleased on how it handles in Los Angeles freeway traffic. It has enough power to smoothly merge onto freeways and it has very tight and true tracking despite freeway bumps and potholes. Reliability has been very good. This model year solved the chain tensioner issue plaguing earlier years and this was also one of the last model years to be built in Germany so its fit and finish has held up very well.

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

what can i say? 300hp and acura style and reliability. i love this vehicle! only complaint is the mileage reliability has been 9.5 out of 10 120k and still like new

We drove the car for 11 years & the only thing we did was change the oil/filter & replaced the tires. I believe there were three recalls. Two of which were air bags on the passenger side. Great vehicle with excellent mpg. One of the best cars that we've ever owned. We didn't purchase another one due to the tow capacity limit.

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.

In 2001, BMW and a number of contemporary (then) film makers/directors, including Guy Ritchie, created an amalgamation of 8 short films featuring BMWs most coveted line-up of that years models. Although watching Clive Owen launch Madonna from the back seat of a beautifully appointed M5 onto a paparazzi lined red carpet was quite the spectacle, it was the X5 nimbly plowing through sugar cane fields that really caught my attention. At the time affording such a vehicle was way outside of reality, so I was only able to admire the SUV from afar. I eventually put the idea of owning one in the far recesses of my mind, and all but forgot about it. Flash forward to 2017. I'm standing at an intersection staring at my feet, waiting for the light to change. What happened next changed my life forever. I was witness to the most beautiful exhaust note I've ever heard coming from the tail pipes of a gorgeous black on black X5M. As it idled, it produced the faintest aroma not of spent fuel, but that of a well oiled machine. It just smelled clean. When the light turned green, and that engine opened up, I was shook. A solid ten seconds passed as I stood there slack jawed and wide eyed before I was able to figure out how to pick up my foot and start walking again. I was on my phone within moments and spent the remainder of my walk to work quickly consuming every bit of X5 info I could sink my teeth into. I was quick to discover that the M was never going to be of interest to me as it seemed to be the biggest money pit of the line-up, which to me should not be a deal breaker if you have the money, a genius of a mechanic, and it's not your daily driver. I was looking for the unicorn model. The one gem hidden among the ranks that no one mentions because, after all, the most vocal BMW drivers always seem to be the people who have never owned a reliable BMW. Let alone THE most reliable BMW. I want to go on record right now when I say that the 2004 E53 X5 is almost the most solid work horse of a bimmer, second only to the 1990 E30 325 ix. Talk about a Unicorn. If you know, you know. I digress; three months later I found myself behind the wheel of a 2004 X5. The way that in-line 6 E53 engine pairs with the AWD is something quite magical. Does it perform well as an off-road adventure truck? LOL! Nope (I fared much better in my old Montero). Will it crush mountain roads, dismantle The Tail of the Dragon, and put thousands of other vehicles in the rearview. Oh yes, and it will do it faithfully, despite the 225,000 miles on the odometer. It is 2022 after all, so if you're planning on buying one, rest assured, it'll still have tons of life in it. If I'm able to keep my 357,000+ mile 1990 E34 alive, I'm certain an 04 E53 can get there swimmingly. I swear by that inline 6. There's no better term for that configuration than "bullet proof". If you don't own one, find one, and buy it. If you already own one, buy another.

I'm 6'8". Its hard to find cars I fit in period. That being said. I have a taste for small rockets. And the (GQ) fiat 500 sport I have fits the bill. Basically an abarth motor. But not the handling or cool badges/interior. None the less. My big butt fits in it. Got to crank the seat way back. But it's just me in there most of the time. Its a fun little car that rips corners and stupid fun turbo pulls in 2nd and 3rd gear. Watch that esc light flash. Good fun. And the price for a used one ain't bad. Digging the 500

Made an out of state purchase with Carma Auto of a truck I found on Cars.com. Dealt with Ali who was very helpful. He provided videos, pictures and anything else I requested in the days prior to the actual deal. I made a 3.5 hr trip to their location to pick the truck up. All the paperwork was ready and waiting when I arrived. Very positive experience.

I recommend this car to anyone! I had the car for 4 years to get me through college and unfortunately I hit a deer and completely totaled the car. Nissan gets too much hate, this was an absolutely solid car. Bought the car with 48,000 miles and the odometer read 235,000 miles right before I totaled it. I have never had a single mechanical issue with the car, the only thing that needed to be replaced was my AC system at 140,000 miles. If you want a car that last forever buy an Altima you won’t be disappointed. I have owned a 2008 Rogue, 2009 Versa, the 2015 Altima, and now I own a 2023 Nissan Rogue and I have never had a problem with any of my cars. I will be buying Nissan again again.

THIS CAR IS A VERY GREAT GAS MILAGE, 30MPG. HONDA SHOULD HAVE PUT THE SI MOTOR IN THIS CAR. THEREFORE, YOU WOULD GET MORE PERFORMANCE OUT OF THIS CAR. ALL CARS DEPEND ON 1 THING, GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT RATIO AND MUCH MORE.

