Bought my first JEEP at 56 years old with 123k on the clock the 3.6 is a great little 6banger has cold air intake , yellow top Optima battery 3 in. lift on MT 35s with Rough Country suspension, rock lights , Niilights out front and back on and in Rough Country bumpers and 10k lb winch up front with new Peddle Commander under the dash .

I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

Very reliable car. Extremely low maintenance. Fast and powerful biturbo makes it really enjoyable. Great way to save when driving. Did I mention, it's really comfortable with a great audio system.

The experience with both the salesmens Martin Huerta and Hector Fimbres and Sales Manager Josu� Arenas, was excellent. This is the second vehicle I went thru the purchase process and they made it easy. Now, I definitely have to mention that the finance process and the waiting time to finally sign paperwork it?s ridiculous long. Besides that, everything else it?s great!

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I liked how trusting the manager was with the situation to allow me to take the vehicle for a few days to test it out before choosing to purchase. Beau Button was a great sales rep. He was very kind, courteous, and made it clear that he was focused on helping me with anything through the process. I feel like often times I avoid these sales situations because the reps are always so fake acting and trying way too hard to make a sales. I appreciated him being very authentic throughout the process.

6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

Jim Bingham, the service manager at the Cadillac store, is great. He is very pleasant and very helpful and I appreciate his efforts greatly.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. He was even able to get my garage opener programmed in my car. I was so thankful.Erin, I’m sure I misspelling his name, on the day All my problems started was patient kind and thoughtful. Jim, The service manager is another one that went beyond requirements. Royal Cadillac is the second Cadillac Dealer I’ve had to deal with. They so deserve five stars +10. Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

This vehicle is very luxuries and smooth ride don't but don’t let that fool you. The Limited Lincoln Navigator addition has a lot of power for pulling a trailer or need the get up and go!

This review is about my very positive experience with two gentlemen, Watson Chevrolet and General Motors. I purchase my beautiful Chevy Malibu Turbo from them in 2014. and have always followed up with service and repairs from Watson’s Service Dept. Recently I started having an engine problem. My Fixx tester showed a bad cylinder issue. I called and made an appt. with my service rep. Jerry Rivera. The technicians found a bad cylinder that could not be repaired and would require a new engine. I only had 118K miles on the car. I was devastated, as the cost of a new engine was over 9K. I am 76, recently retired and now on a limited fixed income, with slowly dwindling savings, due to the high cost of living and medical issues. I called the Service Director, Gabriel Sterns and discussed with him my plight. I just could not afford the high cost of the repair nor was I able to buy a used car. Gabriel and Jerry worked with GM to help me cut the cost of the new engine to half and they also provided me with a rental so I was still able to get to my Dr’s appt. etc. I can not say enough about these two wonderful gentlemen and how they helped me solve my problem. I love my car, it's a gorgeous Pearl color and it has to last for as long as I am able to drive. I am forever grateful to Gabriel, Jerry and Watson Chevrolet!

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

Went in for oil change. Got in right away. Out within an hour. Customer Service was great. Facilities very clean. Overall was a great experience.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..