We were shopping online for a second car. We found one that we liked at Nova Cars. We live about 4 hours away so we had a lot of questions. Michael, the owner was very helpful in making our decision to come test drive the car. The experience was very comfortable, no pressure and no big sales pitch. There was one thing we didn't see in the pictures, Gerardo our sales representative, helped us with that and the conclusion was very fair! We also had a small problem on the way home and they took care of that too. The deal was exactly what we were told plus they took care of us after the sale, they didn't have to do anything. I bought this car used in 2013 with 17,000 miles. Late 2024 it started using oil. I decided to get rid of it before it started having a lot of problems. 159,000 miles I sold it. It was needing 2 quarts of oil every 5000 miles. I did not investigate why the oil consumption was happening. Prior to the oil issue I had no problems at all. I did all of the recommended maintenance. I loved this car. Best car I ever had. I was sad to get rid of it.

I didn’t purchase a vehicle as of yet but plan to do so in the near future. I know I will be buying my car from branch Avenue Auto auction.

Keep in mind the newer Kia Sorentos are not built like the ones in 2004! (I’ve heard horror stories) But I got mine for way less than $2,000....I spent a little money making sure it ran well...and it has taken me from LA to Vegas without any problem....the mechanics I took the car to said there’s no reason why it can’t go for another 100,000 miles! It’s now almost 200,000 miles and going strong....if you don’t have much cash fine one of these used cars ..fix it up and you got one of the best made cars on the road. 2004 running smoothly 16 years later ...technology a classic

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. From the scary fly-by-night warehouse dealers in Chantilly to a dealer in Alexandria selling a car that had obviously been in an accident as a 0 accident vehicle. It's a small team, not competing with each other, with a solid lot of inventory, and a focus on helping their customers find a vehicle. Bought this car in 2017 for $6500. It had 86k miles. Currently its at 188k miles. Never changed the transmission oil. Other than regular maintenance I've only had to change the radiator, water pump, the struts and the coils twice. I will be changing the axles , front shocks and the valve cover. Car has been good to me. I thought the CVT would have given out by now with all the stories I've heard about them. Car is slow. Back seats are uncomfortable. MPG isn't the best for a 4cyl. Plenty of leg room and trunk space. If you can get one with less than 120k miles for cheap and you have a reliable and affordable mechanic take the risk. Worst case scenario you burn 3-4 thousand dollars. best case scenario you have 5-10 years of a reliable car without a car payment and you save on car insurance.

Bought a vehicle from Dasto Auto where they gave me a fair price. Great customer service, never pressured me and was upfront with the price and leeway. Worked with me on some minor issues that came up. Was very satisfied with this place. I recommend it 100%. I do recommend they do a little more inspection of the vehicles to make sure cars are 100%. Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

I had a very stress free and simple purchase. My salesman Sayed was outstanding — very knowledgeable, very accommodating of changing schedules, and very pleasant to work with. There were none of the “usual tricks” — disappearing with the trade-in keys, asking “what it would take to buy the car today” etc etc. They honored the “internet price” without being asked. The best compliment I can give is that I would go back there to buy another new car.

I've owned this car for 11 years. It now has 135,000. The ONLY thing that ever went wrong was the ignition switch broke once and I couldn't start it. A locksmith fixed it. This car is so reliable! I change the oil every 5k miles, changed the timing belt a few times and changed the transmission fluid. Basic stuff! I don't think the front seat is that comfortable, so I use cushions with it. The paint job didn't hold up so well on the roof and the hood, but then nobody want to steal it! It doesn't have that much power to zip up the street unless you go heavy on the gas pedal (although I still consider it a zippy little car) but I get 31 MPG on average which is GREAT. Typically I can go about 311 miles per fill up, and I live in the mountains, so I couldn't be happier. It was the deciding factor when I bought it. In 2009 it was one of the highest MPG cars available on the market (aside from hybrids). When the gas light goes on, you've got about 30 miles to get some more gas. I've never run out of gas. It has power windows, a USB port which works for power and to play MP3's, and satellite radio. What more do you need?

I bought my first (sadly dream car) after selling my c3500 for a 2004 pt cruiser last year. Now at first it was the cheapest quickest car I could buy in a flash due to growing family. However the little Chrysler that could grew on me. I bought it with just over 150k km and quickly got just under 200k km. Now I know many will judge; but this little car went almost 50k km without any work or any oil changes or maintainance. I should mentioned this cars from way up north Canada so she sees ALOT of road salt snow and mud. Also I should mention this car is my and my sons “hunting buggy” we have over sized off-road tires and 30% of the time it’s running mud and gravel roads/off-roading. Only recently have I had to change my power steering hose and have a wheel bearing, hub, alignment and a new set of tires thrown on it. That’s incredible for those of you that don’t know. Now she does have her quirks like the interior lights due to rke module and the power locks (same issue) but unlike most vehicles, just pull one fuse and problem fixed; you just don’t have power locks (boo-hoo) It’s also loud on the interior when you pull the seat from the back and haul cargo. But good luck turning your civic into a pickup truck with more issues. Long story short this has now been the second longest lasting and most reliable vehicle I’ve owned aside from aforementioned truck that I had 10k$ Custom builds into. Now she’s been running myself wife and three kids (yes this car fits three car seats and weekends worth of camping gear) for a little over a year without any issues other then I’ve caused.
